Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In various service processing processes based on a service platform, a plurality of pages displaying various service data and service contents are generated, and the pages are often required to be printed as paper files or as electronic files such as PDF (Portable document Format) for subsequent service processing. Before printing, a print layout may be formed, and a print preview may be performed based on the print layout. The printing and typesetting refers to typesetting for each content unit and/or data unit in a printing page, the printing and typesetting includes layout, arrangement and the like of elements such as the range, the sequence, the position and the like of each content unit and/or data unit, and the form presented by the printing and typesetting refers to the form presented by an electronic file such as a paper file or a PDF which is finally printed.
In different business scenes, the attention points of users to different information in the printing and typesetting are different. For example, in a material purchasing scenario, when a purchaser purchases materials online, the attention points are focused on the types of the materials first; when the purchase of the material is completed and the purchase order needs to be printed for approval and archiving, the focus is firstly on the price of the material. In the prior art, the layout and mode of the printing layout are fixed, which brings inconvenience to the user.
The embodiment of the invention provides a printing processing method, which has the technical principle that: by carrying out blocking management on the to-be-printed typesetting, the to-be-printed pages can be flexibly set into a plurality of printing blocks by adopting a blocking processing mode, and the positions of the printing blocks in the to-be-printed typesetting can be adjusted according to the requirements of users, so that the users can conveniently carry out specific setting on the printing typesetting layout according to different requirements, and the flexible adjustment of the printing blocks in the to-be-printed typesetting can be realized.
As shown in fig. 1a, which is a logic diagram of the printing process according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1a, in the embodiment, the printing process mainly includes three parts, namely, a display of the to-be-printed layout, a position adjustment of the print block, and a generation of the to-be-printed layout, which will be described in detail below.
First, the layout to be printed may be set as a plurality of print blocks, each print block corresponding to block information representing the attribute of the print block, and the block information may include a block range of its corresponding print block, such as the length and width of its corresponding print block. In addition, the block information may further include block position information, i.e. coordinate information of the printing blocks, and number information, where the number information indicates that each printing block may correspond to one number in the layout to be printed. For example, the currently-printed layout is divided into five print blocks, and the block information of the five print blocks may correspond to number information 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. Moreover, the number information can be correspondingly displayed on each printing block of the typesetting to be printed, thereby facilitating the subsequent operation of the user on each printing block.
In the generation of the print tiles, a variety of ways may be used, including but not limited to system preset print tiles and user-defined print tiles. Fig. 1b is a schematic view of an application scenario of the printing process of the system preset printing block according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1b, where the system preset printing block refers to a printing and typesetting rule that is preset by a system, and the printing and typesetting rule may combine different user requirements, specific service scenarios, and specific contents of the typesetting to be printed, so as to pre-divide the typesetting to be printed into a plurality of printing blocks, for example, in a material purchasing scenario, according to experience in the field, the typesetting to be printed may be pre-set as five printing blocks of commonly used purchasing orders, material information, cost, shipping address, and auxiliary information, that is, the printing blocks whose number information is 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively as shown in fig. 1 b. Fig. 1c is a schematic view of an application scenario of the printing process of the user-defined printing block according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1c, the user-defined printing block means that a user can perform a segmentation process on the to-be-printed layout, that is, the to-be-printed layout is divided into a plurality of printing blocks in a user-defined manner according to a preset page segmentation rule in combination with a user requirement, the page segmentation rule includes performing a segmentation process according to a hierarchical relationship of data units, a size ratio of the to-be-printed layout, a display content unit of the to-be-printed layout, and the like, so that the layout of the to-be-printed layout is adjusted more flexibly, and requirements of.
It should be noted that, in the user-defined print block manner, the user may perform the division processing on the to-be-printed layout by using the screenshot manner, or may perform the division processing on the to-be-printed layout by performing the check operation on a plurality of consecutive data units.
After the printing blocks of the typesetting to be printed are generated, the user can change the block positions of the printing blocks through a dragging action based on the preferred browsing sequence, and the printing blocks which do not need to be printed can be deleted through a deleting instruction, so that the flexible layout of the typesetting to be printed can be completed according to the specific requirements of the user.
And finally, updating the block information of the printing block after the adjustment of the to-be-printed typesetting, thereby generating the to-be-printed typesetting meeting the specific requirements of the user and further completing the printing.
