Abstract
The invention relates to an energy-saving ultraviolet disinfection device with adjustable light intensity, which comprises an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, wherein the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is a bismuth indium amalgam ultraviolet lamp, the device is provided with a dimming electronic ballast and a dimming module, and the dimming electronic ballast receives a dimming signal sent by the dimming module and adjusts the output light intensity of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp according to the dimming signal. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an energy-saving ultraviolet disinfection device with adjustable light intensity comprises an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 10; the device is provided with a dimming electronic ballast 20 and a dimming module 30, wherein the dimming electronic ballast receives a dimming signal sent by the dimming module and adjusts the output light intensity of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp according to the dimming signal.
The ultraviolet disinfection lamp is a bismuth indium amalgam ultraviolet lamp.
The ultraviolet disinfection lamp is a bismuth indium amalgam ultraviolet lamp with adjustable power of 40W-100W.
The dimming electronic ballast is an adjustable output power electronic ballast with the power of 40-100W.
The dimming module is a dimming module with a dimming range of 50% -100%, and the dimming signal is a pulse width signal output by the PLC.
The dimming signal is a pulse width signal adjusted according to the flow rate of the supplied water.

The signal conversion module is provided with a voltage-controlled oscillator which converts the dimming signal from a pulse width signal into a direct current voltage signal and outputs the direct current voltage signal to the drive control module.
The driving control module sends the output power control signal to the starting constant current module. The driving control module adjusts the frequency and the phase angle through the high-frequency switching element, and changes the output power of a half-bridge output control loop for starting the constant-current module, so that the output light intensity of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is controlled.
The ultraviolet disinfection device with adjustable light intensity is particularly suitable for drinking water disinfection of rural water supply projects, adopts the mode of adjustable ultraviolet light intensity, adjusts the output of the ultraviolet light intensity in real time according to the water supply flow, ensures higher ultraviolet output power, keeps good operation efficiency within a certain water temperature range (10-40 ℃), has small ultraviolet output fluctuation, reduces the integral operation energy consumption of the ultraviolet disinfection device, and achieves the purposes of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
The invention adopts a bismuth indium amalgam ultraviolet lamp, the dimming electronic ballast controls voltage output through 30-100% direct current pulse width to form an ultraviolet lamp closed loop power control unit, meanwhile, the electronic ballast has the function of receiving external PLC pulse width modulation signals, automatically realizes power switching according to the pulse width signals, and the PLC comprehensively judges according to multiple factors such as water supply flow, water supply time period and the like and outputs the pulse width modulation signals. Therefore, the power of the power-adjustable ultraviolet lamp can be adjusted under different working conditions, and the purpose of energy conservation is achieved.
The bismuth-indium amalgam ultraviolet lamp has good application characteristics, has higher ultraviolet output efficiency compared with the common ultraviolet disinfection lamp, is improved along with the rise of the temperature of the supplied water, and basically achieves the maximum output efficiency when the temperature of the supplied water is conventional. The 254nm ultraviolet ray output efficiency is the highest when the power is 50-100% in the water temperature environment of 10-40 ℃. In addition, the bismuth-indium amalgam ultraviolet lamp has good temperature adaptability, the output power of the lamp changes by no more than 10% in the environment of 1010-40 ℃ water temperature, and the lamp is particularly suitable for the disinfection environment of drinking water.
The power module of the light-adjusting electronic ballast rectifies, filters and adjusts the power factor of the power supply, and can output a voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply to the starting constant-current module, and the constant-current circuit is provided with a half-bridge output control loop to provide a stable adjusting power supply for the ultraviolet disinfection lamp.
