本发明公开了一种建筑用耐磨涂料,属于建筑涂料领域,包括以下重量分数配比的原料:环氧树脂25~30份、有机硅改性聚酯树脂15~20份、二氧化硅乳液10~15份、钛白粉3~5份、滑石粉3~5份、消泡剂1~2份、润湿剂1~3份、甲苯10~20份、粘结剂5~10份、润滑剂4~8份、增强剂1~2份。本发明解决了现有的耐磨涂料在使用时存在着耐磨性能欠佳的问题,具有耐磨性能佳以及生产成本低的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料领域,具体为一种建筑用耐磨涂料。
背景技术
涂料作为一种材料,属于精细化工产品,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度并连续的固态薄膜,耐磨涂料是一类具有特殊功能的新型功能涂料,具有较好耐磨损性好,现有的耐磨涂料在使用时存在着耐磨性能欠佳的问题,因此亟需设计一种建筑用耐磨涂料。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种建筑用耐磨涂料,解决了现有的耐磨涂料耐磨性能欠佳且涂料生产成本较高的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种建筑用耐磨涂料,包括以下重量分数配比的原料:
环氧树脂:25~30份;
有机硅改性聚酯树脂:15~20份;
二氧化硅乳液:10~15份;
钛白粉:3~5份;
滑石粉:3~5份;
消泡剂:1~2份;
润湿剂:1~3份;
甲苯:10~20份;
粘结剂:5~10份;
润滑剂:4~8份;
增强剂:1~2份。
优选的,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂聚二甲基硅氧烷。
优选的,所述润湿剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述粘结剂为酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂的混合物,且所述酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂的比例为5:2。
优选的,所述润滑剂为二硫化钼和胶状石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成,且二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉的粒径均大于500目。
优选的,所述增强剂为还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉按1:1:1的比例混合而成。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种建筑用耐磨涂料,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉所制成的混合物可以在一定程度上提高涂料的机械强度和表面硬度,改善涂料的抗磨性能,从而有利于延长建筑设施的使用寿命。
(2)本发明中采用二硫化钼和胶状石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成的润滑剂,提高耐磨涂料润滑减磨性能,同时使涂料具有较小的摩擦系数和自润滑性,而采用酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂按5:2比例混合的粘结剂,作用是将涂料中各种组分牢固地黏结在一起,并与基体产生良好的黏结力,使之在基体表面形成牢固的涂层,从而保证了粘结的紧密。

基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种建筑用耐磨涂料,包括以下重量分数配比的原料:环氧树脂25份、有机硅改性聚酯树脂15份、二氧化硅乳液10份、钛白粉3份、滑石粉3份、有机硅类消泡剂聚二甲基硅氧烷1份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚1份、甲苯10份、酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂按5:2的比例混合而成的粘结剂5份、二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成的润滑剂4份、还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉按1:1:1的比例混合而成的增强剂1份,二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉的粒径均大于500目。
实施例2:
一种建筑用耐磨涂料,包括以下重量分数配比的原料:环氧树脂26份、有机硅改性聚酯树脂16份、二氧化硅乳液11份、钛白粉3.5份、滑石粉3.5份、有机硅类消泡剂聚二甲基硅氧烷1.3份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚1.5份、甲苯12份、酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂按5:2的比例混合而成的粘结剂6份、二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成的润滑剂5份、还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉按1:1:1的比例混合而成的增强剂1.4份,二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉的粒径均大于500目;
实施例3:
一种建筑用耐磨涂料,包括以下重量分数配比的原料:环氧树脂28份、有机硅改性聚酯树脂18份、二氧化硅乳液13份、钛白粉4份、滑石粉4份、有机硅类消泡剂聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚2份、甲苯16份、酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂按5:2的比例混合而成的粘结剂8份、二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成的润滑剂6份、还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉按1:1:1的比例混合而成的增强剂1.6份,二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉的粒径均大于500目;
实施例4:
一种建筑用耐磨涂料,包括以下重量分数配比的原料:环氧树脂29份、有机硅改性聚酯树脂19份、二氧化硅乳液14份、钛白粉4.5份、滑石粉4.5份、有机硅类消泡剂聚二甲基硅氧烷1.8份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚2.5份、甲苯18份、酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂按5:2的比例混合而成的粘结剂9份、二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成的润滑剂7份、还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉按1:1:1的比例混合而成的增强剂1.8份,二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉的粒径均大于500目;
实施例5:
一种建筑用耐磨涂料,包括以下重量分数配比的原料:环氧树脂30份、有机硅改性聚酯树脂20份、二氧化硅乳液15份、钛白粉5份、滑石粉5份、有机硅类消泡剂聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚3份、甲苯20份、酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂按5:2的比例混合而成的粘结剂10份、二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成的润滑剂8份、还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉按1:1:1的比例混合而成的增强剂2份,二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉的粒径均大于500目。
综上,还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉所制成的混合物可以在一定程度上提高涂料的机械强度和表面硬度,改善涂料的抗磨性能,从而有利于延长建筑设施的使用寿命,采用二硫化钼和胶状石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成的润滑剂,提高耐磨涂料润滑减磨性能,同时使涂料具有较小的摩擦系数和自润滑性,而采用酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂按5:2比例混合的粘结剂,作用是将涂料中各种组分牢固地黏结在一起,并与基体产生良好的黏结力,使之在基体表面形成牢固的涂层,从而保证了粘结的紧密,在上述实施例中,采用落砂法进行涂料的耐磨性测试,经检验,实施例2中的涂料耐磨性能最佳,因此实施例2为最优实施例。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

1.一种建筑用耐磨涂料,其特征在于:包括以下重量分数配比的原料:
环氧树脂:25~30份;
有机硅改性聚酯树脂:15~20份;
二氧化硅乳液:10~15份;
钛白粉:3~5份;
滑石粉:3~5份;
消泡剂:1~2份;
润湿剂:1~3份;
甲苯:10~20份;
粘结剂:5~10份;
润滑剂:4~8份;
增强剂:1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂聚二甲基硅氧烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂的混合物,且所述酚醛树脂与聚酯树脂的比例为5:2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为二硫化钼和胶状石墨粉按2:1的比例混合而成,且二硫化钼与胶装石墨粉的粒径均大于500目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述增强剂为还原铁粉、氧化铜粉和石英粉按1:1:1的比例混合而成。
