The liquid heating container provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a container body 1, a container cover 2, a filter cartridge 3, a driving device and a connecting piece, wherein the container body 1 is used for containing water required by brewing tea leaves and the like, the container cover 2 is used for opening and closing a container opening of the container body 1, the filter cartridge 3 is used for containing materials such as the tea leaves and the like, one end of the connecting piece is connected with the filter cartridge 3 in the container body 1, the other end of the connecting piece extends out of the container body 1 or the container cover 2 and is connected with the driving device arranged on the outer surface of the container body 1 or the outer surface of the container cover 2, so that the connecting piece can be driven by the driving device to move, the filter cartridge 3 is driven by the moving connecting piece to lift in the container body 1, specifically, for example, the connecting piece can be connected with the driving device arranged on, the driving device can automatically drive the connecting piece to move downwards, so that the filter cartridge 3 filled with tea leaves is immersed below the liquid level in the container body 1 along with the descending of the connecting piece, and therefore tea making is started, when tea making is finished, a user can open the driving device again, the driving device can automatically pull the connecting piece and the filter cartridge 3 to ascend, so that the filter cartridge 3 ascends above the liquid level, and accordingly tea making is finished, the filter cartridge 3 can ascend and descend automatically under the driving of the driving device through the arrangement, the height of the filter cartridge 3 is changed without the need of manually adjusting the position of the connecting piece by the user, namely, the automatic ascending and descending of the filter cartridge 3 can be realized through the structure, the operation of the user can be simpler and more convenient, and the use difficulty can be reduced. In addition, according to the structure, the filter cartridge 3 and the connecting piece are driven by the driving device to automatically lift, and the opening and closing of the driving device are controlled by a user, so that in the actual use process, the moving distance of the connecting piece can be adjusted according to the opening time of the driving device, the filter cartridge 3 can lift and be fixed to any height position, and the height position of the filter cartridge 3 can be continuously adjusted in a stepless manner, so that in the actual use process, the height of the filter cartridge 3 can be randomly adjusted according to the liquid level condition in the container body 1, the height position of the filter cartridge 3 can be adjusted more randomly, and the height position of the filter cartridge 3 can be controlled better, and the situation that the filter cartridge 3 is too much higher than the liquid level or the filter cartridge 3 is too much lower than the liquid level in the conventional stage adjustment process can be prevented.

In these embodiments, the rotating device 4 may also be installed on the outer surface of the container body 1, and a second installation hole is formed on the outer surface of the container body 1, so that the end of the flexible connecting member 5 away from the filter cartridge 3 can extend out of the container body 1 through the second installation hole and is connected with the rotating device 4, so that the lifting operation of the filter cartridge 3 can be realized through the rotation of the rotating device 4. In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the rotating unit 4 is mounted on the outer surface of the container lid 2 or the outer surface of the container body 1, and one end of the flexible connecting member 5, which is away from the filter cartridge 3, can protrude out of the container body 1 through the connection between the container body 1 and the container lid 2 and is connected to the rotating unit 4.
In these embodiments, by installing the rotating device 4 on the outer surface of the container cover 2 or the outer surface of the container body 1, and extending one end of the flexible connecting piece 5 far away from the filter cartridge 3 from the joint of the container body 1 and the container cover 2 to the outside of the container body 1, and connecting with the rotating device 4, it is avoided that an installation hole for the flexible connecting piece 5 to pass through is arranged on the outer surface of the container cover 2 or the outer surface of the container body 1, so that the structure of the liquid heating container can be more concise and beautiful.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the flexible connecting member 5 is a connecting rope, and when the rotating device 4 rotates, the connecting rope can be wound around the rotating device 4.
In these embodiments, it is preferable that the flexible connecting member 5 is configured as a connecting rope, so that the lifting operation of the filter cartridge 3 can be performed by using the flexibility of the connecting rope, and this structure enables the connecting rope to be wound around the surface of the rotating device 4 when the driving device drives the rotating device 4 to rotate, so as to shorten the distance of the flexible connecting member 5, so that the filter cartridge 3 can be pulled toward the opening of the container body 1 to increase the position of the filter cartridge 3, and when the filter cartridge 3 needs to be moved down, the filter cartridge 3 can be automatically lowered by only rotating the driving device in the reverse direction and releasing the flexible connecting member 5. In addition, the connecting rope has extremely high flexibility, so the flexible connecting piece 5 made of the connecting rope can be attached and wound on the rotating device 4 to the maximum extent, the winding space is not wasted, and the flexible connecting piece 5 can be made of other materials.
In any of the above embodiments, the flexible connecting element 5 is preferably a connecting chain, which can be wound around the rotating device 4 when the rotating device 4 rotates.
In the embodiments, the flexible connecting piece 5 is arranged as the connecting chain, so that the characteristics of winding, high structural strength and uneasy damage of the connecting chain can be utilized, the service life of the connecting piece is prolonged, the replacement times of the connecting piece is reduced, and the cost of the connecting piece is saved.
Wherein, the material of the connecting rope or the connecting chain is preferably cotton, stainless steel and other materials which are resistant to water and high temperature of 100 ℃ and can meet the food sanitation requirement. In addition, it is described here that the connecting rope includes a connecting wire, and the connecting belt has a long and soft structure, and the material of the connecting rope and the chain can be arbitrarily selected.

In these embodiments, the self-locking device is disposed corresponding to the rotating device 4, so that the rotating device 4 can be self-locked by the self-locking device after the rotating device 4 rotates, and thus the filter cartridge 3 can be prevented from rotating by pulling the rotating device 4 to rotate through the flexible connecting piece 5 due to the action of gravity, and the rotating device 4 can be fixed after rotating. Specifically, for example, one or more slots may be disposed on the rotating device 4, so that after the rotating device 4 rotates in place, the pin-like structure may be clamped in the slot to prevent the rotating device 4 from rotating, and when the rotating device 4 needs to rotate again, the pin-like structure may be taken out to allow the rotating device 4 to rotate at will, or for example, a speed reducer used in cooperation with a driving device may be mounted on the driving device to allow the rotating device 4 to decelerate and stall through the speed reducer when the driving device stops driving. Of course, the self-locking device may have other structures, which are not listed here.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the connecting member is a connecting rod, the driving device is installed on the outer surface of the container cover 2, the container cover 2 is provided with a third installation hole, and one end of the connecting rod, which is far away from the filter cartridge 3, can extend out of the container cover 2 through the third installation hole and is connected with the driving device; wherein, the connecting rod can drive the filter cartridge 3 to move in the container body 1 along the height direction of the container body 1 under the driving of the driving device.
In these embodiments, it is preferable that the connecting member is a connecting rod, the driving device is installed on the outer surface of the container cover 2, and a third installation hole is formed in the container cover 2, so that one end of the connecting rod, which is far away from the filter cartridge 3, can extend out of the container cover 2 through the third installation hole and is connected with the driving device, so that the connecting rod can drive the filter cartridge 3 to lift under the driving of the driving device, specifically, for example, the connecting rod is vertically arranged in the installation hole, and the surface of the connecting rod is provided with continuous transmission teeth, the driving device is provided with a gear shaft which can rotate and can be matched with the transmission teeth, so that the gear shaft rotated by the driving device can drive the connecting rod to lift or descend, thereby driving the filter cartridge 3 to lift in the height direction of the container body 1 in the container body 1, and at the same time, because the transmission teeth of the connecting rod are continuous, the connecting rod, therefore, the height of the filter cartridge 3 can be continuously adjusted in a stepless manner, so as to prevent the situation that the position height of the filter cartridge 3 is not ideal and the like when the existing stage is adjusted, and of course, the driving device can also adopt other connection modes to drive the connecting rod to move, such as a crank block structure or a turbine worm structure.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the liquid heating container further comprises a controller, the controller is connected with the driving device and is used for controlling the operation of the driving device; the controller comprises a control switch arranged on the container body 1 or the container cover 2, and the control switch is connected with the driving device and used for controlling the start and stop of the driving device.
