技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于预防或治疗口腔疾病的组合物,其包含作为有效成分的黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分,并且更具体地涉及一种对龋齿、牙痛等具有预防或改善效果的口腔用组合物。另外,本发明还涉及包含黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物和馏分的口腔用化妆品组合物、药物组合物和食品组合物。
背景技术
健康的牙齿可谓是五福之一,是决定生活质量的重要因素。口腔疾病中龋齿(蛀牙)和牙周病(风齿)作为世界上发病率高的疾病,被公知为引发如疼痛、咀嚼功能障碍、牙周组织破坏、口臭和牙齿敏感等多种临床症状,并造成牙齿缺失的主要原因,且由于饮食的改变,口腔疾病的原因正进一步增加。
众所周知,在人的口腔内存在大约600至800种以上的微生物,并且这些微生物由诸如唾液分泌的溶菌酶等酶来控制。然而,富含营养成分和水分的口腔环境为微生物提供了良好的生长条件,并且舌头或者牙菌斑为微生物提供了理想的栖息地。这些微生物中一部分作为机会病原菌,是引发诸如龋齿、牙周病和牙齿敏感(牙本质过敏症)等疾病和口臭的原因。
作为抑制栖息在牙菌斑中而引起龋齿、牙周病、口臭和牙齿敏感的口腔病原菌的增殖的方法,有抗菌剂,已经开发了各种作为蛀牙、牙周病、齿髓和根尖周炎感染的抑制剂和治疗剂的抗菌制剂,所述抗菌制剂包含对口腔病原菌具有灭菌和抑菌作用的抗生素。
但是,由于抗生素会对我们的身体产生全身性的副作用,同时会引起口腔内耐性菌的出现和二次感染,所以具有很难长期使用而只能用作治疗剂的弊端。此外,作为用作口腔清洁剂的抗菌制剂,有血根碱(sanguinarine)、李施德林(Listerine)、过氧化氢、氯己定等,血根碱具有在口腔内对细菌的作用尚不明确,对牙周病的治疗效果更不明确且价格也较高的缺点,李施德林的主要成分是乙醇,虽然具有一定的抑菌作用,但其缺点是在口腔中仅显现出暂时的效果,在长期使用过程中可能对组织造成有害影响。并且,最近,为了美白效果而添加的过氧化氢虽然对细菌有毒性,但同时对人体组织也显示毒性,因此不仅有安全问题,而且偶尔也会在细菌中出现过氧化氢的耐性菌。此外,氯己定是已知的用于抑制牙菌斑形成和预防及治疗牙周病的最优异的制剂,然而,氯己定不仅具有引发对组织的刺激、组织的着色和变性,特别是刺激性味道强烈且味重等副作用,且还会引发二次感染,具有致癌性,因此具有对于孕妇使用受限等不能以治疗或特别是预防为目的而长期使用的缺点。
因此,对含有天然材料的植物提取物作为有效成分的口腔组合物进行了很多研究,该口腔组合物由于其优异的抗菌和抗炎效果,在改善口腔状态或在预防口腔损伤方面具有优异的效果。但是,当单独使用植物提取物时,经常显示出微弱的抗菌和抗炎效果。
在这些背景下,本发明的发明人为导出在不用担心如上所述的副作用的同时,对预防和改善口腔疾病如龋齿和牙痛有优异效果的天然材料而进行了研究。其结果,查出黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分作为对体内安全而可以安心使用的天然组合物,对口腔疾病细菌显示出抗菌效果和抗炎效果,并且可制备出使用该混合提取物或馏分的口腔用组合物、化妆品组合物、药物组合物和食品组合物。

