Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an artillery shooting technology, in particular to a device for improving artillery shooting efficiency.
Background
In the process of continuous shooting of the artillery, heat is continuously accumulated due to short cooling time, the temperature of the barrel is continuously increased, and the safety of the propellant powder and the service life of the barrel are seriously threatened. Most of the existing artilleries can not shoot for a long time, and the existing artilleries need to stop shooting at intervals to wait for the cooling of the barrel, so that the shooting efficiency of the artillery is greatly limited. Therefore, there is a need for a new and efficient shooting device, which can improve the shooting efficiency and ensure the shooting safety.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for improving the shooting efficiency of artillery.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the device for improving the artillery shooting efficiency comprises an artillery barrel, a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, a third temperature sensor, a temperature feedback device and an electronic controller. The gun barrel comprises a gun bolt, a powder chamber, a slope chamber and a line chamber, a first temperature sensor is arranged in the middle of the powder chamber, a second temperature sensor is arranged in the middle of the line chamber, a third temperature sensor is arranged at the tail of the line chamber, a temperature feedback device is connected with the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor and the third temperature sensor through wires, and an electronic controller is connected with the temperature feedback device through wires.
Further, the electronic controller controls the firing speed of the artillery by controlling the ignition time.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
With reference to fig. 1, a device for improving the efficiency of artillery firing. The breech-lock type explosive gun comprises a breech lock 1, a explosive chamber 2, a slope chamber 3, a thread chamber 4, a temperature sensor 5, a temperature sensor 6, a temperature sensor 7, a temperature feedback device 8 and an electronic controller 9.
The breechblock 1, the powder chamber 2, the slope chamber 3 and the chamber 4 jointly form a gun barrel.
The temperature sensor 5 is arranged in the middle of the medicine chamber 2.
The temperature sensor 6 is arranged in the middle of the wire chamber 3.
The temperature sensor 7 is arranged at the tail part of the wire chamber 3.
The temperature feedback device 8 is connected with the temperature sensor 5, the temperature sensor 6 and the temperature sensor 7 through leads.
The electronic controller 9 is connected with the temperature feedback device 8 through an electric wire.
The electronic controller 9 can control the firing speed of the artillery by controlling the ignition time.
The working process is as follows: before the gun shoots, at first confirm the safe shooting temperature of gun according to factors such as gun shooting operating mode, then begin the shooting, temperature sensor transmits temperature signal to signal feedback device in real time, when signal feedback device monitored the barrel temperature and exceeded safe temperature, then transmitted signal to electronic controller, electronic controller initiative reduces the shooting speed of gun to guarantee that whole shooting in-process barrel temperature does not exceed safe temperature, realize that the gun lasts the shooting under safe temperature.
