本发明为一种能够发电的电线杆装置,包括太阳能电池板、支撑架、接线柱、横梁、荧光层、塑料保护膜、灯杆、路灯、底座、杆体、钢筋框架、混凝土层、发泡水泥层、防腐层、加强筋和蓄电池;所述底座顶端中心处竖直设置有杆体,所述太阳能电池板通过支撑架固定设置在杆体顶端;所述横梁水平设置在杆体上方,横梁左右两侧各设置有接线柱;所述路灯通过灯杆设置在横梁下方,灯杆和杆体固定连接;本发明结构设计合理,稳定性好,并且能够将太阳能转化为电能为设备进行供电,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线杆领域,具体为一种能够发电的电线杆装置。
背景技术
电力是人们生产生活中最常用的能源,是人们生产生活中必不可少的,是供电、通讯重要的基础设施之一,要将电能从发电站输送到用电部门需要架设电杆进行传输。
我国专利CN108035603A提出了一种安全多功能电线杆,该装置通过设置的红色报警灯可在电线杆发生漏电的情况下及时发出报警信息,提醒过往的人们注意危险,提高了其安全性,且荧光层在白天能够吸收光线,在夜晚时发亮,便于人们识别其具体位置;但是该专利存在杆体的结构强度不够,大大缩短了电线杆的使用寿命等问题,为此本申请提出一种能够发电的电线杆装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种能够发电的电线杆装置,以改进上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明设计合理,能够将太阳能转化为电能为设备进行供电,节能环保。
为了改进上述问题,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来体现:一种能够发电的电线杆装置,包括太阳能电池板、支撑架、接线柱、横梁、荧光层、塑料保护膜、灯杆、路灯、底座、杆体、钢筋框架、混凝土层、发泡水泥层、防腐层、加强筋和蓄电池;所述底座顶端中心处竖直设置有杆体,所述太阳能电池板通过支撑架固定设置在杆体顶端;所述横梁水平设置在杆体上方,横梁左右两侧各设置有接线柱;所述路灯通过灯杆设置在横梁下方,灯杆和杆体固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述杆体中部设置有荧光层,荧光层的表面粘贴有一层透明的塑料保护膜。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述杆体由钢筋框架、混凝土层、发泡水泥层和防腐层构成,钢筋框架设置在混凝土层中间,发泡水泥层设置在混凝土层内侧,防腐层设置在混凝土层的外侧。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述底座内部设置有蓄电池,蓄电池分别与太阳能电池板和路灯电性连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种能够发电的电线杆装置,包括太阳能电池板、支撑架、接线柱、横梁、荧光层、塑料保护膜、灯杆、路灯、底座、杆体、钢筋框架、混凝土层、发泡水泥层、防腐层、加强筋和蓄电池。
1.电线杆顶端设置有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板能够将太阳能转化为电能存储在蓄电池内,为路灯等设备进行供电,节能环保;荧光层在白天能够吸收光线,在夜晚时发亮,便于人们识别其具体位置;使用钢筋框架做为整个杆体的骨架,保证杆体的结构强度,钢筋框架上设置有垂直混凝土层表面的加强筋,设置加强筋使混凝土层和发泡水泥层紧密连接在一起,进一步保证连结效果,发泡水泥层设置在混凝土层内侧,使用发泡水泥层有效降低杆体的重量,防腐层设置在混凝土层的外侧,在混凝土层外侧设置防腐层有效提高混凝土层的抗腐蚀能力,大大延长电线杆的使用寿命。
2.本装置结构设计合理,稳定性好,并且能够将太阳能转化为电能为设备进行供电,节能环保。
本发明在一定程度上弥补了背景技术中的不足之处。

请参阅图1至图3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种能够发电的电线杆装置,包括太阳能电池板1、支撑架2、接线柱3、横梁4、荧光层5、塑料保护膜6、灯杆7、路灯8、底座9、杆体10、钢筋框架11、混凝土层12、发泡水泥层13、防腐层14、加强筋15和蓄电池16;所述底座9顶端中心处竖直设置有杆体10,所述太阳能电池板1通过支撑架2固定设置在杆体10顶端;所述横梁4水平设置在杆体10上方,横梁4左右两侧各设置有接线柱3;所述路灯8通过灯杆7设置在横梁4下方,灯杆7和杆体10固定连接。
工作原理:在使用本方案时,电线杆10顶端设置有太阳能电池板1,太阳能电池板1能够将太阳能转化为电能存储在蓄电池16内,为路灯8等设备进行供电,节能环保;荧光层5在白天能够吸收光线,在夜晚时发亮,便于人们识别其具体位置;使用钢筋框架11做为整个杆体10的骨架,保证杆体10的结构强度,钢筋框架11上设置有垂直混凝土层12表面的加强筋,设置加强筋15使混凝土层12和发泡水泥层13紧密连接在一起,进一步保证连结效果,发泡水泥层13设置在混凝土层12内侧,使用发泡水泥层13有效降低杆体10的重量,防腐层14设置在混凝土层12的外侧,在混凝土层12外侧设置防腐层14有效提高混凝土层12的抗腐蚀能力,大大延长电线杆的使用寿命。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述杆体10中部设置有荧光层5,荧光层5的表面粘贴有一层透明的塑料保护膜6。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述杆体10由钢筋框架11、混凝土层12、发泡水泥层13和防腐层14构成,钢筋框架11设置在混凝土层12中间,发泡水泥层13设置在混凝土层12内侧,防腐层14设置在混凝土层12的外侧。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述底座9内部设置有蓄电池16,蓄电池16分别与太阳能电池板1和路灯7电性连接。
与专利201821131282.9 、201820917930.7 、201520677868.5 相比,本装置结构设计合理,稳定性好,并且能够将太阳能转化为电能为设备进行供电,节能环保。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够发电的电线杆装置,其特征在于,所述杆体(10)中部设置有荧光层(5),荧光层(5)的表面粘贴有一层透明的塑料保护膜(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够发电的电线杆装置,其特征在于,所述杆体(10)由钢筋框架(11)、混凝土层(12)、发泡水泥层(13)和防腐层(14)构成,钢筋框架(11)设置在混凝土层(12)中间,发泡水泥层(13)设置在混凝土层(12)内侧,防腐层(14)设置在混凝土层(12)的外侧。
