A false twist integrated spinning device with a rotating wheel disc structure comprises a roller drafting system, a false twist system, a leading-out roller pair and a twisting winding system, wherein the roller drafting system comprises a front roller, a middle roller and a rear roller, the false twist system comprises a disc rotating wheel, the leading-out roller pair comprises a lower leading-out roller and an upper leading-out roller, the twisting winding system comprises a spindle, a bobbin, a steel collar ring and a steel wire ring, the disc rotating wheel is positioned on the output side of the front roller and the feeding side of the leading-out roller, the disc rotating wheel is driven by a driving mechanism to rotate actively, the edge of the disc rotating wheel is in contact with fiber strands, the friction drives the fiber strands to rotate to generate false twist, and the false twist point of the fiber strands is positioned on the feeding side of the leading-out roller.

In order to eliminate the hairiness of the yarn, the current actual production basically adopts air flow to gather before twisting the fiber bundle, and also adopts a mechanical means to gather the fiber bundle, and in the two methods, the air flow method can generate larger energy consumption, and the mechanical method can generate abrasion; the false twisting technology is applied to the fiber whisker strip output by a front roller with a twist which is several times higher than that of normal spun yarn, so that a spinning twisting triangle is reduced, weak twist is eliminated, and broken ends of the spun yarn are reduced; twisting and gathering fiber strands, which has been paid attention to for a long time, and DE3724045 proposes a spinning method for gathering fibers by using jet air, which is characterized in that a pair or two pairs of holding rollers are arranged in front of a front roller, a false twisting pipe is arranged between the front roller and the holding rollers, and a nozzle is used for generating air vortex in the false twisting pipe to restrain fiber bundles to obtain gathering; the technical scheme is that a set of false twisting device is additionally arranged in a drafting zone between a leather collar jaw and a front roller of a drafting mechanism to pretwist fiber strands so that the fiber strands are gathered before being output by the front roller, and as is known, the addition of the false twisting device between the leather collar jaw and the front roller can greatly increase the distance between the leather collar jaw and the front roller jaw, and simultaneously draft and gather fibers in the drafting zone, the factors can influence the uniformity of a resultant yarn, so far, how to utilize the twisting form can become a technical means for gathering fibers, eliminating hairiness, reducing energy consumption and being simple and convenient to operate, and further research is awaited.

In a false twist integrated spinning device of a rotary wheel disc structure, a false twist system is provided with a yarn guide which is arranged on a spinning channel through which fiber strands pass at the front side, the rear side or the front side and the rear side of a false twist point, and the yarn guide has limitation on the space of the spinning channel.
In the false twist integrated spinning device with the rotary wheel disc structure, the distance from the leading-out roller jaw to the false twist point of the fiber strand is smaller than the length of main fiber in the spun fiber strand, and for the lengths of different types of cotton and wool fibers, the distance from the leading-out roller jaw to the false twist point of the false twist system is 10-50 mm.

