Abstract

本发明属于鸡饲料技术领域,尤其是一种降低肉鸡脂肪的饲料和投食方法,针对饲养中还有饲料代谢效率减慢,消化效率低下,导致鸡群肠胃病发病率高的问题,现提出以下方案,包括红薯粉4‑6.8份,大豆粉8‑12份,鱼粉0.4‑3份,米糠粉7‑9份,土豆粉3‑5份,干酪乳杆菌菌群2‑4份,植物乳杆菌菌群1.5‑3份,发酵乳杆菌菌群3‑5份,嗜酸乳杆菌2‑4份,低聚果糖1‑2份,维生素C1.25‑3份,赖氨酸0.8‑1.4份,蛋氨酸1‑1.5份,其余为玉米粉。本发明有利于改善鸡的肠胃能力,促进有益菌繁殖,保障鸡的肠胃健康,减少鸡群消化类疾病发病率,同时可以提高肉质,降低体脂率,有利于提高鸡仔对饲料的适应能力,保障鸡仔消化吸收功能,提高喂食的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及鸡饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种降低肉鸡脂肪的饲料和投食方法。
背景技术
鸡是人们日常生活中不可缺少的一种肉类食品,鸡肉蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用。鸡肉含有对人体生长发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一。目前肉鸡养殖,主要饲养时间为42日龄,短期的育肥增加了肉鸡中的脂肪含量,降低了肉鸡的风味和销售质量。饲养中还有饲料代谢效率减慢,消化效率低下,导致鸡群肠胃病发病率高等问题,所以现提出一种降低肉鸡脂肪的饲料和投食方法。

基于饲养中还有饲料代谢效率减慢,消化效率低下,导致鸡群肠胃病发病率高的技术问题,本发明提出了一种降低肉鸡脂肪的饲料和投食方法。
本发明提出的一种降低肉鸡脂肪的饲料,所述饲料包括如下重量分数的组分:
按饲料重量分数为100计,
红薯粉 4-6.8份,
大豆粉 8-12份,
鱼粉 0.4-3份,
米糠粉 7-9份,
土豆粉 3-5份,
干酪乳杆菌菌群 2-4份,
植物乳杆菌菌群 1.5-3份,
发酵乳杆菌菌群 3-5份,
嗜酸乳杆菌 2-4份,
低聚果糖 1-2份,
维生素C 1.25-3份,
赖氨酸 0.8-1.4份,
蛋氨酸 1-1.5份,
其余为玉米粉。
优选地,所述饲料包括如下重量分数的组分:
按饲料重量分数为100计,
红薯粉 5.4份,
大豆粉 10份,
鱼粉 1.9份,
米糠粉 8份,
土豆粉 4份,
干酪乳杆菌菌群 3份,
植物乳杆菌菌群 0.9份,

优选地,所述鱼粉由烘干鱼骨研磨粉碎制成。
优选地,所述干酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌菌群、发酵乳杆菌菌群和嗜酸乳杆菌的活菌量均为300-1350CFU/g。
本发明还提出了一种降低肉鸡脂肪的饲料的投食方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:在鸡苗1-2周时,将所述饲料和米面按照百分比6∶4混合投食喂养,每天保持光照时间大于8小时;
S2:在鸡苗2-3周时,将所述饲料和米面按照百分比7∶3混合投食喂养,每天保持光照时间大于12小时;
S3:在鸡苗大于3周时,单独采用饲料进行喂养,每天保持光照时间大于16小时。
本发明中的有益效果为:
1、通过添加的酪乳杆菌菌群、植物乳杆菌菌群、发酵乳杆菌菌群和嗜酸乳杆菌,有利于改善鸡的肠胃能力,促进有益菌繁殖,保障鸡的肠胃健康,减少鸡群消化类疾病发病率,同时可以提高肉质,降低体脂率。
2、通过调控饲料比例,有利于提高鸡仔对饲料的适应能力,保障鸡仔消化吸收功能,提高喂食的效率。

对在实施例1、2和3中的饲料进行2-3周投食饲料组分百分比对出栏鸡综合体脂率影响实验数据统计,统计结果见图1,对在实施例1、2和3中的饲料进行1-2周投食饲料组分百分比对鸡群消化疾病量影响实验数据统计,统计结果见图2。

维生素C 1.25-3份,
赖氨酸 0.8-1.4份,
蛋氨酸 1-1.5份,
其余为玉米粉。

5.根据权利要求1或2任一所述的一种降低肉鸡脂肪的饲料的投食方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:在鸡苗1-2周时,将所述饲料和米面按照百分比6∶4混合投食喂养,每天保持光照时间大于8小时;
S2:在鸡苗2-3周时,将所述饲料和米面按照百分比7∶3混合投食喂养,每天保持光照时间大于12小时;
S3:在鸡苗大于3周时,单独采用饲料进行喂养,每天保持光照时间大于16小时。