In these embodiments, the controller is provided to control the driving device, and specifically, for example, a control switch may be provided on the container body 1 or the container cover 2, so that the start and stop operations of the driving device can be realized through the control switch. Of course, the controller may also comprise other control elements, such as program modules for controlling the operation of the drive, or timers for controlling the operation time of the drive, etc. When the driving device is controlled to work, inching control can be carried out, namely the driving device works all the time after the switch is pressed down and stops working after the switch driving device is released, and automatic control can also be carried out, namely the driving device works all the time after the switch is pressed down until the switch is pressed down again and stops working.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the liquid heating container further comprises a first travel switch and a second travel switch, wherein the first travel switch is disposed in the container body 1, is disposed near the inlet of the container, is connected with the driving device, and is capable of stopping the driving device when the filter cartridge 3 is detected; the second travel switch is disposed inside the container body 1, is disposed near the inner bottom wall of the container body 1, is connected to the driving device, and is capable of stopping the driving device when the filter cartridge 3 is detected.
In the embodiments, the first travel switch and the second travel switch are respectively arranged at the position of the container body 1 close to the container opening and the position of the container body close to the container bottom, so that the position of the filter cartridge 3 can be detected through the first travel switch and the second travel switch, when the filter cartridge 3 descends to the bottom of the container body 1, the second travel switch can detect the position of the filter cartridge 3 at the moment, a detection signal can be generated and sent to the controller, and the driving device can be stopped by the controller, so that the filter cartridge 3 stops descending. When the filter cartridge 3 rises to the container opening, the first travel switch can detect the position of the filter cartridge 3 at the moment, so that a detection signal can be generated and sent to the controller, and the controller can control the driving device to stop working so as to stop the lifting of the filter cartridge 3. This arrangement makes it possible to stop the elevation of the filter cartridge 3 in time when the filter cartridge 3 is about to contact the mouth of the vessel and the inner bottom wall of the vessel, thereby preventing the damage to the vessel body 1 and the filter cartridge 3 caused by the impact of the filter cartridge 3 on the mouth of the vessel or the inner bottom wall of the vessel.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the liquid heating vessel further comprises: the program device is connected with the driving device and internally provided with one or more programs; wherein, the controller can control the operation of the driving device according to the program set in the program device.
In the embodiments, a program device can be arranged, so that the working process of the driving device can be preset through the program, after the driving device is started, the driving device can work according to the selected program, the soaking time can be preset, and after the soaking is finished, the driving device can be automatically started to realize intelligent lifting. And preferably, can set up a plurality of programs, make the user select different programs to make tea according to personal habit or the kind of tealeaves etc. like this, therefore can satisfy user's demand better to and make the program of making tea can be with the kind looks adaptation of tealeaves, thereby can ensure the taste of different teas, in order to improve the effect of making tea.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the filter cartridge 3 includes a cylinder 32 and a cap 34, one end of the cylinder 32 is open and the other end is closed, a plurality of filter holes are provided on the cylinder 32, and the cap 34 is openably or closably fitted on the open end of the cylinder 32.
In such embodiments, the filter cartridge 3 may be provided in a structure with a cover, in which case the filter cartridge 3 includes a cylinder 32 and a cylinder cover 34, wherein the cylinder 32 is used for containing tea leaves and the like, and the cylinder cover 34 is used for closing or opening the opening of the filter cartridge 3. Wherein, one end of the connecting piece can be installed on the cylinder 32 and also can be installed on the cylinder cover 34, and particularly, the connecting piece can be installed according to actual requirements. But preferably one end of the connector is mounted on the cover 34. And the filter holes are formed in the cylinder body 32, so that water outside the filter cartridge 3 can enter the filter cartridge 3 in the container body 1, so that the water inside and outside the filter cartridge 3 can be exchanged, and the operations of making tea and the like can be realized.
Of course, in other embodiments, the filter cartridge 3 may be provided in a non-lidded configuration, in which case the filter cartridge 3 includes only a single bowl 32 and no lid 34.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the barrel 32 and the cap 34 are threadably mounted together, or the barrel 32 and the cap 34 are removably snap-fitted together.
In these embodiments, the cylinder 32 and the cylinder cover 34 can be preferably mounted together by means of screws, snaps, etc. since the screws and the snaps are common and secure mounting means, the structure is simple, the process is easy, and the mounting reliability can be ensured.
