Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of detection of sealing rings, in particular to a visual detection system of a sealing ring, which is used for solving the problems of complex process and low production efficiency of punching a cylindrical shell into a wafer in the prior art. After the current group of sealing rings are detected, the transparent platform is rotated through the rotating mechanism, the rotating angle of the transparent platform at each time is equal to the included angle of two adjacent transparent holes, and because the transparent platform is provided with a plurality of groups of detection hole groups, a plurality of sealing rings can be detected at one time, so that the detection efficiency of the visual detection system on the sealing rings is improved. After the current group of sealing rings are detected, the transparent platform 6 is rotated through the rotating mechanism 7, the rotating angle of the transparent platform 6 at each time is equal to the included angle of the two adjacent transparent holes 61, and the transparent platform 6 is provided with a plurality of groups of detection hole groups, so that a plurality of sealing rings can be detected at one time, and the detection efficiency of the visual detection system on the sealing rings is improved.