Detailed Description
The technical means of the present invention will be described in detail below with respect to the structure and function of a false twist integrated spinning device having a rotary table structure. The examples of the present invention are provided only for illustrating the specific process, and the scale of the process is not limited by the examples.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, a false twist integrated spinning device with a rotary wheel disc structure comprises a roller drafting system 1, a false twist system 2, a drawing roller pair 3 and a twisting winding system 4, wherein the roller drafting system 1 comprises a front roller 11, a middle roller 12 and a back roller 13 which are arranged at intervals, a leather ring yarn drawing system (not shown) matched with a spinning frame is arranged in a drafting zone between the front roller 11 and the middle roller 12, the false twist system 2 comprises a rotary wheel disc 21, the drawing roller pair 3 comprises a lower drawing roller 31 and an upper drawing roller 32, the twisting winding system 4 comprises a spindle 41, a bobbin 42, a steel collar 43 and a steel wire ring 44, and a false twist point J of the rotary wheel disc 21 for rubbing fiber strand rotation is positioned at an output side of the roller drafting system 1 and a feeding side of the drawing roller pair 3; the false twisting system is provided with a yarn guide D2 (shown in figure 3), the yarn guide D2 is positioned at the feeding side of the drawing roller, the yarn guide guides the untwisted fiber strand into the nip R2 of the drawing roller, and the yarn guide D2 has a narrow passage and can inhibit the divergence of the boundary fiber of the fiber strand; the distance L from the drawing roller jaw R2 to the false twisting point J of the false twisting system is set to be smaller than the main body length of the fiber in the fiber strand, L is 10-50 mm, and L depends on the main body length of the fiber suitable for spinning.
The principle of the false twist integrated spinning device with a rotary wheel disc structure is shown in figure 2, a roving Y is drafted by a ring spinning drafting system, a fiber strand output from a front roller jaw R1 is added with false twist and twisted back by the false twisting system, the fiber strand from a false twisting point J to the front roller jaw has twist and is in a yarn shape, the width of the fiber strand is narrowed and has stronger strength, a yarn guide D1 can be arranged on a spinning channel of the fiber strand, the yarn guide channel of the yarn guide D1 has a limit on the fiber strand, the fluff existing on the yarn-shaped fiber strand can be prevented from diverging outwards, the effect of promoting the long fluff to wind on the fiber strand is achieved, after passing through the false twisting point J, the false twist on the fiber strand is removed, the fiber strand is drafted by a leading-out roller jaw R2, because the distance between the leading-out roller jaw R2 and the false twisting point J is smaller than the length of a main fiber in the fiber strand, and two ends of the untwisted fiber strand are still controlled, the untwisted fiber strand keeps narrow width due to traction tension, the channel space of the yarn guide D2 limits the fiber divergence at the outer edge of the fiber strand, and the fiber strand is fed into the nip of the draw-out roller under the state of bundling.
During spinning, the roving Y is drafted by the roller drafting system 1, the fiber strand output from the front roller jaw R1 contacts with the edge of the rotary wheel disc 21 in the false twisting system 2, the rotary wheel disc 21 rotates around the self axis, under the mutual friction action of the rotary wheel disc 21 and the fiber strand, the fiber strand rotates to generate twist, the fiber strand between the false twisting point and the front roller jaw R1 is twisted into a yarn shape, the fiber strand between the false twisting point J and the leading-out roller jaw R2 is in a yarn-free state due to the clamping of the leading-out roller jaw and the continuous output of the fiber strand, the fiber strand with false twisting passes through the false twisting point J, the twist degree is returned to a non-twisting state, the distance L between the leading-out roller jaw R2 and the false twisting point J is less than the length of the main fiber in the fiber strand, the linear velocity of the leading-out roller is more than or equal to the linear velocity of the front roller 11, one end of the fiber strand is drafted by the leading-out roller jaw, the other end is still controlled by the twisted fiber bundle in the false twisting state, so that the untwisted fiber strand is still in the tensioning state, the fiber strand is tightly attached to the edge of the rotating wheel disc 21, the width of the untwisted fiber strand is kept to be narrowed at the same time, the fiber strand in the tensioning state is fed into a nip R2 of a leading-out roller through a narrow slit of a yarn guide D2, the narrow slit of the yarn guide D2 plays a role of inhibiting the divergence of the boundary fibers of the fiber strand, and the gathered and narrowed fiber strand is output by a leading-out roller pair 3, is subjected to true twisting again by a twisting and winding system 4 and is wound on a bobbin.
As shown in figures 3 and 4, the false twisting system can control the fiber strand to generate Z-direction false twisting or S-direction false twisting.
Claims (4)
1. A false twist integrated spinning device with a rotating wheel disk structure comprises a roller drafting system, a false twist system, a leading-out roller pair and a twisting winding system, wherein the roller drafting system comprises a front roller, a middle roller and a rear roller, the false twist system comprises a disk rotating wheel, the leading-out roller pair comprises a lower leading-out roller and an upper leading-out roller, the twisting winding system comprises a spindle, a bobbin, a steel collar and a steel wire ring, and is characterized in that the disk rotating wheel is positioned at the output side of the front roller and the feeding side of the leading-out roller, the disk rotating wheel is driven by a driving mechanism to rotate actively, the edge of the disk rotating wheel is contacted with a fiber strand, the fiber strand is driven by friction to rotate to generate false twist, a false twist point of the fiber strand is positioned at the feeding side of the leading-out roller, the distance from a jaw of the leading-out roller to the false twist point of the fiber strand is smaller than the length of a main fiber in the spun fiber strand, for the length of different types of cotton and wool fibers, the distance between the draw-out roller jaw and the false twisting point of the false twisting system is 10-50 mm.

The false twist integrated spinning device of rotary table structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the false twist system has a yarn guide provided on a spinning path through which the fiber strands pass on a front side, a rear side, or both of the front and rear sides of the false twist point, the yarn guide having a restriction on a space of the spinning path.
3. The false twist integrated spinning device of claim 1, wherein the disk rotor controls the fiber strand to produce Z-direction false twist or S-direction false twist, and the linear speed of the drawing roller pair is greater than or equal to that of the front roller.
4. A ring spinning frame is characterized in that: a false twist integrated spinning device comprising a rotary disc structure according to claim 1.
