Specifically, a plurality of headrest washers 23 are stacked below the headrest bag 13, and a plurality of washers 22 are stacked below the neck headrest bag 12. The user creates different heights by adding or subtracting headrest pads 23 and/or neck pillow pads 22.
Meanwhile, magic tapes are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of each of the headrest pad 23 and the neck pillow pad 22, and are stacked and fixed by the magic tapes. Similarly, magic patches are formed on the lower surfaces of the head rest bag 13 and the neck rest bag 12, and these magic patches are stacked on the head rest pads 23 and the neck rest pads 22.
As in the above embodiment, the upper surface of the base plate 11 is preferably integrally provided with a magic tape, so that the headrest bag 13, the headrest washer 23, the neck pillow bag 12, and the neck pillow washer 22 can be stacked at any position on the base plate 11, thereby forming the adjustable cervical pillow in various shapes.
In this embodiment, the filler supplement pack 3 may not be provided. However, it is preferable that the filling material in the headrest pad 23 and the neck-rest pad 22 is a hard material, and the insides of the headrest bag 13 and the neck-rest bag 12 are formed of memory latex. Thereby effectively increasing the height and obtaining good pillow comfort.
The pillow of the present embodiment has an advantage of low cost compared to the above three embodiments.
Fifth embodiment-preferred embodiment
The adjustable cervical pillow according to the present invention further includes a fifth embodiment, which is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is described in detail below with reference to fig. 7.

the adjustable cervical pillow according to the present embodiment has the base 11 formed integrally, and the base 11 may be formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a magic tape (flexible surface) is provided on the entire upper surface thereof.
The base 11 can be roughly divided into 6 areas, respectively: three narrow and long strip-shaped cervical vertebra regions positioned on one side of the long side of the base 11 and three wide cuboid headrest regions.
The three cervical vertebra regions are respectively a Dc region corresponding to the neck of the user lying on the back, an Lc region corresponding to the neck of the user lying on the left side, and an Rc region corresponding to the neck of the user lying on the right side.
Similarly, the three headrest regions are a Dh region corresponding to the user lying with the head, an Lh region corresponding to the user lying on the left side with the head resting, and an Rh region corresponding to the user lying on the right side with the head resting, respectively.
A layer of neck pillow pads 22D, 22L, 22R is stacked above the three cervical vertebra regions, respectively. One layer of headrest pads 23D, 23L, 23R is stacked above the three headrest regions, respectively.
The three neck rest pads 22D, 22L, and 22R and the three head rest pads 23D, 23L, and 23R are respectively formed with a linear opening. And magic tapes for being laminated and fixed above the base 11 are respectively arranged on the lower surfaces of the two.
Neck pillow packs 12D, 12L, and 12R are stacked above the three neck pillow pads 22D, 22L, and 22R, respectively. The headrest bags 13D, 13L, and 13R are stacked above the three headrest pads 23D, 23L, and 23R, respectively.
The three neck pillow packs 12D, 12L, and 12R and the three head pillow packs 13D, 13L, and 13R are respectively formed with a linear opening. And magic tapes for laminating and fixing the upper parts of the neck pillow pads 22D, 22L and 22R and the head pillow pads 23D, 23L and 23R are respectively arranged on the lower surfaces of the two pieces.
In this embodiment, the user adjusts the head rest rigidity and the neck rest support rigidity through the linear openings of the head rest bags 13D, 13L, and 13R and the neck rest bags 12D, 12L, and 12R, respectively. The height of the headrest and the height of the neck pillow degree are respectively adjusted by the linear openings on the headrest pads 23D, 23L, 23R and the neck pillow pads 22D, 22L, 22R. Meanwhile, the shape of the pillow rest is adjusted by the magic pastes of the headrest gasket, the neck pillow gasket, the headrest bag and the neck pillow bag and the magic paste integrally arranged on the upper surface of the base.
For example, when purchasing an adjustable cervical pillow, a user may select a softer cotton material to fill the head pillow packs 13D, 13L, 13R and a harder buckwheat material to fill the neck pillow packs 12D, 12L, 12R.
The head rest pads 23D, 23L, 23R and the neck rest pads 22D, 22L, 22R are mainly used for adjusting the height, so that Chinese herbal medicines with certain hardness and certain fumigation effect can be selected.
Wherein the three neck pillow packs 12D, 12L, 12R should all be higher than the three head pillow packs 13D, 13L, 13R. The overall height of the regions Dc, Dh lying on the back when lying on the back should be lower than the height of the regions Lc, Lh, Rc, Rh lying on the left and right when lying on the side. The left side pillow areas Lc, Lh should be comparable in height to the right side pillow areas Rc, Rh. So that the entire pillow core 2 is formed in a height state as shown in fig. 9.
Two long and thin magic tapes are similarly provided on both sides of the bottom of the pillow core 2 in the longitudinal direction, and as shown in fig. 10, the pillow case 1 is wrapped around the upper surface of the pillow core 2 by the magic tapes to form a complete pillow.
When the user is in a state of, for example, a stiff neck, a strained neck, or a young child adjusting the sleeping posture, the shape of the pillow may be adjusted by the magic patches integrally provided on the upper surface of the base through the headrest pad, the neck headrest pad, the headrest bag, and the neck headrest bag, for example, to a state shown in fig. 8.
Materials and connecting parts
In the adjustable cervical pillow according to the present invention, the base plate 11, the neck pillow case 12, the headrest case 13, and the neck pillow pad 22 and the headrest pad 23 may be integrally formed using air fibers (monofilament fibers) in view of the support and the usable surface. The soft cover layer can be made of air fiber integrally, and is preferably cast and molded by latex or memory cotton from the aspects of comfort and formability.
However, the member made of the air fiber is not suitable for being connected by a magic tape, a button, a zipper or a knot, so the inventor preferably adopts a connector 5 through experiments to overcome the problem, and the connector 5 provided by the invention is described in detail by referring to fig. 14 ~ 17.
As shown in fig. 14, the connector 5 of the present invention includes: the connector includes a connecting body 51, a receiving member 52 located on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the connecting body 51, and a locking portion 53 formed at an end of the receiving member 52.
In practical applications, the connector 5 may be formed integrally with a plurality of connectors 5, that is, one connector body 51, and a plurality of receiving pieces 52 and locking portions 53 may be formed thereon. The pattern is as shown in fig. 15.
In the connector 5 on the substrate 11, the receiving piece 52 and the locking portion 53 may not be formed on the lower surface of the connecting body 51, but a plurality of receiving pieces 52 and locking portions 53 may be formed only on the upper surface of the connecting body 51. In this case, the connecting body 51 may be formed directly on the upper surface of the substrate 11 or may be fixed to the upper surface of the substrate 11 by another connecting member as shown in fig. 16.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 17, the receiving member 52 formed on the connecting member 5 may be a cylinder as shown in fig. 17 (a) and 17 (b), or may be a rectangular parallelepiped formed as a flat narrow strip as shown in fig. 17 (c) and 17 (d). The locking portion 53 may be formed in a spherical shape as shown in fig. 17 (a), a hemispherical shape as shown in fig. 17 (b), a triangular shape as shown in fig. 17 (c), a plurality of triangular shapes as shown in fig. 17 (d), or other shapes such as a trapezoidal shape. As can be seen, the connector 5 according to the present invention is not limited to the shape shown in the drawings or the embodiment of the present invention, as long as it has the connecting body 51, the receiving member 52, and the hook portion 53 is slightly larger than the receiving member 52 to provide the locking effect.

