The glass cover plate comprises a first cover plate and a second cover plate, wherein a first structure which is continuously arranged is arranged on the first cover plate, and a second structure which corresponds to the first structural shape is arranged on the second cover plate; the first structure is arranged in the second structure and is spaced from the second structure, so that the joint between the first structure and the second structure is in a shape of a spacing space staggered up and down. The invention provides a glass cover plate which adopts a novel structural design, so that the glass cover plate can be inverted or turned outwards according to design requirements.

Background
As is known, with the continuous forward development of display technology, the flat panel display has not been able to fully meet the market demand. The folding screen mobile phone which is developed at present is limited by materials and structures and only has two folding forms of outer folding and inner folding. The design structure of the glass cover plate arranged on the display panel can only be designed and fixed according to a single inward-turning or outward-turning form, so that the inward-turning or outward-turning arrangement of the display panel is determined.
In order to better improve the user's use diversity and flexibility, and meet the folding requirements or display requirements of different occasions, it is necessary to develop a foldable display panel that can simultaneously meet the requirement of folding inside and folding outside. The improvement of the folding function can inevitably lead to the fact that the intelligent terminal using the folding function as a display screen has wider use space.
Disclosure of Invention
One aspect of the present invention is to provide a Glass Cover plate (Cover Glass) with a novel structural design, such that it can realize two turning forms of inversion or eversion according to design requirements.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a glass cover plate comprises a first cover plate and a second cover plate, wherein a first structure which is continuously arranged is arranged on the first cover plate, and a second structure which corresponds to the first structure is arranged on the second cover plate; the first structure is arranged in the second structure and is spaced from the second structure, so that the joint between the first structure and the second structure is in a shape of a spacing space staggered up and down.
Further, in different embodiments, one side end of the first cover plate is provided with a first blocking column, and the other side end of the second cover plate is provided with a second blocking column, wherein the first blocking column and the second blocking column respectively surround the space in the shape of staggered up and down, which is connected between the first cover plate and the second cover plate, at the two side ends.

In addition, the cover plate is made of glass instead of the existing PI material, and the surface hardness of the display screen can be improved, so that the glass cover plate structure provided by the invention has the advantages that the stress release problem during bending is well solved, the stability of the glass cover plate structure is good, and the bending capability of the terminal product is effectively improved.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the glass cover plate, the preparation method and the application thereof according to the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, one embodiment of the present invention provides a glass cover plate including a first cover plate 10 and a second cover plate 20.
Wherein the first cover plate 10 is continuously provided with a projection 12, and one side end thereof is provided with a first catch 14. The structure of the second cover plate 20 is arranged corresponding to the structure of the first cover plate 10 so that the two can be combined together. Wherein the second cover plate 20 is continuously provided with a groove 22, and the other end thereof is provided with a second retaining column 24.
In the present embodiment, the protrusion 12 is in the shape of a trapezoid, the height of the protrusion surface is about 4 μm, and the distance from the top surface to the bottom surface of the first glass cover plate 10 is about 26 μm. It should be clear that the shape and height values of the protrusions 12 given above are only illustrative and not limiting, and the specific values can be determined according to actual needs.
Further, according to still another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing the glass cover plate, including the steps of:
step S1, providing the first glass cover plate 10 and the second glass cover plate 20, and performing micro-polishing and cleaning on the first glass cover plate 10 and the second glass cover plate 20 to ensure that the edge joint of the first structure protrusion 12 and the second structure groove 22 combined with each other has no particles and no flaws;
step S2, performing vacuum bonding on the first glass cover plate 10 and the second glass cover plate 20 to form the glass cover plate, wherein the completed drawing is shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, due to the structural arrangement between the first glass cover plate 10 and the second glass cover plate 20, the protrusion 12 of the first glass cover plate 10 is received in the groove 22 of the second glass cover plate 20, so that the joint between the two forms a staggered space shape of saw teeth, and the first bumping post 14 and the second bumping post 24 respectively close the staggered space shape of saw teeth at two side ends.
It should be clear here that the first cover plate 10 and the second cover plate 20 are, though combined together, and due to the arrangement of the first retaining column 14 and the second retaining column 24, are integrated. However, at the position where the protrusion 12 is combined with the groove 22, it is clearly seen that the surfaces are not attached to each other, but a space gap of a space 30 exists, and the space 30 is provided with a vacuum. Wherein the gap width of this space gap may be in the range of 1 to 10 μm, as shown in fig. 2, which is 2 μm, but is not limited thereto.
The glass cover plate adopts a novel assembly structure, and the first glass cover plate and the second glass cover plate which are included in the glass cover plate adopt mutually corresponding matching structures, so that the joint of the first glass cover plate and the second glass cover plate after being combined is in a zigzag space shape which is staggered up and down, and the gap space is in vacuum arrangement. The adoption of the structure of the space at the interval of the joint can ensure the simultaneous inward bending and outward bending operation and prevent the horizontal and vertical slippage caused by the bending between the upper and lower glass cover plates because of the zigzag structure staggered up and down.
Furthermore, the existence of the space between the joints is beneficial to release the physical deformation of the glass cover plate during bending, and the adjacent sawtooth shapes can support and push each other, so that the glass cover plate cannot be cracked (crack) during bending.
Further, referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of the present invention provides a display screen, which includes the Cover Glass 100, the display Panel 200 and the middle Frame 300, which are sequentially disposed.
Further, another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a smart terminal including the display screen related to the present invention, wherein the smart terminal includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a smart tablet, an electronic book, a computer, and the like.
In the application of the display screen, the cover plate is made of glass instead of PI (polyimide) material, so that the surface hardness of the display screen can be relatively improved.
