Abstract
本发明涉及功能性建筑涂料技术领域,旨在提供一种无放射性植物复合型负离子环保涂层和添加剂。该涂层和添加剂是由以下原料经纳米化、混合而成:稀土2~15%、植物添萃取液5~15%、二氧化钛30~40%、海鸥石粉40~65%、远红外粉2~10%。本发明通过直接可以喷涂使用也可以添加剂的形式加入涂料中使得成膜物具有持续释放负离子功能,从而净化空气尤其是能够降低PM2.5浓度。同时,海鸥石粉可以产生高浓度负离子分解锰氨氡,二氧化钛具有分解甲醛的功能。而且,本发明制备方法简单、方便。有利于降低工业化生产成本。能够大幅度减少环境污染,环境友好,特别适用于居民建筑、商业建筑、公共建筑等场合,具有广阔的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能性建筑涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种无放射性植物复合型负离子环保涂层。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国经济的发展,人民的住房条件有了很大改善,住宅产业的兴起,为建筑涂料及装饰材料行业的发展提供了巨大的市场空间但从全国涂料市场销售量来看,占有绝对优势的是进口或合资企业的产品,国产涂料只能在某一地域范围内有所作为,其原因主要是涂料及装饰装修材料不符合环保要求,超过国家规定的有害物质的限量标准,致使装修后的房间长期不能入住,或入住后对人体健康造成危害,消除室内污染给人们健康带来的危害,近年来各地在研制低VOC低毒低污染涂料的同时,还开发了各种具有特殊功能的涂层和涂料,其中较为引人注目的如抗菌涂料防霉涂料等,该涂料就是添加不同的添加剂使涂料产生特殊功能。
负离子能促成人体合成和储存维生素,强化和激活人体的生理活动,因此被称为“空气维生素”,对人体及其他生物的生命活动有着十分重要的影响。在医学界,负离子被确认是具有杀灭病菌及净化空气的有效手段;空气中带负电的微粒使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用。负氧离子能够调节和改进神经系统及大脑的功能状态,振奋精神,消除疲劳,具有兴奋副交感神经系统的作用;能够使运动感觉和光适应时值缩短,调节神经兴奋;还能够改善肺的换气功能,增加肺活量;还能够刺激造血功能,是红细胞、血小板数量增加,增加球蛋白和pH值。
负氧离子涂层喷剂对空气中pm2.5的降解作用,PM2.5即直径小于等于2.5微米的细颗粒物。负氧离子具有超凡的净化除尘作用,对室内的PM2.5污染也有很好的清除效果专家为我们介绍,当室内空气中的负氧离子浓度达到每立方厘米3000-5000个的时候,对PM2.5污染的处理效果极佳。所以在使用生态负氧离子涂层喷剂,PM2.5的危害降到最低。
负氧离子涂层喷剂对空气中氡的降解作用,氡是无色无味放射性惰性气体。氡+微尘→氡气溶液颗粒→吸入人体肺内堆积→抑癌基因P16失活→DNA损伤→肺癌。室内来源:建材、水泥、砂石及大理石释放。世界卫生组织将氡列为最危险致癌因子,吸入氡是引起肺癌第二大因素。
负氧离子森林浴能量涂层喷剂对空气中病毒细菌的降解作用,生态负氧离子 +病毒颗粒/细菌 → 沉降灭活,生态负氧离子涂层喷剂对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的有效杀灭。
高效光触媒具有显著的光催化抗菌、光催化降解甲醛、苯、氨等有害气体功效,具有抗污、屏蔽紫外线功效。
远红外线有较强的渗透力和辐射力,具有显著的温控效应和共振效应,易被物体吸收并转化为物体的内能,能够使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。
目前市场上负离子粉和负离子晶体的厂家为了提高负离子浓度,采用放射性元素铀、钍、镭和钾-40等作为负离子激发剂,对人体有危害或者易燃易爆。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种无放射性植物复合型负离子环保涂层。本发明通过在直接喷涂成涂层或添加涂料成膜乳液中引入无放射性植物复合型涂层和添加剂就能够产生高浓度的负离子。
海欧石粉是将托玛琳、甲壳素、Al2O3、Si02、K20等多种天然矿物纳米化合成,达到除霉、抗菌和净霾的目的。
为解决技术问题,本发明的解决方案是:
提供一种无放射性植物复合型负离子环保涂层,是由以下重量份的原料经加工纳米化、混合而成;
稀土2~15%、植物萃取液5~15%、海鸥石粉40~65%、二氧化钛30~40%、远红外粉2~10%;
所述的成膜乳液是纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、乙丙乳液、硅丙乳液、聚氨酯乳液或环氧树脂乳液中的一种;
制备本发明所述无放射性植物复合型负离子环保涂层和涂料添加剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴研磨
将各种天然矿物原料纳米化,按比例混合;
⑵搅拌分散
将步骤(1)得到的浆料转移至分散机中,将稀土、植物萃取液、二氧化钛、纳米化的天然矿物,在1000r/min~5000r/min的速度下揽拌分散30min~60min,得到无放射性植物复合型负离子环保涂层和涂料添加剂;
使用方法,以15平方左右为例,室温≧18℃,平均湿度≧40%,四周墙面及顶面采用0.5mm电动喷枪井字型涂刷两遍,封闭静置2天后,测量前房间通风30分钟,将测试房间封闭24小时后进行测试,环境温度和湿度达到设计要求,将空气负离子检测仪静置在距墙1500mm、距地1200mm处,连续测量1小时的平均值,室内没有污染源的情况下负离子数不低于3000个。若在有家具或电脑办公室用品在,其测量数据会有所下降,其原因是已在处理污染物时负氧离子同时被消耗。

本发明负离子、除醛、除霉、抗菌、净霾涂层和涂料添加剂在成膜乳液中引入各种矿物离子、稀土、植物萃取液等成分组成,使得成膜物具有持续释放负离子功能,从而净化空气尤其是能够降低PM2.5浓度。同时,稀土具备提高负离子浓度功能。而且,本发明制备方法简单、方便,有利于降低工业化生产成本。
本发明负离子抗菌净霾涂层和涂料添加剂的制备方法,对原料进行研磨和搅拌分散后即可制得本发明负离子抗菌净霾涂层和涂料添加剂,其制备工艺简单、易于实施、操作简便,有利于工业化大规模 生产,降低了工业化生产成本,具有较好的经济效益。
本发明负离子抗菌净霾涂层和涂料具有良好的抗菌效果净霾效果,特别适用于居民建筑、商业建筑、公共建筑等场合,具有广阔的应用前景。
Claims (1)
1.一种无放射性植物复合型负离子环保涂层和添加剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料经研磨成纳米级、混合而成:
稀土 2~15%
植物添萃取液 5~15%
二氧化钛 30~40%
海鸥石粉 40~65%
远红外粉 2~10%
所述的涂层或成膜物是添加剂加入涂料中,形成膜;
所述的稀土是经过纳米化的稀土,无任何放射性,起到激活各种离子的作用;
所述植物添萃取液是纯植物提取液,以130多种植物芬多精和生物酶提取物为主要成分,空气中产生淡淡植物的清香,除醛功能,无毒、无害、不会产生室内的二次污染;
所述海鸥石粉是天然矿物合成的纳米粉,产生负离子,同时具有防菌、防霉功能和分解墙体内产生的锰氨氡的功能;
所述的二氧化钛是经过纳米化后,具有显著的光催化抗菌、光催化降解甲醛、苯、氨等有害气体功效,具有抗污、屏蔽紫外线功效;
所述的远红外粉是经过纳米化后,可以产生对人体有益的远红外线,具有发射性达到80%以上;
所述的涂层或添加剂是透明的液体,PH在6-8之间。