黄花蒿或青蒿(Artemisiae Annuae)是指双子叶植物纲桔梗目菊科的黄花蒿(Artemisia annua Linne)或者青蒿(Artemisia apiacea Hance)的地上部分。黄花蒿也被称为牡蒿、细叶蒿、草蒿、香蒿、臭蒿、滨蒿等,栖息在路边、空地、河边等,并分布在韩国、日本、中国台湾、蒙古及西伯利亚等地区。黄花蒿作为地上部分,茎呈圆柱形,并在上侧分支,长为30~80厘米,直径为2~6毫米。外表面呈黄绿色至黄棕色,且有纵脊。质地结实并容易折断,叶互生,且为深绿色至绿褐色并易碎。完整者展平后为三回羽状深裂,裂片及小裂片是圆形或长椭圆形,两面被短毛覆盖。黄花蒿具有独特的香味,且味道稍苦。青蒿作为地上部分,是几乎没有叶子的花梗的茎,且长为 60~90厘米。茎的外表面呈黄棕色,质地结实,截面是纤维状。叶子呈绿棕色,有很多细小的褶皱,被卷绕,易碎,花梗呈黄绿色。在显微镜下观察青蒿的横断面时,茎的边缘部位的表皮细胞向外突出,其内部由厚角组织组成。纤维束集中在边缘部位,并且纤维束围绕韧皮部的周围以半月形排列。青蒿具有独特的香味,且味淡。包含在青蒿中的仅可杀死癌细胞的称作青蒿素的物质被公知是比传统抗癌剂强1200倍的镇定成分。此外,青蒿还具有解热镇痛、免疫增强、肝功能保护、抗疟疾作用等的功效。
此外,竹盐被称为秘药,是使用竹子和盐并通过煅烧法合成的,其通过将具有产生新细胞的生新作用的竹子和用于防止腐烂的盐在炉中以高温重复多次处理,除去其所带的毒素,使药效实现了最大化。制备竹盐时使用的盐通常使用天日盐,除此之外,可以使用食用盐、岩盐、试剂级氯化钠和氯化钾,竹子使用了竹子或者棉竹子,但无需限制竹子的种类。
纵观作为制备竹盐的材料的竹子和盐的功效,在东医宝鉴、本草纲目、神农本草经、原版韩国药用植物图鉴中记载为竹子含有青色素、芍药碱、花青素、芍药素、半乳糖等成分,对牙痛、牙龈出血、感冒症状、肿瘤、细胞生新力等具有优良的效果,在东医宝鉴、本草纲目、神农本草经等中记载为盐因很强的渗透作用而具有消毒效果,消除牙龈的出血、肿胀、炎症、口臭,并对风齿有效。
本发明不特别限制获得黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分的方法,可以通过本领域公知的方法化学合成,或者可以使用市售材料。
本发明的黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分不仅可以以溶剂化的形式存在,还可以以非溶剂化的形式存在。本发明的黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分可以以结晶型或非结晶型形式存在,并且所有这些物理形式包括在本发明的范围内。
本发明提供了一种用于预防或改善口腔疾病的口腔用组合物,其包含作为有效成分的所述黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分。
此外,具体地,本发明可以提供一种用于预防或改善口腔疾病如龋齿和/或牙痛等的口腔用组合物,其包含作为有效成分的所述黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分。
在本发明中,“口腔疾病”是指在口腔区域中发生的各种疾病,并且所述口腔区域是指从前唇到后咽峡连接到咽头的口腔内空间。在本发明中,口腔疾病是指与病症无关的在口腔内发生的所有疾病,所述口腔疾病的非限制性实例包括龋齿、牙痛等。
在本发明中,“龋齿”作为由栖息在牙齿表面上的细菌引起的传染性疾病,也被称为蛀牙,是牙齿的硬组织被侵蚀而出现了缺损的症状。具体地,覆盖牙头部分表面,保护牙齿牙本质的乳白色的半透明且坚硬的物质被称为牙齿珐琅质或牙釉质,这是指由于在口腔中栖息的口腔病原菌分解糖和淀粉等而产生的酸使珐琅质遭破坏,从而产生蛀牙。造成龋齿的主要原因可列举作为在牙齿表面形成的细菌膜的牙菌斑(齿菌斑),唾液在牙齿上形成薄而粘的膜,在其上粘附作为链球菌之一的茸毛链球菌和变形链球菌等口腔微生物以形成生物膜,从而形成牙菌斑(齿菌斑),因梭杆菌而变得更厚。
本发明的龋齿包括各种造成龋齿的病原菌,而无关其种类,具体地选自如下组的一种以上的菌,该组由如下物质构成:变形链球菌、轻型链球菌、唾液链球菌、中间普雷沃氏菌、血链球菌、茸毛链球菌、大鼠链球菌、仓鼠链球菌、咽峡炎链球菌和乳酸菌,更具体地是变形链球菌、轻型链球菌、唾液链球菌和中间普雷沃氏菌。
