In the embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is provided with 2 supports 2 for supporting the turning plate 11, and the number of the supports 2 is 2; the bottom plate 1 is a rectangular steel plate, as shown in fig. 3, when the device is in a non-working state, the turning plate 11 is in a vertical position, and the bottom end of the turning plate 11 is supported on the support 2.

2) when the second hydraulic oil cylinder 14 starts to work, the piston rod extends out, the turning plate 11 rotates clockwise around the fourth bolt 18, so that the turning plate 11 is lifted upwards until the turning plate 11 is flush with the top plate 7;
3) retracting a piston rod of the first hydraulic oil cylinder 6, and integrally descending the support plate 8, the top plate 7 and the turning plate 11 until the turning plate 11 falls on the bottom surface of the container, namely loading and unloading the aluminum alloy wheel hub;
4) after the loading and unloading are finished, a finishing button is pressed, the first hydraulic oil cylinder 6 starts to work, the piston rod extends out, the supporting plate 8, the top plate 7 and the turning plate 11 are integrally lifted upwards, the first hydraulic oil cylinder (6) stops working after being lifted to a certain height, the second hydraulic oil cylinder 14 starts to work, the piston rod retracts, the turning plate 11 descends downwards until the turning plate 11 is located at the vertical position, the second hydraulic oil cylinder (14) stops working, then the piston rod of the first hydraulic oil cylinder 6 retracts, the supporting plate 8, the top plate 7 and the turning plate 11 are integrally descended until the turning plate vertically falls back to the support 2.
