Each brewing program of the beverage can be processed by the automatic control system through the processes of feeding hot water, stirring, soaking, discharging soup and the like for multiple times, for example, 300cc tea is brewed, 100cc tea is firstly soaked in the hot water for 30 seconds, then is stirred for 10 seconds by steam, then is soaked for 20 seconds, tea soup is discharged, then is fed with 100cc hot water for the second time, is soaked for 20 seconds, is stirred for 10 seconds, is soaked for 20 seconds, tea soup is discharged, and is fed with 100cc hot water for the third time, is soaked for 20 seconds, is stirred for 10 seconds, is soaked for 20 seconds, and then is discharged to finish the brewing program of the.
The soup outlet solenoid valve 45 and the stirring steam solenoid valve 46 can also be replaced by air solenoid valves, and the air solenoid valves are connected with an air compressor to input high-pressure air for stirring or outputting tea soup and the like.
The automatic control system outputs appropriate amount of steam, closes stirring steam solenoid valve 46, and can set for soaking or adding tea soup, closes exhaust solenoid valve 47 during adding soup, opens soup steam outlet solenoid valve 45, and inputs steam through soup steam outlet 41 to push under steam pressure
The check valve 14 is opened to discharge the soup (as shown in fig. 11). The invention can be further connected with a food ordering machine (POS) in a wireless or wired mode, and can utilize a mobile phone, a tablet or a computer to input an operation program and a remote chain store headquarters or a person needing to receive execution information.

Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the filter screen 23 is disposed at the bottom of the inner cup 21 in a combined manner, for example, a filter screen baffle 231 may be disposed below the inner cup 21, the filter screen baffle 231 is annular, the filter screen baffle 231 is provided with a plurality of first clamping portions 232, the bottom of the inner cup 21 is provided with a plurality of second clamping portions 211, the filter screen baffle 231 may rotate relative to the bottom of the inner cup 21, so that the plurality of first clamping portions 232 and the plurality of second clamping portions 211 are clamped with each other, the filter screen baffle 231 is clamped and fixed at the bottom of the inner cup 21, and the filter screen 23 is clamped between the filter screen baffle 231 and the inner cup 21, so that the filter screen 23 is disposed at the bottom of the inner cup 21 in a combined manner. When the filter screen 23 is required to be detached, the filter screen baffle 231 can be rotated reversely, so that the first clamping portions 232 are separated from the second clamping portions 211, and the filter screen baffle 231 and the filter screen 23 can be detached.
The invention has the characteristics and functions that:
the beverage extraction device comprises a filter cup combination and a brewing mechanism, wherein the filter cup combination is provided with a steam inlet, a steam diffusion outlet and a filter screen, and the outlet of the filter cup combination is provided with a check valve. Therefore, the soup outlet steam inlet of the brewing mechanism can spray quantitative hot water to the drink food materials in the filter cup assembly. The steam can move downwards from the stirring steam inlet and the steam inlet through the steam diffusion outlet and then upwards enters the cup through the filter screen, the steam entering the cup can have secondary heating and stirring effects, the beverage extraction effect is better, and multi-section brewing and soaking procedures can be performed, so that the beverage is stronger. The steam can be input into the interior of the filter cup combination through the soup steam outlet, and when the steam pressure in the interior of the filter cup combination is greater than a preset value, the check valve is immediately opened to output soup, so that a complex soup discharging control mechanism is not required to be arranged, the structure can be simplified, the operation is simple, and the price is lower and lower. In addition, the control mechanism controls the cup holder to lift, the cup holder can drive the filter cup assembly to lift, so that the top of the filter cup assembly is tightly attached to the panel seat to achieve the sealing effect, an upper cover is not needed to seal the top of the filter cup assembly, and the structure can be simplified.