变形链球菌作为链球菌之一,是革兰氏阳性菌,也称为蛀牙菌。所述变形链球菌只在牙齿的表面增殖,且直到出生后的30个月前后乳齿不完整。因此,直到这个时期,变形链球菌很难像婴儿期以后那样增殖。婴儿期没有从成人的口腔感染到变形链球菌,因此口腔中其他口腔细菌着床时,变形链球菌就难以进入已平衡的口腔内的生态系统,使得婴儿期以后的一生中患蛀牙的机会显着降低。如果已经通过成人的口腔感染了病原菌,则应经常刷牙并保持口腔清洁,这种做法易于预防蛀牙。然而,一旦变形链球菌着床于口腔中,就不可能根除变形链球菌。
在本发明的一个实施例中,用黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分处理变形链球菌、轻型链球菌、唾液链球菌和中间普雷沃氏菌后测量最低抑菌浓度(MIC)的结果,含有所述黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分的实验组的情况对所述菌显示出优异的抗菌活性,并且确认了含有黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分的组合物可用于预防或改善口腔疾病的用途。(参见表3)。
在本发明中,“牙痛”是指当吃甜食或非常冷或热的食物等时牙齿受到的疼痛,通常,当咀嚼时发生疼痛,牙龈肿胀并分泌出恶臭味的分泌物。牙痛的原因根据疾病,疼痛会略有不同,如下所示。在龋齿的初期是没有疼痛的,但逐渐发展至深度腐蚀牙齿内部神经时会出现疼痛。在齿髓炎的情况下,当作为位于牙齿内的神经和血管部位的齿髓组织发生炎症时,在初期,接触到生冷食物时感到疼痛,当进一步恶化时,则会对温热食物感到疼痛。如果炎症发展而导致齿髓组织死亡,则对凉和热没有反应而产生由牙根尖(牙根端)炎症引起的疼痛。若有埋伏牙,会因牙齿周围组织的炎症而引发疼痛。牙折裂是指牙齿碎裂或出现裂痕的情况,当接触到生冷食物或强力咬合时,牙齿会劈开而刺激神经,从而引起疼痛。关于牙齿磨损症,牙齿的颈部磨损的情况称为牙颈部磨损症,牙齿的咀嚼面磨损的情况称为咀嚼磨损症,然而,当牙齿如此磨损时,牙齿神经会受到刺激,因此接触生冷食物时会产生疼痛。
所述黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分的口腔用组合物可以是化妆品组合物。另外,本发明的化妆品组合物可以是特殊用途的化妆品。
本发明的口腔用组合物中包含的组分作为有效成分除了所述有效成分以外还可以包含口腔用组合物中常用的组分,例如,研磨剂、润湿剂、粘合剂、发泡剂、甜味剂、防腐剂、药效成分、香味剂、色素、溶剂、增白剂、增溶剂或pH调节剂。
本发明的口腔用组合物还可以制备为本领域通常制备的任何剂型,例如,可以为牙膏、口腔清洗剂、口腔清洁剂、口香糖、糖果类、口腔喷雾剂、口腔软膏剂、口腔脱敏剂、口腔漱口液和牙龈按摩霜等的剂型,但不限于此。
作为一例,本发明的口腔用组合物为牙膏剂型时,可以包含润湿剂、研磨剂、粘合剂、发泡剂、香味剂、甜味剂、着色剂、保存剂、药效成分、溶剂和pH调节剂等。
所述润湿剂用于使牙膏剂成分中的粉末呈膏状,防止牙膏剂在空气中硬化,且将甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇等单独或混合两种以上并以组合物总重量的1-60 重量%,特别是10-50重量%的用量来进行使用。
所述发泡剂用于使牙膏剂扩散到口腔中以提高清洁效果,且用作表面活性剂而清洗口腔污垢,将十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基肌氨酸钠、烷基磺基琥珀酸钠和蔗糖脂肪酸酯等表面活性剂单独或混合两种以上并以组合物总重量的0.5-10重量%,特别是0.5-5重量%的用量来进行使用。

所述研磨剂用于除去牙齿表面的附着物而不损伤牙齿表面,以显现出牙齿本身的光泽,将碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、无水硅酸、氢氧化铝、焦磷酸钾、碳酸镁等单独或混合两种以上并以组合物总重量的1-60重量%,特别是10-50重量%的用量来进行使用。
