Abstract

本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,尤其是一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,包括第一内层玻璃和第二内层玻璃,第一内层玻璃与第二内层玻璃间设有真空层,第一内层玻璃一侧设有内层膜,内层膜一侧设有透明导电膜,透明导电膜一侧设有室内玻璃,室内玻璃一侧设有透明导电膜,第二内层玻璃一侧设有第二内层膜,第二内层膜一侧设有光电玻璃,光电玻璃一侧设有室外玻璃,室外玻璃与光电玻璃间设有中空层。本发明通过多层的结构设计,利用透明导电膜和光电玻璃的结构设计使夹胶复合玻璃能自发电和除雾功能,利用中空层和真空层的设计,使夹胶复合玻璃的隔热隔音效果得到提升,功能多样,适合推广。

一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃。
背景技术
夹胶复合玻璃是由两片或多片玻璃,之间夹了一层或多层有机聚合物中间膜,经过特殊的高温预压(或抽真空)及高温高压工艺处理后,使玻璃和中间膜永久粘合为一体的复合玻璃产品。常用的夹层玻璃中间膜有:PVB、SGP、EVA、PU等。此外,还有一些比较特殊的如彩色中间膜夹层玻璃、SGX类印刷中间膜夹层玻璃、XIR类LOW-E中间膜夹层玻璃等。内嵌装饰件(金属网、金属板等)夹层玻璃、内嵌PET材料夹层玻璃等装饰及功能性夹层玻璃,现有的夹胶复合玻璃功能单一,具有节能环保的性能,为此我们提出一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在现有的夹胶复合玻璃功能单一,具有节能环保的缺点,而提出的一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,包括第一内层玻璃和第二内层玻璃,所述第一内层玻璃与所述第二内层玻璃相对的一侧间设有真空层,所述第一内层玻璃远离所述真空层的一侧设有内层膜,所述内层膜远离所述第一内层玻璃的一侧设有透明导电膜,所述透明导电膜远离所述第一内层膜的一侧设有室内玻璃,所述室内玻璃与所述第一内层膜相对的一侧设有透明导电膜,所述第二内层玻璃远离所述真空层的一侧设有第二内层膜,所述第二内层膜远离所述第二内层玻璃的一侧设有光电玻璃,所述光电玻璃远离所述第二内层膜的一侧设有室外玻璃,所述室外玻璃与所述光电玻璃间设有中空层。
优选的,所述光电玻璃为内置有碲化镉薄膜的光电玻璃,所述光电玻璃的电源输出端连接室内电网。
优选的,所述第一内层膜及所述第二内层膜均为EVA膜结构。
优选的,所述室内玻璃为防火玻璃结构。
优选的,所述室外玻璃为低辐射玻璃结构。
优选的,所述中空层及所述真空层均通过硅酮密封胶进行边缘密封处理,所述中空层内填充设有惰性保护气体。
优选的,所述透明导电膜通过导线外接电源。
本发明提出的一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,有益效果在于:本发明通过多层的结构设计,利用透明导电膜和光电玻璃的结构设计使夹胶复合玻璃能自发电和除雾功能,同时利用中空层和真空层的设计,使夹胶复合玻璃的隔热隔音效果得到提升。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,包括第一内层玻璃4和第二内层玻璃9,第一内层玻璃4与第二内层玻璃9相对的一侧间设有真空层6,第一内层玻璃4远离真空层6的一侧设有内层膜3,内层膜3远离第一内层玻璃4的一侧设有透明导电膜2,透明导电膜2远离第一内层膜3的一侧设有室内玻璃1,室内玻璃1为防火玻璃结构,提升了耐高温性能和防火性能,室内玻璃1与第一内层膜3相对的一侧设有透明导电膜2,透明导电膜2通过导线外接电源,第二内层玻璃9远离真空层6的一侧设有第二内层膜10,第一内层膜3及第二内层膜10均为EVA膜结构,EVA膜结构的结构设计,使玻璃碎裂后可粘连在一起,避免了二次伤害,提升了安全性能。
第二内层膜10远离第二内层玻璃9的一侧设有光电玻璃7,光电玻璃7为内置有碲化镉薄膜的光电玻璃,光电玻璃7的电源输出端连接室内电网,利用光电玻璃7的设计能将光能转换为电能,为建筑室内提供电力输出,降低了能源损耗,光电玻璃7远离第二内层膜10的一侧设有室外玻璃5,室外玻璃5为低辐射玻璃结构,能有效过滤部分室外光线辐射,提升了使用的健康性,室外玻璃5与光电玻璃7间设有中空层8,中空层8及真空层6均通过硅酮密封胶进行边缘密封处理,中空层8内填充设有惰性保护气体。
本发明通过多层的结构设计,利用透明导电膜2和光电玻璃7的结构设计使夹胶复合玻璃能自发电和除雾功能,同时利用中空层8和真空层6的设计,使夹胶复合玻璃的隔热隔音效果得到提升,增加了功能多样性。

1.一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,包括第一内层玻璃(4)和第二内层玻璃(9),其特征在于,所述第一内层玻璃(4)与所述第二内层玻璃(9)相对的一侧间设有真空层(6),所述第一内层玻璃(4)远离所述真空层(6)的一侧设有内层膜(3),所述内层膜(3)远离所述第一内层玻璃(4)的一侧设有透明导电膜(2),所述透明导电膜(2)远离所述第一内层膜(3)的一侧设有室内玻璃(1),所述室内玻璃(1)与所述第一内层膜(3)相对的一侧设有透明导电膜(2),所述第二内层玻璃(9)远离所述真空层(6)的一侧设有第二内层膜(10),所述第二内层膜(10)远离所述第二内层玻璃(9)的一侧设有光电玻璃(7),所述光电玻璃(7)远离所述第二内层膜(10)的一侧设有室外玻璃(5),所述室外玻璃(5)与所述光电玻璃(7)间设有中空层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,其特征在于,所述光电玻璃(7)为内置有碲化镉薄膜的光电玻璃,所述光电玻璃(7)的电源输出端连接室内电网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一内层膜(3)及所述第二内层膜(10)均为EVA膜结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,其特征在于,所述室内玻璃(1)为防火玻璃结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,其特征在于,所述室外玻璃(5)为低辐射玻璃结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,其特征在于,所述中空层(8)及所述真空层(6)均通过硅酮密封胶进行边缘密封处理,所述中空层(8)内填充设有惰性保护气体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层结构的夹胶复合玻璃,其特征在于,所述透明导电膜(2)通过导线外接电源。