Claims (10)

1. A beverage extraction device, comprising:
a filter cup assembly, the filter cup assembly comprising an outer filter cup and an inner filter cup, the outer filter cup having an outer cup body, the top of the outer cup body forming a first upper edge, the bottom of the outer cup body having an outlet, the outlet having a check valve, the check valve being openable when the interior of the filter cup assembly reaches a predetermined vapor pressure, the inner filter cup having an inner cup body, the top of the inner cup body forming a second upper edge, the bottom of the inner cup body having a filter screen, the top of the inner cup body having a vapor inlet, the inner cup body of the inner filter cup being disposed within the outer cup body of the outer filter cup, the second upper edge being stacked on the first upper edge, a gap being formed between the inner cup body and the outer cup body, and a vapor diffusion outlet being disposed between the inner cup body and the outer cup body, the vapor diffusion outlet being in communication with the vapor inlet; and
the brewing mechanism comprises a cup holder, a panel seat and a control mechanism, the cup holder can be placed in the cup holder, the first upper edge of the outer cup is placed on the cup holder, the panel seat is arranged above the cup holder, the panel seat is provided with a soup steam outlet, a stirring steam inlet and an exhaust outlet, the soup steam outlet, the stirring steam inlet and the exhaust outlet are communicated with the inside of the cup holder assembly, the stirring steam inlet corresponds to the steam inlet of the inner cup, and the control mechanism is connected to the cup holder and used for controlling the cup holder to lift so that the top of the cup holder assembly can be sealed and opened.
2. The beverage extraction apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first upper rim protrudes beyond the outer rim of the outer cup, the first upper rim is horizontally disposed around the top of the outer cup, the second upper rim protrudes beyond the outer rim of the inner cup, and the second upper rim is horizontally disposed around the top of the inner cup.

The beverage extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the check valve comprises a valve body, an elastic member and a sealing member, a channel is formed through the valve body, the elastic member and the sealing member are disposed in the channel, and the elastic member abuts against the sealing member to elastically seal the channel.
4. A beverage extracting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the upper half portion and the lower half portion of the channel are formed with different inner diameters, the inner diameter of the upper half portion of the channel is smaller than the inner diameter of the lower half portion of the channel, the elastic member and the sealing member are disposed on the lower half portion of the channel, the elastic member abuts against the sealing member, so that the sealing member elastically seals the bottom of the upper half portion of the channel.
5. The beverage extraction apparatus of claim 1, wherein a first airtight rubber ring is disposed at a bottom of the second upper edge of the inner bowl, the first airtight rubber ring is disposed between the second upper edge and the first upper edge, and a second airtight rubber ring is disposed at a top of the second upper edge of the inner bowl, the second airtight rubber ring is disposed between the second upper edge and the faceplate holder.
6. The beverage extraction apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said soup steam inlet is connected to a hot water solenoid valve and a soup steam solenoid valve, said soup steam inlet is connectable to a boiler hot water pipe through said hot water solenoid valve for delivering hot water to said soup steam inlet, said soup steam inlet is connectable to a boiler steam pipe through said soup steam solenoid valve for delivering steam to said soup steam inlet, said stirring steam inlet is connected to a stirring steam solenoid valve, said stirring steam inlet is connectable to a boiler steam pipe through said stirring steam solenoid valve for delivering stirring steam to said stirring steam inlet, said exhaust outlet is connected to an exhaust solenoid valve, and said exhaust solenoid valve is open for exhausting through said exhaust outlet.

The beverage extracting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control mechanism includes a supporting frame, two linkage sets, a control rod and a plurality of cams, the cup holder is disposed on the supporting frame in a lifting manner, the two linkage sets are disposed between the control rod and the plurality of cams, the plurality of cams abut against the cup holder, the two linkage sets are driven by the control rod to drive the plurality of cams to rotate, and the plurality of cams push the cup holder to ascend so that the top of the cup assembly is tightly attached to the panel seat.
8. The beverage extraction apparatus as recited in claim 7, wherein the support frame has two side plates spaced apart from each other, the cup holder is disposed between the two side plates of the support frame, and a guide mechanism is disposed between the cup holder and the support frame for guiding the cup holder to move up and down.
9. The beverage extracting apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the two connecting rods are respectively disposed on two side plates of the supporting frame, the connecting rods comprise a front connecting rod, a middle connecting rod and a rear connecting rod, upper ends of the front connecting rod and the rear connecting rod are respectively pivoted to the side plates by a front rotating shaft and a rear rotating shaft, two ends of the middle connecting rod are respectively pivoted to lower ends of the front connecting rod and the rear connecting rod, the control rod is connected to the two connecting rods, the plurality of cams are respectively connected to the plurality of front rotating shafts and the plurality of rear rotating shafts, and the plurality of cams can synchronously rotate with the plurality of front rotating shafts and the plurality of rear rotating shafts.
10. The beverage extraction apparatus of claim 1, wherein the strainer assembly is disposed at a bottom of the inner cup.
