Abstract
The invention discloses a thermoplastic mold positioning template and a positioning method thereof, wherein the thermoplastic mold positioning template comprises a bottom plate, a plastic template and a thermoplastic template, the plastic template is detachably connected with the bottom plate, the plastic template is matched with a prone position of a patient, the thermoplastic template is attached to the body of the patient and stretches across the patient to be detachably connected with the bottom plate, and an inserting needle template is detachably mounted on the thermoplastic template.

The invention relates to the technical field of brachytherapy, in particular to a thermoplastic mold positioning template and a positioning method thereof.
Background
In the brachytherapy and needle biopsy of cancers such as lung cancer, an inserting needle is required to be inserted into a tumor region to perform brachytherapy or accurately position to perform needle biopsy, reasonable needle distribution can maximize the tumor dose and optimally protect surrounding normal tissues, rapid positioning can improve the needle biopsy efficiency, and lesion tissues can be taken out to the maximum extent. The invention aims to provide a thermoplastic mold positioning template and a positioning method thereof, which are used for fixing a patient and an insertion needle template to a plastic template by matching with the thermoplastic mold template without adopting a mechanical arm on the premise of ensuring safe, convenient and effective needle distribution, are convenient for doctors to accurately distribute needles and save cost.

The cooperation of the groove 101 and the projection 201 can realize the quick assembly and disassembly of the bottom plate 1 and the plastic template 2.