所述香味剂用于赋予牙膏凉爽感和气味来增强使用感,将薄荷油、留兰香油、薄荷醇等单独或混合两种以上并以组合物总重量的1-60重量%,特别是0.01-5重量%的用量来进行使用。
所述甜味剂用于除去牙膏剂原料所致的不快感并改善清凉感,将糖精酸、阿斯巴甜、木糖醇、甘草酸等单独或混合两种以上并以组合物总重量的1-60重量%,特别是0.01-5重量%的用量来进行使用。
药效成分用于实现预防龋齿和预防牙痛的效果,将氟化物、氯化锌、氯己定、氨基己酸、氨甲环酸、氯化十六烷基吡啶、氯化吡哆醇、二氯苯氧氯酚、醋酸生育酚、单氟磷酸钠等单独或混合两种以上来进行使用。在本发明中,虫草素可以用作附加的药效成分。
本发明的口腔用组合物可以单独或组合使用,或者,也可以与本发明以外的其他口腔用组合物组合使用。
本发明的另一方面,包含作为有效成分的所述黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分的口腔用组合物可以是药物组合物。此外,具体地,本发明可以提供一种用于预防或治疗如龋齿和/或牙痛的口腔疾病的药物组合物,其包含作为有效成分的所述黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分。黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分、口腔疾病、龋齿和牙痛如上所述。
本发明的药物组合物根据用于预防和治疗口腔疾病的常规方法,可以剂型化为片剂、丸剂、散剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、悬浮剂、内容液剂、乳剂、糖浆剂、气雾剂、无菌注射溶液等的形式。
用于口服的固体制剂包含片剂、丸剂、散剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂等,这些固体制剂可以通过混合至少一种赋形剂,例如淀粉、碳酸钙、蔗糖、乳糖、明胶等来制备。此外,除了简单的赋形剂外,还可以使用润滑剂如硬脂酸镁和滑石。用于口服的液体制剂包含悬浮剂、内容液剂、乳剂、糖浆剂等,除了作为通常使用的简单稀释剂的水和液体石蜡之外,可以使用各种赋形剂,例如润湿剂、甜味剂、芳香剂、保存剂等。
用于非口服的制剂可以包含无菌水溶液、非水性溶剂、悬浮剂、乳剂、冷干制剂、栓剂等。非水性溶剂和悬浮剂可以使用植物油如丙二醇、聚乙二醇和橄榄油等,可注射酯如油酸乙酯等。
此外,本发明的药物组合物还可包含载体、赋形剂或稀释剂。载体、赋形剂或稀释剂可以使用乳糖、右旋糖、蔗糖、山梨糖醇、甘露醇、木糖醇、赤藓糖醇、麦芽糖醇、淀粉、阿拉伯胶、藻酸盐、明胶、磷酸钙、硅酸钙、纤维素、甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、水、羟基苯甲酸甲酯、羟基苯甲酸丙酯、滑石、硬脂酸镁、二氧化硅等的矿物油等。
本发明的药物组合物的具体投入量可以由本领域技术人员根据制剂化方法、患者的状况和体重、患者的性别、年龄、疾病的程度、药物形状、投入途径和期间、排泄速度、反应感应性等因素进行各种选择,并且投入量和次数不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
本发明的药物组合物可以通过各种途径来投给哺乳动物如鼠、蝙蝠、家畜、人类等。所有的投入方式是可以预料的,并且可以通过例如口服、静脉、肌肉或皮下注射进行投入。
本发明的又一方面,包含作为有效成分的所述黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分的口腔用组合物可以是食品组合物。所述食品可以是保健食品。此外,具体地,本发明可以提供一种用于预防或改善例如龋齿和/或牙痛的口腔疾病的食品组合物,其包含作为有效成分的所述黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分。黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分、口腔疾病、龋齿和牙痛如上所述。所述食品组合物可以以健康功能食品的形式使用,但不限于此。
