As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the magnetic resonance head and neck fixing device further comprises a shoulder fixing portion, the shoulder fixing portion comprises a shoulder thermoplastic film 5 and a plurality of clamping blocks 132 clamped on the shoulder thermoplastic film 5; the shoulder thermoplastic film 5 is mounted on the mounting plate 14 by the shoulder positioning mechanism 6 and can move along the length direction of the mounting plate 14, when the shoulder thermoplastic film 5 is provided, the shoulder thermoplastic film 5 and the neck thermoplastic film 2 can be designed in one piece.
The shoulder thermoplastic film 5 and the shoulder positioning mechanism 6 are mutually matched, so that the shoulder of a patient can be positioned in a full-covering mode, and the shoulder thermoplastic film is mainly used for checking when a focus exists on the shoulder; the mounting holes 141 for fixing the shoulder positioning mechanism 6 and the shoulder pressing mechanism 4 on the mounting plate 14 are common, and when the shoulders of the patient are pressed, the shoulder positioning mechanism 6 and the shoulder pressing mechanism 4 can be mounted only by one.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the shoulder positioning mechanism 6 comprises a shoulder positioning seat 61, a sliding block 62 and a shoulder pressing rod 63, wherein the shoulder positioning seat 61 is locked in a mounting hole 141 of the vertical side wall of the mounting plate 14 by a locking piece 133; a strip-shaped groove 611 is formed in the side, back to the head and neck cushion plate 11, of the shoulder positioning seat 61;
the shoulder pressing rod 63 is matched with the mounting hole 141 in the strip-shaped groove 611 through the locking piece 133 and is fixed in the strip-shaped groove 611; a sliding groove 631 is formed in the shoulder pressing rod 63, and the sliding block 62 is fixed on the shoulder pressing rod 63 by a locking piece 133 penetrating through the sliding groove 631; the latch 132 at the edge of the thermoplastic shoulder film 5 (where the latch 132 has the same structure as the latch 132 at the edge of the thermoplastic head and neck film 2, but has a slightly longer length) is fitted into the slide groove 631 to fix the thermoplastic shoulder film 5 to the shoulder positioning mechanism 6.
The positioning process of the shoulder positioning mechanism 6 on the shoulders of the patient comprises the following steps: firstly, the position of the shoulder positioning seat 61 mounted on the mounting plate 14 is adjusted according to the width of the patient's shoulder, then the position of the shoulder pressing rod 63 in the bar-shaped groove 611 is adjusted to make the shoulder pressing rod 63 contact with the patient's shoulder, then the thermoplastic film 5 of the shoulder is scalded by hot water and covered on the shoulder, the thermoplastic film 5 of the shoulder is completely contacted with the patient by pulling, then the fixture block 132 at the edge of the thermoplastic film 5 of the shoulder is mounted on the sliding groove 631, the sliding block 62 is moved to contact with the end of the thermoplastic film 5 of the shoulder, and then the sliding block 62 is fixed by the locking member 133, thus realizing the positioning of the patient's shoulder.
When the shoulder positioning mechanism 6 is used for positioning, the shoulder positioning seat 61 can move relative to the mounting plate 14, and the shoulder pressing rod 63 can move up and down relative to the shoulder positioning seat 61 so as to adapt to different people with fat and thin body; the slider 62 is moved in the slide groove 631 to restrict the latch block 132 (the latch block 132 mounting the thermoplastic shoulder film 5) therein from moving back and forth in the slide groove 631 to achieve the shoulder positioning of the patient.
In the scheme, the installation holes 141 are arranged in a mode of arranging a plurality of mutually communicated installation holes 141, so that components conveniently installed in the installation holes can move; all of the locking members 133 mentioned in this embodiment are screw/bolt and nut fitting structures.
When implementing, all be provided with the scale mark on the perpendicular lateral wall of the preferred mounting panel 14 of this scheme and on the shoulder depression bar 63, the setting of scale mark here can conveniently record patient shoulder positioning seat 61 and shoulder depression bar 63 and remove the displacement when magnetic resonance fixes a position, like this when the radiotherapy that resets, can realize accurate location fast according to the data of record when image scanning.

