Detailed Description
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a method for monitoring a test tube 2 of a biological sample detection system, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, which includes: the test tubes 2 to be loaded into the test tube bracket 1 are scanned sequentially, and the scanned code information is stored in the processor.
Control test tube 2 gets into in the silo 12 of test tube bracket 1, in a concrete embodiment, according to sweeping the sign indicating number information, distribute test tube 2 gets into the silo 12 of test tube bracket 1, because test tube 2 includes different test tube 2 types according to the detection sample of difference, and sweep the information that contains the detection sample in the sign indicating number information, consequently, can be according to sweeping the sign indicating number information, push test tube 2 of same type into in the same silo 12, be convenient for push out simultaneously test tube 2 to next station in the same silo 12, be convenient for information management and transmission, further improve work efficiency.
Each test tube 2 is marked with information, which is represented by a matrix symbol, for example, the test tube holder 1 includes N bins 12, each bin 12 being marked by a lower case letter a, b, c, d, … …, respectively. In the a trough 12, a first pushed-in test tube 2 is marked a1, and a second pushed-in test tube 2 is marked a2; the information label of each test tube 2 is stored and correlated with the scan code information of the corresponding test tube 2. The method further comprises marking the carrier label information of the test tube carrier 1, the information marking comprising carrier label information, e.g. carrier information labels being marked A, B, C, … …, respectively. Pre-storing bracket label information into a management system, namely storing all test tube brackets 1 in the management system, scanning codes of the information of the test tube brackets 1 when the test tube brackets 1 are taken for use, and sending the code scanning information to the management system if the test tube brackets enter into use after the codes are scanned, wherein the management system displays the corresponding test tube brackets 1 in use and displays station information of the test tube brackets 1 in use; if the test tube holder 1 is not used, the test tube holder 1 correspondingly marked in the management system is in an unused state. Meanwhile, the marking information of the test tube 2 can be added into the bracket label information of the test tube bracket 1; for example, test tubes 2 in the A-th trough 12 in the test tube holder 1A are labeled Aa1, aa2, … …, respectively.
To be removed from the test tube 2 of the test tube holder 1, the code scanning information corresponding to the test tube 2 is removed in the processor, and the code scanning information is sent to the controller of the next procedure. When the test tube 2 is removed, for example, aa1, aa2, aa3, aa4 are arranged in the test tube 2 in the a-th trough 12 in the test tube bracket 1A, and when the test tube 2 is removed, the scan code information of which the information is marked as Aa4, aa3, aa2, aa1 is sequentially sent to a controller of the next procedure.
When the test tube 2 in the a-th trough 12 in the test tube bracket 1A is provided with Aa1, aa2, aa3, aa4 and Aa3 which are removed, and a new test tube 2 is pushed in, the new test tube 2 is marked as Aa5 and Aa6 in sequence; when the test tubes 2aa1, aa2 exceed a preset time period and are not pushed out of the test tube holder 1 to the next station, an information early warning is sent to prompt that the test tubes 2aa1, aa2 are pushed out to the next station, and then the test tubes 2 are pushed into the trough 12. If there are also empty slots 12 in the tube carrier 1, or else slots 12 of the same type of tube 2, it is indicated that a new tube 2 is pushed into the remaining empty slots 12, or else slots 12 of the same type of tube 2.
This embodiment is through the code scanning information with test tube 2 stores the back to carry out information mark to each test tube 2, when test tube 2 shifts out to next station, automatic with test tube 2 information transmission to the controller of next process, realize scanning the sharing of code information, need not to sweep the code repeatedly, improve work efficiency.
The embodiment also provides a test tube bracket 1, the test tube bracket 1 is in a box shape with an opening at the upper part, a plurality of baffle plates 11 are arranged in the box shape, the baffle plates 11 are parallel to the side wall of the box shape and are uniformly distributed, two adjacent baffle plates 11 form a trough 12, and the width of the trough 12 is matched with the diameter of the test tube 2; the front side wall of the box-like shape is a movable baffle 15. Realize the unloading of test tube 2 through test tube bracket 1, make things convenient for the storage and the management of test tube 2 information to make things convenient for test tube 2 to shift to another station from one station. The front side of the box is provided with a sensor, wherein the sensor is an air pressure sensor, a geomagnetic sensor or an ambient light sensor, and the sensor is used for detecting whether the empty trough 12 is arranged in the trough 12. The test tube holder 1 further comprises a processor which stores the scan code information of the test tubes 2 and performs information marking for each test tube 2. The processor is an RFID chip or an IC chip. And synchronously uploading the information of the processor to a server or a cloud server. The test tube bracket 1 further comprises an information display screen, wherein the information display screen is arranged on the rear side wall of the box shape, and the information display screen displays the number of the test tubes 2 in each trough 12 and carries out information statistics, so that manual checking and information calibration are facilitated; and the information is synchronously uploaded to a management system for information verification, so that the inaccuracy of the test tube 2 information is ensured. The box-shaped front side is also provided with a sensor and a counting device for detecting the sliding in and out of the test tube 2 corresponding to each trough 12.
In the embodiment, a trough 12 formed by a baffle 11 is used for hanging a test tube 2, and the test tube 2 slides in the trough 12 to realize loading and unloading of the test tube 2; the width of the trough 12 is adapted to the diameter of the test tube 2, meaning that the test tube 2 can just hang on the trough 12 and slide. This embodiment is to test tube 2 including glass pipe and block, and the block diameter is greater than glass pipe diameter's characteristics design this test tube bracket 1, and the last, the unloading of convenient test tube 2 are convenient for test tube 2 information's association need not to sweep the sign indicating number repeatedly, greatly improves work efficiency. Referring to fig. 4-5, the receiving and feeding structure of the test tube 2 is schematically shown.
