As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner, including any one of the above-mentioned air conditioner blade dust removing devices. The air conditioner has the same beneficial effects as the fan blade dust removal device, and the description is omitted.
As shown in fig. 14, the present embodiment provides a method for removing dust from blades of an air conditioner, where the air conditioner indoor unit includes a brush assembly, and the method for removing dust from blades includes:
s1: acquiring a dust removal instruction of an air conditioner;
s2: controlling the brush assembly to move to a position to be cleaned;
s3: and controlling the fan blade to rotate to enable the brush assembly to rub with the fan blade.
In actual life, because the fan blades 1 in the indoor unit rotate and generate static electricity by friction with air, dust is collected on the fan blades, and when the air conditioner runs for a certain time, the dust needs to be cleaned in time so as to improve the quality of the supplied air. This embodiment can set up the dust removal mode in the air conditioner, through controller control the air conditioner gets into the dust removal mode, can go on through artifical manual, also can carry out dust detection through the air conditioner is automatic, when reaching certain condition, removes dust automatically when the air conditioner is idle.
After the dust removal instruction is obtained, the first driving brush assembly moves to a position to be cleaned, then the fan blade is controlled to rotate, so that relative movement is formed between the brush assembly and the fan blade 1, and dust on the fan blade 1 is cleaned through friction between the brush assembly and the fan blade 1. The advantage that sets up like this lies in, when the gathering has the dust on fan blade 1, can be timely through the dust removal mode will dust on the fan blade 1 brushes away from, avoids producing the influence to air supply quality, through the setting of brush subassembly, can be right dust on the fan blade 1 carries out more thorough brushing-off, makes the dust removal more effective.
In the step S2, the brush assembly is just initially located at an initial position, the initial position enables the brush assembly to be far away from the fan blade 1, so as to avoid friction between the fan blade 1 and the brush assembly during operation, after a dust removal instruction is obtained, the air conditioner controls the operation of the brush assembly driver 23 to drive the brush assembly to operate to a position to be cleaned, where the position to be cleaned at least enables the bristles 21 to contact the fan blade 1, so that the fan blade 1 can also be said to form a certain friction between the bristles 21 and the fan blade 1 during operation, or so to speak, a part of the bristles 21 is inserted between the wind guide strips arranged along the circumferential direction of the fan blade 1, and since the bristles 21 are made of flexible materials, the brush assembly does not affect the operation of the fan blade 1.
Here, in step S3, the rotation of the fan blade 1 is controlled to control the fan blade 1 to rotate reversely. Because the wind guide strips of the fan blades 1 are obliquely arranged and form a certain angle with the circumferential direction of the fan blades 1, dust is usually concentrated on one surface to which the fan blades 1 are directed in the reverse rotation direction, wind is guided when the fan blades 1 rotate forwards, and airflow generated by the fan blades 1 can be reduced when the fan blades 1 rotate backwards, so that the dust is prevented from being blown into a room by large airflow during dust removal; on the other hand, the positions with more dust removal aggregates are cleaned through the reverse rotation of the fan blades 1. Of course, the fan blade 1 can also be controlled to rotate forward, or the fan blade 1 can rotate forward and backward alternately, and the fan blade 1 can shake through the rotation of the fan blade 1, so that the dust can be cleaned conveniently.
Here, the rotating speed of the fan blade 1 fluctuates in a set speed interval. That is to say, the rotating speed of the fan blade 1 is changed, rather than constant, and the rotating speed of the fan blade 1 is changed within a set rotating speed interval, and the change may be regular or irregular. For example, when the rotating speed of the fan blade 1 is increased to 100r/min, the rotating speed of the fan blade 1 starts to change within the range of [100, 150] r/min. Of course, the rate may be other values. The advantage of setting up like this is, forms the shake of fan blade through the change of 1 rotational speeds of fan blade, improves the clearance efficiency of dust.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner blade dust removal method further includes: and after the fan blade 1 rotates for a first preset time, the air conditioner executes condensation control to enable the heat exchanger of the indoor unit to generate condensed water.
It should be noted that after the fan blade 1 operates for a first preset time, condensation control is performed, and in the first preset time, the brush assembly cleans dust on the fan blade 1; after the dust is brushed away from the fan blade 1, the dust can be gathered to the water collector, at the moment, the dust in the water collector needs to be cleaned, at the moment, condensed water in the air is gathered on the surface of the heat exchanger through condensation control, and flows down to the water collector from the heat exchanger, so that the dust in the water collector is taken away. Here, the surface of the heat exchanger may be frosted and then subjected to a defrosting process to form condensed water on the surface of the heat exchanger.
Here, the condensation control includes: controlling the air conditioner to operate in a refrigeration mode; and when the air conditioner meets the preset condition, controlling the air conditioner to enter a heating mode to enable the heat exchanger to generate condensed water.
It should be noted that, through the cooling mode, the temperature of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit can be rapidly reduced, so that the surface of the heat exchanger generates condensed water and even frosts, and then the defrosting is performed through the heating mode. The advantage that sets up like this lies in, through the mode of refrigeration reheat, makes certain comdenstion water of gathering on the air conditioner heat exchanger, when the comdenstion water certain volume of main road, then flows into the water collector, takes away the dust in the water collector through the comdenstion water.
Here, the preset conditions are: and the air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode for a second preset time. Namely, when the air conditioner runs in the cooling mode for the second preset time, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the heating mode. The second preset time is set according to a time required for actual frosting or condensed water generation. Through the time control mode, the hardware cost of the air conditioner can be reduced, and the control is more accurate.
In addition, the dust removal method for the fan blades of the air conditioner further comprises the following steps: when the air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode, acquiring the temperature of a heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger; the preset conditions are as follows: and when the temperature of the heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger reaches the preset temperature, the air conditioner continues to operate for a third preset time.
That is, when the air conditioner is refrigerating, the temperature of the heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit is monitored, so that the temperature of the heat exchange tube is ensured to frost or generate condensed water on the heat exchanger, and when the temperature of the heat exchanger reaches the frosting temperature, the air conditioner is controlled to continue to keep the refrigerating mode to operate for a third preset time, and then the heating mode is started to operate for defrosting, so that the frost is liquefied to form the condensed water. The advantage of this arrangement is that by monitoring the temperature of the heat exchange tubes of the heat exchanger, frost formation on the heat exchanger is ensured, thereby ensuring adequate condensate production. On the other hand, when the temperature of the heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger reaches the preset temperature, the heat exchanger is continuously operated for a period of time, so that frosting or condensed water can be formed in the heat exchanger.
It should be noted that, when the air conditioner starts to operate in the cooling mode, the fan blades 1 are controlled to stop operating. That is to say, the fan blade 1 contacts with the brush component when in operation to form relative motion to clean up the dust on the fan blade 1, and after the fan blade 1 operates for a first preset time, the fan blade 1 stops rotating, and simultaneously the air conditioner starts a refrigeration mode. The advantage of setting up like this is that, stopping the operation of fan when refrigerating, can reduce the heat dissipation of heat exchanger, the speed change that makes the temperature of heat exchanger reduce.
And after the fan blade rotates for a first preset time, controlling the brush assembly to operate to reset the brush assembly. Here, after the fan blade rotates for the first preset time, it may refer to that the fan blade rotates for the first preset time, or it may refer to that the brush assembly is reset after the fan blade rotates for the first preset time before the dust removal mode is finished, so as to avoid interference of the brush on the operation of the fan blade 1 during normal operation.
The method for dedusting the fan blades of the air conditioner further comprises the step of finishing dedusting after the heating mode is operated for a fourth preset time. And in a fourth preset time, starting a heating mode to liquefy frost on the heat exchanger to form condensed water. Through the time control mode, the hardware cost of the air conditioner can be reduced, and the control is more accurate.