Claims (8)

1. The magnetic resonance head and neck fixing device is characterized by comprising a head and neck shoulder backing plate and a head and neck fixing part;
the head and neck fixing part comprises a head and neck thermoplastic film and a plurality of clamping blocks clamped and fixed on the edge of the head and neck thermoplastic film;
the head and neck shoulder cushion plate comprises a head and neck cushion plate and a shoulder cushion plate which is connected with the head and neck cushion plate into a whole; when the head and neck backing plate and the shoulder backing plate are used, the head and neck backing plate and the shoulder backing plate are placed in the head and neck combined coil and are attached to the inner surface of the head and neck combined coil;
the head and neck backing plate comprises an arc-shaped supporting plate for supporting the head and neck and at least one arc-shaped enclosing plate which is connected to the edge of the arc-shaped supporting plate and extends upwards; the inner surface of each arc-shaped enclosing plate is provided with a locking part matched with the clamping block at the edge of the head and neck thermoplastic film;
the shoulder backing plate comprises a shoulder backing plate and an arc-shaped plate, the arc-shaped plate is connected to the edges of the shoulder backing plate and the neck backing plate and forms an accommodating cavity for accommodating the shoulder with the shoulder backing plate;
the arc plates positioned on the two sides of the head and neck backing plate are connected with mounting plates extending towards the direction of the head and neck backing plate, and the mounting plates are provided with shoulder pressing mechanisms for pressing the shoulders of a patient;
the locking part comprises a fixed block, the fixed block is locked on the inner surface of the arc-shaped enclosing plate by a locking part, and a strip-shaped groove for clamping the clamping block is formed in the fixed block extending out of the arc-shaped enclosing plate;
the clamping block at the edge of the head and neck thermoplastic film is L-shaped, one end of the clamping block is clamped in the strip-shaped groove, the other end of the clamping block is provided with a clamping groove, and the edge of the head and neck thermoplastic film is clamped in the clamping groove;
the shoulder pressing mechanism comprises an arc shoulder pressing block and a shoulder pressing base which is fixed on the mounting plate and can move along the length direction of the mounting plate, a sliding groove used for adjusting the distance between the top surface of the arc shoulder pressing block and the mounting plate is formed in the arc shoulder pressing block, and the arc shoulder pressing block penetrates through a locking piece of the sliding groove and is fixed on the shoulder pressing base.

The magnetic resonance head and neck fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the head and neck thermoplastic film is fixed with the slot by interference fit, or the head and neck thermoplastic film is fixed by a locking member after being clamped in the slot, or the head and neck thermoplastic film is placed in the slot and fixed by viscose.

The magnetic resonance head and neck fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate is L-shaped, two mutually perpendicular side walls of the mounting plate are respectively provided with a plurality of mutually communicated mounting holes, the shoulder pressing base is mounted on the vertical side wall of the mounting plate through a locking member, and the lower end of the arc-shaped shoulder pressing block passes through the mounting hole of the other side wall of the mounting plate.
4. The magnetic resonance head and neck fixation device according to claim 3, wherein the arcuate shoulder blocks and the vertical side walls of the mounting plate are provided with graduation marks.

the head and neck fixing part comprises a head and neck thermoplastic film and a plurality of clamping blocks clamped and fixed at the edge of the head and neck thermoplastic film; the head and neck shoulder cushion plate comprises a head and neck cushion plate and a shoulder cushion plate which is connected with the head and neck cushion plate into a whole; when the head and neck backing plate and the shoulder backing plate are used, the head and neck backing plate is placed in the head and neck combined coil and is attached to the inner surface of the head and neck combined coil;
the head and neck backing plate comprises an arc-shaped supporting plate for supporting the head and neck and at least one arc-shaped enclosing plate which is connected to the edge of the arc-shaped supporting plate and extends upwards; the inner surface of each arc enclosing plate is provided with a locking part matched with the fixture block at the edge of the head and neck thermoplastic film;
the shoulder backing plate comprises a shoulder backing plate and an arc-shaped plate, the arc-shaped plate is connected to the edges of the shoulder backing plate and the neck backing plate and forms an accommodating cavity for accommodating the shoulder with the shoulder backing plate;
the arc plates positioned at the two sides of the head and neck backing plate are connected with mounting plates extending towards the direction of the head and neck backing plate;
the magnetic resonance head and neck fixing device also comprises a shoulder fixing part, wherein the shoulder fixing part comprises a shoulder thermoplastic film and a plurality of clamping blocks clamped and fixed on the shoulder thermoplastic film; the fixture block of the shoulder fixing part is arranged on the mounting plate through the shoulder positioning mechanism and can move along the length direction of the mounting plate;
the locking part comprises a fixed block, the fixed block is locked on the inner surface of the arc-shaped enclosing plate by adopting a locking part, and a strip-shaped groove for clamping the clamping block is formed in the fixed block extending out of the arc-shaped enclosing plate;
the clamping block at the edge of the head and neck thermoplastic film is L-shaped, one end of the clamping block is clamped in the strip-shaped groove, the other end of the clamping block is provided with a clamping groove, and the edge of the head and neck thermoplastic film is clamped in the clamping groove;
