Further, the lower end of the upper waistline portion is sandwiched between the inner cover layer and the outer cover layer, or the lower end of the upper waistline portion is disposed on the inner cover layer, or the lower end of the upper waistline portion is disposed on the outer cover layer.
Furthermore, the upper waistline part is fixed with the outer covering layer and/or the inner covering layer in an ultrasonic welding mode, a glue bonding mode or a hot melting bonding mode.
Furthermore, the non-stretching length of the elastic rubber band from the side close to the upper elastic part to the side of the absorption core is increased, and the growth rate is 5-15%.
Furthermore, the upper elastic part is arranged on the waist non-woven fabric, or the upper elastic part is coated in the waist non-woven fabric, or the waist non-woven fabric is semi-coated with the upper elastic part.
A manufacturing process of composite elastic waistline pull-up pants based on the same invention concept comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing an absorption main body;
secondly, preparing an upper waistline part, and compounding an upper elastic piece and waist non-woven fabric to obtain the upper waistline part;
thirdly, inputting the outer covering layer, the inner covering layer, the elastic rubber band and the upper waistline part, enabling the elastic rubber band to be clamped at two ends of the outer covering layer and the inner covering layer in the width direction to form a lower waistline part, and enabling the upper waistline part to be connected to the outer side of the lower waistline part;

Furthermore, in the sixth step, the connecting part is formed by ultrasonic welding, and a plurality of sewing holes are formed in the part of the upper elastic part, which is located at the connecting part.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
this compound elasticity waistline pull-up diaper is through the setting of last waistline, waistline down, just it is elasticity non-woven fabrics or elasticity complex film or the elasticity complex film that has the hole or the elasticity non-woven fabrics that has the hole to go up the elastic component, down the elastic component includes along length direction interval setting and along the plural number elasticity rubber band of width direction extension, just so make and go up the waistline and form a comparatively level and smooth whole, thereby can realize going up the elastic component and mainly playing the fastening effect, prevent that the pull-up diaper from taking off, because it struts the back whole and is relatively level and smooth, can reduce and draw the trace, and down the elastic component mainly plays the effect of drawing the waist, can make the pull-up diaper more next to the shin, do not produce and draw the trace again, when being in original state, the length of going up the elastic component is less than the length of elastic component down, also when opening the state, the elasticity tightening force of going up the elastic component is greater than. In addition, since the upper elastic member is a film-like member, it does not have a great influence on the air permeability, and since the upper elastic member is provided with the waist nonwoven fabric, the waist nonwoven fabric is contracted when it is contracted, and the contraction forms fine wrinkles, but the wrinkles are smaller and smoother than those of the elastic band, and the fine wrinkles can improve the air permeability; the width of the upper elastic piece is not large, the upper elastic piece is usually set to be 10-30 mm, and the specific size is adjustable, so that the width does not influence the air permeability; in addition, the air permeability can be improved by punching the upper elastic piece; in addition, the elastic piece can be provided with a convex part, and the hole is arranged in the convex part, thereby realizing the improvement of air permeability, reducing the bound area and not reducing the wearing effect. Furthermore, the connection mode of the upper waist part, the inner covering layer and the outer covering layer can be various and can be clamped between the inner covering layer and the outer covering layer, so that the connection mode is firmer, the upper waist part can be used for adults or large-size pull-ups, and accidents such as cracking and the like caused by heavy weight after the absorption main body is fully absorbed are prevented; the elastic rubber band can be arranged on the inner covering layer, namely attached to the inner side surface of the inner covering layer, so that the elastic rubber band can be further away from the body, and the generation of strangling marks is reduced; can be arranged on the outer covering layer, so that the upper elastic element has a fall of the upper and lower peripheries when being restrained, namely the perimeter of the lower end of the upper elastic element is longer, thereby increasing the air permeability. Furthermore, the non-stretching length of the elastic rubber band from the side close to the upper elastic part to the side of the absorption core is increased, the increase rate is 5% -15%, and the elastic rubber band aims to match with a radian of the waist of a human body, so that the fitness is realized, and the binding feeling is avoided. Furthermore, the combination mode of the upper elastic part and the waist non-woven fabric is various, such as full coating, half coating and single-side fitting, and the full coating can realize effective and firm stability of the upper elastic part; the half-wrapping can realize fixation by utilizing the combination of the outer covering layer or the inner covering layer and the waist non-woven fabric, and the mode can also realize better firm combination; and the single-side fitting can realize the material saving, the thickness reduction and the air permeability enhancement.
The original shaping mode of the pull-up pants is that the elastic rubber band sprayed with glue is compounded between the outer covering layer and the inner covering layer by inputting the outer covering layer and the inner covering layer. The production process of the composite elastic waistline pull-up pants comprises the steps of firstly preparing the upper waistline part, and then compounding the upper waistline part with the outer covering layer, the inner covering layer and the elastic rubber band. It has changed original direct cladding compound mode, can be so that can have more joint modes of going up the elastic component, as last waistline portion passes through the waistline connecting piece and bonds on interior overburden inboard, the one end of waist non-woven fabrics extends the waistline connecting piece and forms the cover and encloses, the waistline portion is enclosed in the cover, and this kind of mode can realize the cover of cover enclosing to waistline portion down to reduce the probability that the elasticity rubber band produced the mark of tightening a muscle. And because the upper elastic part is compounded with the waist non-woven fabric in advance, the compounding can be bonded by glue or hot melt discontinuous bonding, and the compounding effect is better than the online bonding effect of the elastic rubber band with the inner covering layer and the outer covering layer. Furthermore, the connecting part is formed in an ultrasonic welding mode, a plurality of sewing holes are formed in the part, located on the connecting part, of the upper elastic part, the upper elastic part is thin-film-shaped, other problems can easily occur when the upper elastic part is sewn through ultrasonic waves, if welding is not thorough enough, the adhesion is weak and the like, the problem can be thoroughly solved through the sewing holes, the part of the sewing holes is consistent with the welding of normal non-woven fabrics when the sewing holes are welded, effective welding can be achieved, the part of the upper elastic part cannot be damaged, and partial connection can be achieved, so that the purpose of welding is achieved.

The elastic rubber band can be arranged on the inner covering layer, namely attached to the inner side surface of the inner covering layer, so that the elastic rubber band can be further away from the body, and the generation of strangling marks is reduced; can be arranged on the outer covering layer, so that the upper elastic piece has a fall of the upper and lower peripheries when being restrained, namely the perimeter of the lower end of the upper elastic piece is longer, thereby increasing the air permeability
The upper waistline portion 5 is fixed to the outer cover layer 1 and/or the inner cover layer 2 by ultrasonic welding, glue bonding or hot melt bonding, so as to form a splicing portion 7, referring to fig. 3, 6 and 7.
The upper elastic member may be placed on the waist nonwoven fabric, as shown in fig. 6 and 8. The waist nonwoven may also be half-wrapped with elastic, see fig. 7. The full cladding can realize the effective and firm stability of the upper elastic part; the half-wrapping can realize fixation by utilizing the combination of the outer covering layer or the inner covering layer and the waist non-woven fabric, and the mode can also realize better firm combination; and the single-side fitting can realize the material saving, the thickness reduction and the air permeability enhancement.
The lengths of the outer cover layer and the inner cover layer may be extended or contracted according to actual needs, but are not necessarily equal, and as shown in fig. 8, the upper elastic member 51 is placed on the waist nonwoven fabric 52, and the outer cover layer 1 is extended upward and folded over to cover the upper waistline portion 5. The outer cover 1 may also continue to extend downwardly until it covers the lower waist portion 4.
Side wall rubber bands 8 can be arranged between the inner covering layer 2 and the outer covering layer 1 and below the lower waistline, the number of the side wall rubber bands 8 can be set according to requirements, and the side wall rubber bands 8 are combined to form the side waistline, which is shown in reference to fig. 9 and 10. The side wall rubber band can be across the absorption body 3 or can be broken at the absorption body 3. The purpose of setting up like this is in order to increase the next to shin performance, can make the constraint feel reduce after breaking, and the absorbent core is difficult for deforming.
The arrangement of the upper waist portion and the combination of the upper waist portion with the inner cover layer and the outer cover layer may be selected as required, and in combination, the arrangement may be selected according to the desired effect of the side weight.
The thickness of the upper elastic member may be 0.1 to 1mm, which is preferable, but other thicknesses may be selected.
The manufacturing process of the composite elastic waistline pull-up pants comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing an absorption main body;
secondly, preparing an upper waistline part, compounding an upper elastic piece with waist non-woven fabric, wherein the upper waistline part is compounded with the waist non-woven fabric after the upper elastic piece is rolled and stretched by a, spraying b first glue b1 on one side of the upper elastic piece before compounding to realize the primary bonding of the upper elastic piece 51 and the waist non-woven fabric 52, then rolling c to realize compounding, folding d the waist non-woven fabric, spraying e second glue e1 on one side of the upper elastic piece simultaneously to ensure that the folded waist non-woven fabric 52 is compounded with the other side of the upper elastic piece 51 again through rolling f to prepare the upper waistline part, the upper elastic piece 51 is coated in the waist non-woven fabric 52, two ends of the waist non-woven fabric 52 exceed the upper elastic piece 51 and are combined to form a waistline connecting piece 53, one end of the waist non-woven fabric 52 extends out of the waistline connecting piece 53 to form a covering ring 54, refer to fig. 11, 12;
thirdly, inputting the outer cover layer, the inner cover layer, the elastic rubber band and the upper waistline portion, so that the elastic rubber band 41 is clamped at two ends of the outer cover layer 1 and the inner cover layer 2 in the width direction to form the lower waistline portion 4, the upper waistline portion 5 is connected to the outer side of the lower waistline portion 4, and the cover 54 covers the lower waistline portion 4, referring to fig. 12 and 13;
fourthly, adhering the absorption main body;
fifthly, folding to enable the two ends of the outer covering layer and the inner covering layer in the width direction to be folded;
sixthly, welding, wherein two ends of the lower waistline part and the upper waistline part which are positioned on one side of the absorption body are respectively fixedly connected with the lower waistline part and the upper waistline part which are positioned on the other side of the absorption body to form a connecting part, the connecting part is formed in an ultrasonic welding mode, and a plurality of sewing holes are formed in the part of the upper elastic piece, which is positioned on the connecting part;
and seventhly, cutting, namely cutting the connecting part to obtain the single pull-up diaper.
The above steps are only a brief step, and some steps are omitted, for example, in the fourth step, the opening of the leg hole may be performed before or after the main absorbent body is adhered, but it is not an essential step, and in the process of making the pull-up pants, there may be a process of not opening the leg hole, which is naturally formed after being folded. The steps are necessary steps, and other steps can be added according to needs, such as an S-shaped rubber band adding step, an anti-side leakage rubber band adding step and the like.
In the second step, the adjustment may be made according to the actual wrapping manner of the waist nonwoven fabric and the elastic member. In the third step, the adjustment may be performed according to the actual connection manner between the upper waistline portion and the lower waistline portion. In the second step, the folding of the waist nonwoven fabric is assisted by a plurality of guide rollers, wherein d is one of the guide rollers, d1 is the other guide roller, and other guide rollers can be arranged.
After the third step is completed, the joined upper waistline portion and lower waistline portion still need to be rolled, and the rolling device in this case cannot be a common pressing roller mechanism, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the rolling device includes an upper roller 91, a lower roller 92, and a driving mechanism for driving the upper roller 91 and the lower roller 92, an upper recess 911 for avoiding the upper waistline portion is provided on the upper roller 91, and a lower protrusion 921 for supporting the upper waistline portion is provided on the lower roller 92. This arrangement makes it possible to effectively roll the connection of the upper and lower waistline portions shown in fig. 12. Thereby preventing excessive rolling due to misalignment of the upper waistline portion and the lower waistline portion. When the upper elastic member 51 is provided with a convex portion, the lower roller 92 may be provided with a corresponding lower roller recess 922 on the lower protrusion 921 as required to avoid the convex portion.