本发明的食品组合物中所含的黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分可以以含有虫草素的动植物、其提取物、其馏分或其加工产物的形式包含。此外,所述组合物除了有效成分之外,还可以包含食品学可允许的食品辅助添加剂。
在本发明中,“食品辅助添加剂”是指可以以辅助方式添加到食品中的构成要素,是在制备各种剂型的健康功能食品时添加的,本领域技术人员可适当选择来进行使用。食品辅助添加剂的实例包括各种营养剂、维生素、矿物质(电解质)、诸如合成风味剂和天然风味剂的风味剂、着色剂和填充剂、果胶酸及其盐、藻酸及其盐、有机酸、保护性胶体增稠剂、pH调节剂、稳定剂、防腐剂、甘油、醇碳酸饮料中使用的碳氧化剂等,但本发明的食品辅助添加剂的类型不受上述例子的限制。
本发明的食品组合物可以包含健康功能食品。在本发明中,“健康功能食品”是指使用具有对人体有用的功能性的原料或成分以片剂、胶囊、粉末、颗粒、液体和丸等形式制备和加工的食品。这里的“功能性”是指对人体的结构和功能调节营养素,或对生理作用等保健用途具有有益效果。本发明的健康功能食品可以通过本领域常规的方法制备,并且可以通过添加本领域常规添加的原料和成分来制备。此外,所述健康功能食品的剂型只要被认为是健康功能食品的剂型就可以不受限制地制备。本发明的食品组合物可以以各种形式的剂型来制备,并且与普通药品不同,当用食品作为原料时,其优点是没有因长期服用药物而产生的副作用,并且具有优异的可携带性使得本发明的健康功能食品可以作为预防或改善口腔疾病的辅助剂来摄入。
本发明的健康功能食品可采用的形式没有限定,可以包含常规含义下的全部食品,也可以与功能性食品等本领域中已知的术语混合使用。并且,本发明的健康功能食品可以根据本领域技术人员的选择,通过混合可以包含在食品中的合适的其他辅助成分和公知的添加剂来制备。作为可以添加的食品的例子有包含肉类、香肠、面包、巧克力、糖果类、小吃类、饼干类、披萨、方便面、其他面类、口香糖类、冰淇淋类的乳制品、各种汤、饮料、茶、口服液、酒精饮料和维生素复合物等,并且添加至本发明使用虫草素作为主要组分制备的酱、茶、凝胶、汁等来制备。此外,还包括用作动物饲料的食品。
本发明的又一方面,提供一种口腔用组合物在制造用于预防或改善口腔疾病的制剂中的用途,该口腔用组合物包含作为有效成分的黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分。
如上所述,所述口腔用组合物可以是化妆品组合物、药物组合物或食品组合物。另外,在本发明中,化妆品组合物可以是特殊用途的化妆品。
本发明的含有作为有效成分的黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分的口腔用组合物对预防或改善口腔疾病具有优异的效果。具体地,本发明的组合物对引起龋齿的细菌具有优异的抗菌活性,表现出抗炎效果,且作为预防或改善龋齿和/或牙痛等口腔疾病的口腔用组合物的应用度很高。此外,本发明的包含黄花蒿和竹盐的混合提取物或馏分的组合物可以用作化妆品组合物、药物组合物和食品组合物。
具体实施方式
以下,通过实施例和实验例,更详细地描述本发明的构成和效果。这些实施例和实验例仅用于例示本发明,但本发明的范围不受这些实施例和实验例的限制。
制备实施例1:提取物的制备
为了解决单独使用植物提取物时的微弱的抗菌、抗炎症效能效果,且为了制备出不仅提取了各种植物中含有的多种有效成分、还提取了可发挥协同作用的成分的提取物,在常温下且不破坏功效成分的情况下进行了提取。
