Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a lightning monitoring and early warning method and system based on multi-source data, which can carry out comprehensive lightning early warning through various monitoring data of radar data, lightning positioning data and atmospheric electric field data, effectively, pertinently and accurately improve the lightning monitoring and early warning of a target area, and provide technical support service for weather safety production and operation of inflammable and explosive places and super high-rise buildings sensitive to lightning.
According to one aspect of the invention, a lightning monitoring and early warning method based on multi-source data is provided. The method may include: acquiring lightning early warning basic information; setting a lightning early warning level, and determining early warning information according to the lightning early warning basic information; releasing the early warning information; the lightning early warning basic information comprises radar data, real-time lightning data and electric field data.

According to another aspect of the invention, a lightning monitoring and early warning system based on multi-source data is provided, which is characterized by comprising: the lightning information processing platform acquires lightning early warning basic information and transmits the lightning early warning basic information to the lightning information early warning platform; the lightning information early warning platform is used for setting a lightning early warning grade, determining early warning information according to the lightning early warning basic information and transmitting the early warning information to the lightning information release platform; the lightning information issuing platform issues the early warning information; the lightning early warning basic information comprises radar data, real-time lightning data and electric field data.

acquiring lightning early warning basic information, wherein the lightning early warning basic information comprises radar data, real-time lightning data and electric field data, the real-time lightning data comprises lightning real-time occurrence points (divided into positive and negative flashes) within a range of 20 kilometers of a target, the position, the distance and the strength of a lightning stroke closest to the target are displayed, and the range of the electric field data is 20 kilometers.
Acquiring multiple groups of lightning early warning basic information, and establishing a lightning early warning matrix as a formula (1); and taking the two-norm value of the lightning early warning matrix as the lightning occurrence probability.
And setting a lightning early warning level, determining early warning information according to the lightning early warning basic information and the lightning early warning level, and determining early warning information according to the lightning early warning level, radar data and electric field data, wherein the early warning information comprises the corresponding lightning early warning level and corresponding emergency action prompt.
The lightning early warning level is respectively red early warning, orange early warning and yellow early warning from high to low.
And (3) red early warning release: within the range of 0-10km, the electric field mutation is more than or equal to 6 times, or the radar intensity within 10km is more than or equal to 50dBz, and then lightning red risk early warning is issued;
orange early warning release: within the range of 10-15km, the electric field mutation is more than or equal to 3 times, or the radar intensity within 15km is 40-50dBz, and then the thunder orange risk early warning is issued;
yellow early warning release: and in the range of 15-20km, the electric field mutation is more than or equal to 2 times, or the radar intensity within 20km is 30-40dBz, and then lightning yellow risk early warning is issued.
And (4) red early warning removal: the radar intensity in the range of 10km of two radar maps with the nearest time distance is less than 40dBz, no lightning occurs in the range of 10km within 15min, and the electric field does not change suddenly.
Orange early warning is relieved: the radar intensity in the range of 10km of two radar maps with the nearest time distance is less than 40dBz, no lightning occurs in the range of 10-15km within 15min, and the electric field does not change suddenly.
Yellow early warning is relieved: the radar intensity in the range of 10km of two radar maps with the nearest time distance is less than 30dBz, no lightning occurs in the range of 15-20km within 15min, and the electric field does not change suddenly.
When the lightning early warning basic information reaches the early warning removing condition, the following steps are carried out: step 1: judging whether the next lightning early warning level exists or not, if not, issuing early warning removal information, and if so, entering the step 2; step 2: and judging whether the lightning early warning basic information reaches the next lightning early warning level, if so, taking the next lightning early warning level as early warning release information, otherwise, repeating the step 1-2, and releasing early warning release information until judging that the last equal lightning early warning level is not.

And (3) red early warning release: within the range of 0-10km, lightning strokes are more than or equal to 6, or the radar intensity within 10km is more than or equal to 50dBz, and then lightning red risk early warning is issued;
orange early warning release: if the lightning stroke is more than or equal to 3 within the range of 10-15km or the radar intensity is 40-50dBz within 15km, issuing thunder orange risk early warning;
yellow early warning release: and (3) within the range of 15-20km, lightning stroke is more than or equal to 2, or the radar intensity within 20km is 30-40dBz, and then lightning yellow risk early warning is issued.
And (4) red early warning removal: the radar intensity in the range of 10km of two radar maps with the nearest time distance is less than 40dBz, and no lightning occurs in the range of 10km within 15 min.
Orange early warning is relieved: the radar intensity in the range of 10km of two radar maps with the nearest time distance is less than 40dBz, and no lightning occurs in the range of 10-15km within 15 min.
Yellow early warning is relieved: the radar intensity in the range of 10km of two radar maps with the nearest time distance is less than 30dBz, and no lightning occurs in the range of 15-20km within 15 min.
When the lightning early warning basic information reaches the early warning removing condition, the following steps are carried out: step 1: judging whether the next lightning early warning level exists or not, if not, issuing early warning removal information, and if so, entering the step 2; step 2: and judging whether the lightning early warning basic information reaches the next lightning early warning level, if so, taking the next lightning early warning level as early warning release information, otherwise, repeating the step 1-2, and releasing early warning release information until judging that the last equal lightning early warning level is not.