In the above description, five embodiments of the adjustable cervical pillow according to the present invention are respectively exemplified, and at least the following 5 advantageous effects can be obtained according to the adjustable cervical pillow of the present invention:
1) the pillow core is divided into the base, at least one headrest bag and at least one neck pillow bag, the lower surfaces of the neck pillow bag and the headrest bag are provided with the magic pastes, and the whole upper surface of the base is provided with the magic paste (flexible surface), so that a user can freely adjust the shape of the pillow support, the pillow support is suitable for users who need to limit sleeping postures in the period of adjusting the stiff neck and the cervical vertebra, and the user does not need to separately purchase a corresponding treatment pillow;
2) through the linear openings on the neck pillow bag and the headrest bag, a user can directly select and match filling materials with the hardness suitable for the sleeping habit of the user when purchasing the pillow, so that the hardness of the pillow can be freely adjusted;
3) through the linear openings of the neck pillow pad and the head pillow pad, a user can freely adjust the height of the headrest area and the cervical vertebra bearing area, and because the neck pillow pad and the head pillow pad do not directly contact with a human body, Chinese herbal medicines with certain fumigation therapy effect and hardness can be selected as filling materials, so that the height of the pillow area can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, a corresponding fumigation therapy effect can be obtained;

Claims (13)

1. An adjustable cervical pillow, comprising:
a substrate;
a headrest bag detachably laminated on the base plate; and
a neck pillow pack removably laminated on the base plate;
the adjustable cervical pillow is provided with an adjusting device, and any one of the following items (1) ~ (3) is adjusted through the adjusting device:
(1) the height of the cervical pillow can be adjusted;
(2) the hardness of the cervical pillow can be adjusted;
(3) the shape of the adjustable cervical pillow.

the headrest bag comprises: a left headrest bag, a middle headrest bag and a right headrest bag;
the left headrest bag, the middle headrest bag and the right headrest bag can be the same or different;
the neck pillow bag comprises: a left neck pillow bag, a middle neck pillow bag and a right neck pillow bag;
the left neck pillow bag, the middle neck pillow bag and the right neck pillow bag can be the same or different.
3. The adjustable cervical pillow according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the adjusting device is an opening unit formed on the head pillow bag and/or the neck pillow bag;
the adjustable cervical pillow is used for adjusting the height of the pillow bag by adjusting the quantity of fillers in the pillow bag and/or the cervical pillow bag;
the adjustable cervical vertebra pillow can adjust the hardness of the pillow bag and/or the type of fillers in the cervical vertebra pillow bag by adjusting.
4. The adjustable cervical pillow according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the adjusting device is an opening unit formed on the substrate;
the adjustable cervical pillow can adjust the height of the pillow bag by adjusting the quantity of fillers in the pillow bag and/or the neck pillow bag.
5. The adjustable cervical pillow according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the adjusting device is a single gasket which is laminated on the substrate and is provided with an opening unit;
the adjustable cervical pillow is adjusted in height by adjusting the amount of the filler in the gasket.
6. The adjustable cervical pillow according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the adjusting device is at least one gasket laminated on the substrate;
the adjustable cervical pillow can adjust the height of the cervical pillow by adjusting the number of the gaskets.
7. The adjustable cervical pillow according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the adjusting device is a connecting piece arranged on the upper surface of the base plate and the lower surface of the neck pillow bag and/or the head pillow bag;
the adjustable cervical pillow adjusts the shape of the adjustable cervical pillow by connecting the cervical pillow bag and/or the head pillow bag to the position on the base plate.
8. An adjustable cervical pillow according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that:
