According to the invention, a sealing groove for placing a sealing ring is arranged at a position 10-15 mm away from a secondary shoulder of a female joint along the periphery of the female joint, as shown in fig. 3, the depth L1 of the sealing groove is 4-6 mm, the width L2 is 5-7 mm, the sealing groove is composed of a groove bottom 33, a first side surface 34 and a second side surface 35, the first side surface 34 is far away from the secondary shoulder of the female joint relative to the second side surface 35, the groove bottom 33 is a horizontal line segment, the first side surface 34 is a vertical line segment, the inclination angle eta of the second side surface 35 to a horizontal line is 50-70 degrees, and the sealing ring 4 in the sealing groove is in interference fit with a male joint 1.
In the invention, four evenly distributed grooves 8 are arranged at the tangent of the main shoulder 20 of the male connector, and the grooves 8 are used for placing the locking blocks 6.
According to the invention, the side of the locking block 6, which is in contact with the female connector 2, is provided with the sawtooth belt, as shown in fig. 9, the locking block 6 is connected with the male connector 1 through the screw 7, and the male connector 1 and the female connector 2 are fixed through the locking block, so that the male connector and the female connector are prevented from being loosened under the action of impact load.

All the technical solutions formed by equivalent transformation or equivalent replacement fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A four-line marine riser joint comprises a male joint with external taper threads and a female joint with internal taper threads, wherein the male joint and the female joint are in butt joint left and right for use;
the method is characterized in that:
the teeth of the inner-cone thread have the same height,
the outer taper threads are variable-tooth-height threads with the middle thread tooth height being equal, the threads on the two sides are variable-tooth-height threads with a section of circular arc as a boundary, the height between the middle thread and the threads on the two sides is changed in a nonlinear mode, the variable-tooth-height threads are cut by a cutting curve, the cutting curve is a circular arc with the radius r, r is 500 plus 600mm, and the convex surface of the cutting curve faces outwards; through the arc interception, the external taper thread is intercepted into an external thread with an arc-shaped surface from a thread with the same initial thread tooth height, and the first thread tooth of the external thread is intercepted 1/3-1/2 in the height direction; the last thread ridge of the external thread is cut 1/3-1/2 in the height direction, and one or more thread ridges in the middle of the external thread are not cut.

The four-wire marine riser joint of claim 1, wherein: the middle part of the outer conical thread is not intercepted, and is fully contacted with the inner conical thread, the threads on two sides of the outer conical thread are intercepted by the intercepting curve part, the bearing surface of the outer conical thread at the intercepting part is reduced, and the contact area with the inner conical thread is reduced.
3. The four-wire marine riser joint of claim 1, wherein: the external taper thread and the internal taper thread are matched for use and are large taper threads with the taper of 1: 3.

The four-wire marine riser joint of claim 1, wherein: the thread line of the male joint thread comprises a male joint bearing surface and a male joint guide surface, the male joint guide surface is formed by transition of a first line segment of the male joint and a second line segment of the male joint, the included angle between the first line segment and the vertical line is alpha 1, alpha 1 is 45-65 degrees, the included angle between the second line segment of the male joint and the vertical line is beta 1, beta 1 is 30-50 degrees, and alpha 1 is larger than beta 1; on the same thread line, the male connector bearing surface is connected with the male connector guide surface through a male connector crest, a second thread section of the male connector is connected with the male connector crest, the bearing angle theta 1 of the male connector bearing surface is-3 to-7 degrees, a male connector groove is arranged between the male connector guide surface and the male connector bearing surface, the bottom of the male connector groove is a male connector root, a first thread section of the male connector is connected with the male connector root, the male connector root is a flat bottom, the taper direction of the male connector crest is opposite to the taper direction of the male connector outer taper thread, the included angle between the male connector crest and the axis is 5 to 15 degrees,
the thread line of the female joint thread comprises a female joint bearing surface and a female joint guide surface, the female joint guide surface is formed by a first female joint line segment and a second female joint line segment in a transition mode, the first female joint line segment is parallel to the first male joint line segment, the second female joint line segment is parallel to the second male joint line segment, the included angle between the first female joint line segment and a vertical line is alpha, alpha is 45-65 degrees, the included angle between the second female joint line segment and the vertical line is beta, beta is 30-50 degrees, and alpha is larger than beta; on the same thread line, a female joint bearing surface is connected with a female joint guide surface through a female joint crest, a female joint second line section is connected with the female joint crest, a bearing angle theta of the female joint bearing surface is-3 to-7 degrees, a female joint groove is arranged between the female joint guide surface and the female joint bearing surface, a female joint tooth bottom is arranged at the bottom of the female joint groove, a female joint first line section is connected with a female joint tooth bottom, the female joint tooth bottom is a flat bottom, the taper direction of the female joint tooth bottom is opposite to the taper direction of a female-in-cone thread in the female joint, the included angle between the female joint tooth bottom and an axis is gamma, and gamma is 5-15 degrees.

The four-wire marine riser joint of claim 1, wherein: the thread line of the male joint thread comprises a male joint bearing surface and a male joint guide surface, the male joint guide surface is formed by transition of a first line segment of the male joint and a second line segment of the male joint, the included angle between the first line segment and the vertical line is alpha 1, alpha 1 is 45-65 degrees, the included angle between the second line segment of the male joint and the vertical line is beta 1, beta 1 is 30-50 degrees, and alpha 1 is larger than beta 1; on the same thread line, the bearing surface of the male connector and the guide surface of the male connector are connected through the crest of the male connector, the second thread section of the male connector is connected with the crest of the male connector, the crest of the male connector is flat, the bearing angle theta 1 of the bearing surface of the male connector is-3 to-7 degrees, a male connector groove is arranged between the guide surface of the male connector and the bearing surface of the male connector, the bottom of the male connector groove is a root of the male connector, the first thread section of the male connector is connected with the root of the male connector, the root of the male connector is an arc bottom, the taper direction of the crest of the male connector is opposite to the taper direction of an external taper thread of the male connector, the included angle between the crest of,