具体地,用水清洗了黄花蒿(从农业会社法人Humanherb购买),将清洗后的黄花蒿和竹盐(从Kaeamfood公司购买)分别放入提取容器中,然后加入乙醇和水,并在常温下缓慢提取以获得各自的提取物。将上述获得的提取物各自利用滤纸等除去固体成分而进行过滤后,对提取物进行减压浓缩以制备各自的提取物。
实施例1:组合物的制备
使用制备实施例1的提取物,根据如下表1制备混合提取物的组合物。

实验例1:评价抗炎效果
对制备实施例1中制备的各提取物和实施例1的组合物使用如下培养的细胞来测量了抗炎效果。
使用Raw 264.7细胞(ATTC号:TIB-71)测量相同浓度的黄花蒿和竹盐的单独提取物及其实施例1的混合提取物的NO(Nitirc Oxide)生成抑制效果。
将上述样品稀释为0.01重量%的浓度,预处理30分钟后,用1μg/ml LPS(脂多糖)作为刺激源进行处理并培养24小时后,使用NO定量Kit评价NO生成抑制率,如下所示。

阳性对照组:20mg/ml L-NMMA1(NOS抑制剂)
测量结果(n=3)显示在如下表2中。

如表2所示,可以确定与各自的单独提取物相比,相同浓度的经处理的两种以上混合的提取物具有两倍以上的高NO生成抑制率,并可以看出,本发明的混合提取物比各自的单独提取物具有更优异的协同作用,并对炎症改善效果非常有效。
实验例2:评价抗菌效果(MIC试验)
对制备实施例1中制备的各提取物和实施例1的组合物进行抗菌活性试验以确定对龋齿的预防或治疗效果。
将上述样品各自溶解在BHI培养基中并通过1/2连续稀释来处理如下四种与口腔疾病相关的菌,即,变形链球菌、轻型链球菌、唾液链球菌、中间普雷沃氏菌以测量最低抑菌浓度(MIC)(%),其结果(n=3)显示在如下表3中。

如表3所示,与各自的单独提取物相比,实施例1的组合物出乎意料地显示出 1/2程度的MIC。从这些结果可以看出,本发明的组合物比各自的单独提取物具有优良的协同作用,并且对抗菌效果非常有效。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于预防或改善口腔疾病的口腔用组合物,其有效成分由黄花蒿的提取物或馏分和竹盐的提取物或馏分按1:1的重量比混合得到的混合物组成;
其中,所述口腔疾病由炎症引起和/或由选自变形链球菌、轻型链球菌、唾液链球菌和中间普雷沃氏菌中的一种或多种细菌引起。
2.如权利要求1所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述口腔疾病是龋齿。
3.如权利要求2所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述龋齿由选自变形链球菌、轻型链球菌、唾液链球菌和中间普雷沃氏菌中的一种或多种细菌引起。
4.如权利要求1所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述口腔疾病为牙痛。
5.如权利要求1所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述组合物的剂型是选自如下组的一种以上的剂型,该组由如下物质构成:牙膏、口腔清洗剂、糖果类、口腔喷雾剂、口腔软膏剂、口腔脱敏剂和牙龈按摩霜。
6.如权利要求1所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述组合物的剂型是口香糖。
7.如权利要求1所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述组合物是药物组合物。
8.口腔用组合物在制造用于预防或改善口腔疾病的制剂中的用途,该口腔用组合物的有效成分由黄花蒿的提取物或馏分和竹盐的提取物或馏分按1:1的重量比混合得到的混合物组成;
其中,所述口腔疾病由炎症引起和/或由选自变形链球菌、轻型链球菌、唾液链球菌和中间普雷沃氏菌中的一种或多种细菌引起。
9.如权利要求8所述的用途,其中,所述组合物是药物组合物。