In any of the above embodiments, the cylinder 32 and the cylinder cover 34 are preferably detachably mounted together, but of course, the cylinder cover 34 may be rotatably mounted on the cylinder 32.
In any of the above embodiments, the container lid 2 is preferably provided with a handle 24.
In these embodiments, by providing the handle 24 on the container cover 2, the user can open and close the container cover 2 through the handle 24, and thus the operational convenience of the container cover 2 can be improved.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the container body 1 is a transparent container, and/or the container lid 2 is a transparent lid, and/or the filter cartridge 3 is a transparent cylinder.
In these embodiments, the container body 1 is set to be a transparent container, the container cover 2 is set to be a transparent cover, or the filter cartridge 3 is a transparent cylinder, so that the tea conditions in the container body 1 or the filter cartridge 3 can be observed through the container body 1, the container cover 2 or the transparent cylinder, and a specific tea making process can also be observed when making tea, so that a user can master the tea making conditions at any time.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the liquid heating vessel further comprises a heating device disposed inside the vessel body 1 or outside the vessel body 1.
In these embodiments, heating means are provided to heat the water in the container body 1. Preferably, the heating device and the power supply device are directly arranged on the container body 1, so that the liquid heating container can be arranged into a liquid heating cup or a structure similar to the liquid heating cup. In this case, the heating device may be installed inside the container body 1 or may be installed outside the container body 1.
In the above-mentioned another embodiment, preferably, the liquid heating vessel further comprises a base 6, the vessel body 1 being mountable on the base 6, and a heating device provided on the vessel body 1 or in the base 6.
In these embodiments, a base 6 may be further disposed at the bottom of the container body 1, and the base 6 can provide a platform for placing the container body 1, and on the other hand, the base 6 can provide power for the heating device, or the base 6 can control the specific operation of the container body 1, such as controlling the heating power, the heating time, and the like. And the heating device is used for heating the container body 1, wherein, in particular, the heating device can be installed in the base 6 or on the container body 1, and the position of the heating device can be set according to the actual situation. In this configuration, the liquid heating vessel includes the vessel body 1, the vessel lid 2 and the base 6, so that the liquid heating vessel can be provided as a teapot or teapot-like structure.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the container body 1 is further provided with a cover body, and the cover body can open or close the water outlet structure 12.

the container comprises a container body, wherein a container inlet is formed in the container body, and a water outlet structure is formed in the side wall of the container body;
a container cover installed at the container inlet of the container body for opening or closing the container inlet;
a filter cartridge mountable within the vessel body from the vessel inlet;
a driving means installed on an outer surface of the container cover or an outer surface of the container body;
one end of the connecting piece is positioned in the container body and connected with the filter cartridge, and the other end of the connecting piece extends out of the container body or the container cover and is connected with the driving device;
when the driving device works, the filter cartridge can be driven by the connecting piece to move in the container body along the height direction of the container body.
2. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the rotating device is connected with the driving device and can rotate under the action of the driving device;
the connecting piece is a flexible connecting piece, one end of the flexible connecting piece, which is far away from the filter cartridge, is connected to the rotating device, and the flexible connecting piece can drive the filter cartridge to move in the container body along the height direction of the container body when the rotating device rotates.
3. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 2,
the rotating device is installed on the outer surface of the container cover, a first installation hole is formed in the container cover, and one end, away from the filter cartridge, of the flexible connecting piece can extend out of the container cover through the first installation hole and is connected with the rotating device; or

The flexible connecting piece is a connecting chain, and when the rotating device rotates, the connecting chain can be wound on the rotating device.
5. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 2, further comprising:

the controller is connected with the driving device and is used for controlling the work of the driving device;
the controller comprises a control switch arranged on the container body or the container cover, and the control switch is connected with the driving device and used for controlling the start and stop of the driving device.
8. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 7 further comprising:
a first travel switch disposed within the container body, adjacent to the container inlet, and connected to the drive device, the first travel switch being capable of deactivating the drive device upon detection of the filter cartridge;
and the second travel switch is arranged in the container body, is close to the inner bottom wall of the container body, is connected with the driving device, and can stop the driving device when the filter cartridge is detected.
9. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 7 further comprising:
the program device is connected with the driving device and internally provided with one or more programs;
