As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the homogenizer comprises a homogenizer main body 1, wherein a homogenizing port corresponding to a trough is formed in the upper panel of the homogenizer main body 1, an inner baffle plate 4 and an outer baffle plate 3 which extend downwards are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the homogenizing port, and the outer baffle plate 3 and the inner baffle plate 4 are cooperatively matched to play a role in preventing chicken feed in the homogenizer from overflowing the homogenizer.
The left and right ends of the upper panel of the homogenizer main body 1 are provided with a homogenizing component which is a valve for controlling discharging, and a group of homogenizing components are respectively arranged along the left and right sides of the homogenizer main body 1. The material homogenizing component comprises a hanging lug 6, a scraping plate hanging lug 7 and a scraping plate 2, wherein the hanging lug 6 is fixedly arranged on an upper panel of the material homogenizing device main body 1, an upper limit hole 13 is correspondingly formed through the upper panel and the scraping plate hanging lug 7, and the upper limit hole 13 is arranged to form a pair of square through holes along the length direction of the material homogenizing device main body 1 in an extending manner so as to limit the scraping plate 2; the scraper blade suspension loop 7 passes through the upper limit hole 13 and is movably connected with the suspension loop 6 through the bolt 12, the bolt 12 is transversely erected along the length direction vertical to the material homogenizing device main body 1, the scraper blade 2 is fixedly installed on the scraper blade suspension loop 7, the suspension loop 6 is arranged into a concave plate structure and is used for supporting a left-right side control discharging valve, and the scraper blade suspension loop 7 is arranged into a side concave structure and is used for supporting and connecting the scraper blade 2. The refining assembly further comprises a material port adjusting plate 5, and the material port adjusting plate 5 is movably connected with the scraping plate 2 through a rotating shaft 14.
The cross sections of the port of the scraper 2 and the port of the homogenizer body 1 are mutually matched and arranged as a heart-shaped plate with an arc-shaped notch at the bottom. Plays a role in scraping materials and collecting and spreading the materials. Novel structure, convenient processing and good refining effect.
The material opening adjusting plate 5 is an arc-shaped plate which is mutually matched with the arc-shaped notch of the scraping plate 2. The material opening adjusting plate 5 can adjust the size of the material opening according to actual conditions. And the refining stability of the refining device is improved.
The two ends of the material homogenizing device main body 1 are symmetrically provided with a left fixing plate 8 and a right fixing plate 9, and the left fixing plate 8 and the right fixing plate 9 are respectively of a structure formed by vertically erecting and connecting a transverse positioning plate and a longitudinal positioning plate.
The transverse locating plate and the longitudinal locating plate are provided with a transverse horizontal adjusting limiting hole and a longitudinal vertical adjusting limiting hole, and the adjusting nut is used for installing the material homogenizing device main body 1 in the food groove through the adjusting limiting hole. The adjusting nuts are arranged in the corresponding transverse horizontal adjusting limiting holes, so that the horizontal distance between the material homogenizing device main body 1 and the hopper is adjusted; the adjusting nuts are arranged in the corresponding longitudinal vertical adjusting limiting holes, so that the vertical distance between the material homogenizing device main body 1 and the hopper is adjusted; the positions of the homogenizer body 1 and the hopper are ensured to be in an optimal state.
The left fixing plate 8 and the right fixing plate 9 are cooperatively matched and used for connecting the material homogenizing device and the hopper, playing the role of hanging and fixing the material homogenizing device, preventing direct friction between the material homogenizing device and the food trough and protecting the food trough.
And a material pouring plate 11 is also arranged, the material pouring plate 11 is provided with a folded plate with an inverted V-shaped cross section, and the material pouring plate 11 is arranged on the inner side wall of the material homogenizing device main body 1. The pouring plate 11 is used for overturning the chicken feed on the outer side to the discharging side, and preventing the feed from accumulating in the homogenizer.
The outer side wall of the homogenizer body 1 is provided with a sliding bar 10, and the sliding bar 10 is made of a nonmetallic material and forms a plate-shaped structure mutually attached to the outer side wall of the homogenizer body 1. The sliding strip 10 is made of nonmetal, so that the material uniformly arranged in the feeding device is prevented from directly rubbing with the feeding slot, and the feeding slot is protected.

the material port adjusting plate is an arc-shaped plate which is mutually matched with the arc-shaped notch of the scraping plate;
