园艺黄荆是穗花牡荆中的一个优秀品种,为马鞭草科牡荆属小型落叶乔木或灌木植物,全株均有香味。穗花牡荆是欧洲的常用草药之一,其对疾病的治疗作用已得到了美国、德国、日本等国家的认可。据文献记载,早在2500年前,穗花牡荆果实就被用于治疗妇科疾病,如痛经、月经不调等,并传说其常用于牧师和教士,以减少其性欲。此外自古希腊以来其果实就一直被用做妇女保健植物药。在土耳其,居民用穗花牡荆叶子来治疗腹痛,果实被用于利尿,驱风,镇静,而花、叶和根茎用于治疗月经周期紊乱;在巴西,穗花牡荆被用于宗教仪式典礼及公园观赏性植物,其嫩枝与果实也用于治疗胃痛、头痛和梅毒等;在伊朗民间,穗花牡荆被用来治疗乳汁不畅、惊厥、癫痫、便秘等。
目前对园艺黄荆的研究主要集中在对其药用价值的研究,对园艺黄荆的繁育方式的研究却非常罕见,常规方法进行的扦插繁殖需要大量的园艺黄荆枝条,而现实中园艺黄荆枝条资源奇缺经常造成市场上出现一苗难求的现象。园艺黄荆根系非常发达且萌芽率高,长期以来一直被埋没土中、无人问津,利用园艺黄荆根茎扦插繁殖是园艺黄荆繁殖的全新途径。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种园艺黄荆根茎的扦插方法,能够变废为宝解决现实中园艺黄荆枝条资源奇缺经常造成市场上出现一苗难求的问题。
技术方案:本发明所述一种园艺黄荆根茎的扦插方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:
S1、扦插前准备:选择园艺黄荆母株下有芽根眼的茎作为扦插的插条;选择珍珠岩、椰康、泥炭、腐殖酸的混合物作为扦插的基质,将所述基质用多菌灵溶液消毒后置于穴盘中;
S2、扦插处理:将S1中选好的根茎剪成7-13cm长得到插条;将所述插条的基部置于生根剂中浸泡后晾干备用;将晾干后的插条插入所述穴盘的基质中,扦插后浇透水,压实,并喷洒一次多菌灵溶液;所述生根剂的制备方法如下:将萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸溶解于50wt%浓度的乙醇中形成溶液,加入6-苄基氨基嘌呤,搅拌3-4h,得到生根剂。
S3、扦插后管理:将扦插有插条的穴盘置于大棚内的苗床上,所述插条根据大棚内的温湿度及基质的水分情况进行浇水,使大棚内的温度保持在20-25℃,湿度保持在80%以上,第一周浇水量多,待插条有芽萌出,减少浇水量,以保证根系的正常发展;每隔一周浇一次多菌灵溶液,经常观察情况。

本实施例在园艺黄荆根茎的扦插过程中,合理设计扦插前准备、扦插处理和扦插后管理三个步骤,结合特定的基质、生根剂,能够得到较高扦插成活率和扦插生根率的扦插方法。
如上所述,尽管参照特定的优选实施例已经表示和表述了本发明,但其不得解释为对本发明自身的限制。在不脱离所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围前提下,可对其在形式上和细节上作出各种变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种园艺黄荆根茎的扦插方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括下述步骤:
S1、扦插前准备:选择园艺黄荆母株下有芽根眼的茎作为扦插的插条;选择珍珠岩、椰康、泥炭、腐殖酸的混合物作为扦插的基质,将所述基质用多菌灵溶液消毒后置于穴盘中;
S2、扦插处理:将S1中选好的根茎剪成7-13cm长得到插条;将所述插条的基部置于生根剂中浸泡后晾干备用;将晾干后的插条插入所述穴盘的基质中,扦插后浇透水,压实,并喷洒一次多菌灵溶液;所述生根剂的制备方法如下:将萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸溶解于50wt%浓度的乙醇中形成溶液,加入6-苄基氨基嘌呤,搅拌3-4h,得到生根剂;
S3、扦插后管理:将扦插有插条的穴盘置于大棚内的苗床上,所述插条根据大棚内的温湿度及基质的水分情况进行浇水,使大棚内的温度保持在20-25℃,湿度保持在80%以上,第一周浇水量多,待插条有芽萌出,减少浇水量,以保证根系的正常发展;每隔一周浇一次多菌灵溶液,经常观察情况。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扦插方法,其特征在于,S1中,珍珠岩、椰康、泥炭、腐殖酸的质量比为:1.3-1.6:1.1-1.4:0.2-0.4:0.1-0.3。
3.根据权利要求2所述的扦插方法,其特征在于,所述珍珠岩、椰康、泥炭、腐殖酸的质量比为:1.4:1.2:0.3:0.2。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的扦插方法,其特征在于,S2中,萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、6-苄基氨基嘌呤的质量比为1-1.3:1-1.2:0.4-0.7。
5.根据权利要求4所述的扦插方法,其特征在于,所述萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、6-苄基氨基嘌呤的质量比为1.2:1.1:0.5。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的扦插方法,其特征在于,S2中,所述插条的基部置于生根剂中浸泡的时间为1-5min。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的扦插方法,其特征在于,所述多菌灵溶液为将多菌灵粉末用水稀释900-1000倍后的溶液。
