Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid spraying, and discloses a spray plate type liquid distributor with a guide pipe, which comprises: the middle of the shell is provided with a spray chamber; the guide pipes are arranged on the bottom surface of the spray chamber according to actual requirements, have certain heights and are the same, and can be arranged to form a certain included angle with the bottom surface according to actual conditions; the baffle is positioned on one side of the spray chamber and separates the water inlet chamber from the spray chamber, and the bottom surface or the side surface of the water inlet chamber is provided with a water inlet; and the overflow plate is positioned on the other side of the spray chamber and separates the spray chamber from the overflow chamber, and the overflow chamber is provided with an overflow port. The invention adopts the structures of the guide pipe, the partition plate, the overflow plate and the like, can effectively reduce the influence of the inflow field on the spraying effect, prevent the inclined spraying phenomenon and ensure the uniformity of liquid distribution and the stability of spraying density.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid spraying in a falling film technology, and particularly relates to a spraying plate type liquid distributor with a guide pipe.
Background
At present, a large number of falling film evaporators exist in a seawater desalination system, an absorption refrigeration system and a steam compression refrigeration system, a liquid distributor is one of important components, and the performance of the liquid distributor determines whether the whole system can normally and efficiently operate. The liquid distributor has the main function of uniformly distributing fluid entering the falling film evaporator, so that the falling film thickness on each heat exchange tube can ensure sufficient heat exchange and the dry wall phenomenon can not occur.
At present, the common liquid distributors for horizontal tube falling film evaporation generally include a nozzle type liquid distributor, a spray tube type liquid distributor and a spray plate type liquid distributor. The principle of the spray plate type liquid distributor is as follows; the liquid is conveyed to the spraying plate, flows out from holes or grooves formed in the spraying plate, falls onto the working tubes in the lower row under the action of gravity, and forms a falling liquid film on the tube bundles or the tube rows. The method has a simple structure, but is very easily influenced by an unstable flow field near a spraying port, so that the local spraying density is seriously uneven, and the efficiency of the whole system is further influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to overcome the problems of the prior art and to provide a liquid spray device which effectively avoids angled spray and which has the advantage of making the local spray density more stable and uniform in time and space.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a spray plate type liquid distributor with a guide pipe comprises a shell 1, wherein the shell 1 is of an open box structure, and a spray chamber 5 is arranged in the middle of the box structure and is used for providing liquid with a certain liquid level height for the guide pipe 4; the guide pipes 4 are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the spray chamber 5, the guide pipes 4 penetrate through the bottom surface and have certain height, and the guide pipes 4 are arranged perpendicular to the bottom surface of the spray chamber 5 or form a certain included angle with the bottom surface of the spray chamber 5 according to actual conditions; the two ends of the partition plate 2 are connected to the inner wall of the shell 1, the partition plate 2 is used for separating the water inlet chamber 6 from the spray chamber 5, and the phenomenon that the flow of water at the water inlet 7 is unstable to disturb a flow field around the inlet of the conduit 4 to generate inclined spray is prevented; the bottom surface or the side surface of the water inlet chamber 6 is provided with a water inlet 7 which is connected with a water supply device; the overflow plate 3, the both ends of overflow plate 3 are connected on 1 inner wall of casing, and the separation of spray room 5 and overflow room 8 is realized to overflow plate 3, ensures that 5 water levels of spray room are unchangeable basically, and overflow room 8 sets up overflow mouth 9.
The height of the baffle plate 2 and the overflow plate 3 is lower than that of the shell 1.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the conduits with the same height are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the spray chamber, the heights of the conduits avoid uneven spraying caused by unstable water inlet flow field and flow, and the vertically arranged conduits can completely prevent the inclined spraying phenomenon from generating, thereby ensuring the uniformity and the effective spraying amount of spraying. The guide pipe can be arranged perpendicular to the bottom surface according to actual conditions, and can also have a certain inclination angle, and annular spraying, inclined spraying or other forms of spraying are formed aiming at a special liquid distribution environment; the invention is also provided with the clapboard which is used for separating the water inlet area from the spray chamber, thereby effectively reducing the disturbance of the water inlet flow to the flow field around the spray opening and ensuring the stability of the flow field in the spray chamber; the invention is also provided with the overflow plate, which ensures the stability of the water level of the spray chamber, thereby ensuring the stability of the spray density in time.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the spray plate type liquid distributor of the present invention comprises a casing 1, a partition plate 2, an overflow plate 3, a conduit 4, a spray chamber 5, a water inlet chamber 6, a water inlet 7, an overflow chamber 8, and an overflow port 9, wherein the casing of the partition plate 2 and the overflow plate 3 is divided into three parts, namely the water inlet chamber 6, the spray chamber 5, and the overflow chamber 8, the water inlet is arranged at the bottom of the water inlet chamber 6, the conduits 4 with the same height are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the spray chamber 8, and the overflow chamber 8 is provided with the overflow port 9.
The specific process is that the spraying fluid firstly enters the water inlet chamber 6, enters the spraying chamber 5 when the spraying fluid exceeds the height of the partition plate 2 or the height of the hole on the partition plate 2, and enters the spraying port for distributing liquid after the liquid level of the fluid in the spraying chamber 5 rises to the height of the conduit 4; when the fluid level continues to rise to the level of the overflow plate 3, the excess fluid enters the overflow chamber 8 and is discharged out of the liquid distribution device.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention, for example, in order to achieve the same purpose of stabilizing the water level of the shower chamber, the overflow ports may be disposed at corresponding positions on one side of the shower chamber and the overflow plate structure may be eliminated.
