b: when the transportation volume of the selected change order is larger than that of the transported medicinal material delivery order, calculating the difference value of the two transportation volumes to obtain the medicinal material replenishment volume, generating a replenishment order and sending the replenishment order to a supplier and a server, wherein the replenishment order supplier registration information, the medicinal material storage position, and the purchaser information and the medicinal material replenishment volume in the selected change order; when the time difference T is smaller than a set threshold value, directly transferring the transportation amount of the transported medicinal material delivery order to the receiving address of the selected change order, and simultaneously transporting the medicinal material replenishment amount in the replenishment order to the receiving address of the change order; when the time difference T is larger than a set threshold value; the transportation volume of the transported medicinal material delivery order is sent to a medicinal material storage warehouse which is closest to the transportation volume of the transported medicinal material delivery order for storage, and the transportation volume of the transported medicinal material delivery order and the medicinal material replenishment volume in the replenishment order are transported to the delivery address of the selected change order at the transportation starting time of the selected change order;
c: when the transportation volume of the selected change order is equal to the transportation volume of the transported medicinal material delivery order, judging the time difference T; when the time difference T is smaller than a set threshold value, directly transferring the transportation quantity of the transported medicinal material delivery order to a receiving address of the selected change order, and when the time difference T is larger than the set threshold value; and transmitting the transportation volume of the transported medicinal material delivery order to a medicinal material storage warehouse which is closest to the transportation volume of the transported medicinal material delivery order for storage, and transporting the transportation volume of the transported medicinal material delivery order to a receiving address of the selected change order at the transportation starting time of the selected change order.
