本申请实施例公开了一种确定业务路径的方法和设备,该方法包括:在终端设备已通过第一业务路径接入网络的情况下,获取所述第一业务路径的网络负荷状况;根据所述网络负荷状况,将所述终端设备接入网络的业务路径从所述第一业务路径切换到第二业务路径。本申请实施例的方法和设备,能够提高终端的用户体验。
