Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the cylinder cover 3 is a cylinder structure with one closed end, and the cylinder cover 3 is an insulating rigid element; the surface of the closed end of the cylinder body is uniformly provided with three second through holes 301 which are concentrically matched with the first through holes 601, the number of the second through holes 301 is three, the second through holes are used for passing wires, the existing wires are generally a live wire and a zero wire, therefore, the second through holes 301 are used for passing the wires, and the second through holes 301 are in interference fit with the outer insulating layers of the wires.
Referring to fig. 13 and 15, the connecting column 4 is an insulating elastic element and is in interference fit with the cylinder cover 3; a third through hole 401 in interference fit with the plug cylinder 701 is formed in one end face of the connecting column 4, and the third through hole 401 of the connecting column 4 and the plug wire element 11 comprise a plug column 1101.
The waterproof part 10 is fixed at one end of the wiring part 9, the waterproof part 10 is of an insulating elastic tube structure, and a plurality of shrinkage channels 1001 are uniformly distributed on one end face of the waterproof part 10 along the annular direction; the diameter of the shrink channel 1001 and the waterproof portion 10 is in the range of 0 to 60 degrees, and the angle is generally selected to be 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees and 45 degrees; by passing the wire through the flashing 10, the inner diameter of the flashing 10 of the existing shrink channel 1001 becomes larger, so that the flashing 10 seals off the outer surface of the wire and thus blocks the entry of liquid.
The whole process of insulating, sealing and connecting by adopting the elastic insulating rubber has convenient operation and convenient repeated use. The end face of the cylinder cover 3 may also be provided with a rubber cylinder covering the sheath of the wire for protection and sealing of the wire.
The peripheral side of the wiring portion 9 is provided with a first separation notch 901 along the axial direction; one end of the wire connecting portion 9 is opened with a second partition notch 902 in the radial direction; the first and second separating notches 901 and 902 form a T-shaped groove, through which the peripheral portion of the wire connecting portion 9 is divided into two openable pieces, which facilitates clamping and fixing of the metal wire.
When in use, the ends of the three wires are stripped of the insulating layers and then are sequentially inserted into the barrel cover 3 of the first connecting terminal 1, then the wires pass through the waterproof part 10 of the connecting element 7, then the stripped ends of the wires are placed into the connecting part 9, and the periphery of the connecting part 9 is clamped by a caliper and is divided into two open-close sheets through a T-shaped groove to clamp the wires; then, the limiting part 8, the wiring part 9 and the like of the wiring element 7 are placed into the first through hole 601 of the fan-shaped base 6, the fan-shaped base 6 is extruded into the barrel cover 3 under the action of the fan-shaped plate 801 by pulling wires, and then the connecting column 4 is inserted into the barrel cover 3, wherein one part of the connecting column 4 is in the barrel cover 3, and the other part of the connecting column 4 is inside and outside the barrel cover 3; through interference fit, fix under elastic material's the deformation circumstances, third perforating hole 401 on the spliced pole 4 and a section of thick bamboo 701 interference fit of pegging graft simultaneously for a section of thick bamboo 701 has certain tension, has certain restriction when being convenient for and peg graft the cooperation of post 1101, frictional force when the increase sliding fit.

After the process is completed, the insertion column 1101 of the second wiring terminal 2 is in insertion fit with the insertion cylinder 701 of the first wiring terminal 1, and meanwhile, the cylinder cover 3 of the second wiring terminal 2 is in insertion fit with the exposed connection column 4 of the first wiring terminal 1, so that connection is performed under the effect of interference fit.
The first embodiment and the second embodiment are applied to a patch board, and an existing patch board can be divided into three parts including a patch board, an electric wire and a plug, and the patch board comprises two connection modes:
the plug comprises a plug body, a first wiring terminal 1, a second wiring terminal 2, wires of different specifications, wiring boards of different lengths, a first wiring terminal 1, a second wiring terminal 2 and a second wiring terminal 2, wherein the first wiring terminal 1 is connected to a power connection wire end of the wiring board, the first wiring terminal 1 is connected to a power connection wire end of the plug, the second wiring terminal 2 is connected to the power connection wire end of the plug body through the second wiring terminal 2 in a fracture mode, and the first wiring terminal 1 is connected and matched with the second wiring terminal 2.
And secondly, a first wiring terminal 1 or a second wiring terminal 2 is connected to the power connection end of the plug board, a second wiring terminal 2 or a first wiring terminal 1 is connected to the power connection end of the plug, then the second wiring terminal 2 is connected to one end of the wire, the first wiring terminal 1 is connected to the other end of the wire, and the second wiring terminal 2 is connected with the first wiring terminal 1 in a matched mode.
When the plugboard is damaged, the electric wire and the plug can be reused, so that the plugboard can be replaced for reuse, the utilization rate of resources is improved, and the resource waste is prevented.
