After the operation plate is used, the free end of the operation plate 1c is pressed downwards, the other end of the operation plate 1c can swing upwards through the lever principle, so that the operation handle 9 is driven to move upwards wholly, the limiting teeth 11a1 of the two positioning blocks 11 and the first transmission tooth 9a1 on the operation handle 9 are separated from the second transmission tooth 10a on the sliding strip 10, the sliding strip 10 can be directly pushed to slide, and the second support body 3 can be reset in a translational mode. Moreover, since the other end of the operation plate 1c opposite to the free end is fixed on the limit post 12, the operation plate 1c is elastically deformed when swinging upwards under the action of the lever principle, and after the pressing force of the free end disappears, the operation plate 1c can be automatically reset, thereby driving the whole operation handle 9 to reset.
If the left mouth of the patient needs to be treated or a larger operation space is needed, the positioning clamping plate 4a is pressed down, the positioning clamping plate 4a swings upwards around the hinge point against the action of elastic force, and the locking clamping tooth I4 a1 is separated from the locking clamping tooth II 6a to be unlocked. The rack 6 is pulled to the right side, the rotating shaft 5 can be driven to rotate through the cooperation of the gear 7 and the gear 7, the rotating shaft 5 drives the left end of the first support body 2 to swing upwards, the right end of the first support body swings downwards, so that the opening amplitude of the left side of a patient's mouth is larger, the opening amplitude of the right side of the patient's mouth is smaller, the limit of the opening amplitude of the single side of the mouth is far larger than the limit of the synchronous opening amplitude of the two sides of the mouth, thereby obtaining larger operation space and visual field, after the proper opening amplitude is regulated, the positioning clamping plate 4a is loosened, and the positioning clamping plate 4a enables the first locking clamping tooth 4a1 to be clamped into the second locking clamping tooth 6a again under the action of elastic force to realize positioning, as shown in fig. 3.
If the right mouth of the patient needs to be treated or a larger operation space is needed, the positioning clamping plate 4a is pressed down, the positioning clamping plate 4a swings upwards around the hinge point against the action of elastic force, and the locking clamping tooth I4 a1 is separated from the locking clamping tooth II 6a to be unlocked. The rack 6 is pulled to the left side, the rotating shaft 5 can be driven to rotate through the cooperation of the gear 7 and the gear 7, the rotating shaft 5 drives the right end of the first support body 2 to swing upwards, the left end swings downwards, so that the opening amplitude of the right side of a patient's mouth is larger, the opening amplitude of the left side is smaller, the limit of the opening amplitude of the single side of the mouth is far greater than the limit of the synchronous opening amplitude of the two sides of the mouth, thereby obtaining larger operation space and visual field, after the proper opening amplitude is regulated, the positioning clamping plate 4a is loosened, and the positioning clamping plate 4a enables the first locking clamping tooth 4a1 to be clamped into the second locking clamping tooth 6a again under the action of elastic force to realize positioning, as shown in fig. 4.
The opening device can realize multiple application modes of synchronous opening of two sides, synchronous opening of one side, matching of synchronous opening of two sides and one side of the mouth of a patient and the like, and has wider applicability.
