Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a furniture hinge for pivotably connecting a first furniture part to a second furniture part.
The invention further relates to a configuration system comprising a first furniture part, a second furniture part and a furniture hinge for pivotably connecting the first furniture part to the second furniture part.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture comprising at least one such furniture hinge or a configuration system of the aforementioned type.
Background
DE 102013112877 a1 discloses a furniture hinge with a first hinge part and with a second hinge part, which can be releasably locked to one another by means of a locking device. The first hinge part has a hinge arm which can be pivoted about an axis and which can be inserted into the receptacle of the second hinge part during assembly. By inserting the hinge arm into the receptacle, the catch 20 is displaced, whereby the pawl is pivoted against the force of the spring. By the continued insertion movement of the hinge arm into the receptacle, the catch is locked, so that a locking is established between the first and second hinge parts.
Similar structures are also shown in DE 3913319 a1, in DE 4018235 a1 and in DE 4103923 a 1.
The movable furniture part is usually mounted pivotably via two or more furniture hinges on a fixed furniture body or on a further movable furniture part. In particular, when using high furniture parts which are to be fastened to a furniture carcass or to a further movable furniture part via a plurality of furniture hinges at a distance from one another, the problem often arises during assembly that the furniture hinges are located in unstable open positions and/or the relative positions of the furniture hinges deviate from one another, so that the assembly of the furniture parts in the assembly position predetermined by the furniture hinges becomes significantly more difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a furniture hinge of the type mentioned at the beginning in order to avoid the disadvantages mentioned above.
This is achieved according to the invention by the features described below.
Thus, according to the invention:
the furniture hinge according to the invention for pivotably connecting a first furniture part to a second furniture part comprises:
a first fitting part for fastening to a first furniture part,
a second fitting part for fastening to a second furniture part, which is pivotably connected to the first fitting part via at least one hinge axis,
the first fitting part has a base plate that can be fastened to the first furniture part and a coupling part that is mounted so as to be pivotable about a hinge axis, wherein the coupling part can be connected releasably to the second fitting part,
the second fitting part has at least one guide for guiding the coupling part, wherein the coupling part can be releasably connected to the second fitting part after the pushing on or pushing on of the guide is completed by means of a second locking device, wherein,
first locking means are provided by means of which the coupling piece can be releasably locked in a predefined pivot position relative to the base plate, and
by connecting the coupling piece with the second fitting part, the first locking device can be unlocked in order to release the predefined pivot position of the coupling piece relative to the base plate.
The first fitting part therefore has a base plate and a movably mounted coupling piece which can be releasably locked in a predefined pivot position, preferably in a fully open position, relative to the base plate by means of a first locking device. The coupling part can furthermore be releasably connected to the second fitting part, wherein the locked coupling part can be pushed or pushed relative to the guide of the second fitting part when the movable furniture part is assembled until the coupling part is automatically locked to the second fitting part. By locking the coupling part with the second fitting part in this way, the first locking means is unlocked again, so that the coupling part (and thus the furniture hinge) is released again for pivotal movement in normal operation.
In this way, the assembly of the second furniture part is significantly simplified, since the first fitting part with the locked coupling piece is first preassembled on the first furniture part and the second fitting part is preassembled on the second furniture part. The second furniture part is then pushed or pushed onto the locked coupling part of the first fitting part until the coupling part of the first fitting part is locked by the second locking device to the second fitting part fixed to the second furniture part and the first locking device is unlocked in this case in order to release the movement of the coupling part.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the first locking device has at least one movably, preferably pivotably mounted locking element which engages in a recess provided or formed on the first fitting part in the locking position. The locking element can be biased by the energy accumulator into the locking position, so that an automatic locking is achieved between the locking element and the recess. In the position in which the locking part is aligned with the recess, the locking part is thus automatically moved into the recess by the force of the energy store and thereby locks the coupling in the predefined pivot position.
Preferably, the locking part can be unlocked from the recess after the coupling has been pushed over or onto the guide by a stop provided or formed on the second fitting part.
Preferably, the recess is arranged or formed on a carrier plate movably supported on the base plate, which carrier plate can be adjusted relative to the base plate in the first direction by actuating the first adjusting element.
Preferably, the carrier plate is movably supported on a regulating plate which can be regulated relative to the base plate in a second direction by actuating a second regulating element, wherein the first direction and the second direction extend transversely to one another, preferably perpendicularly to one another.
Preferably, the coupling has at least one retaining arm which can be pushed or pushed relative to the guide and can be releasably locked with at least one movably mounted locking element of the second locking device.
Preferably, the at least one locking element is biased by a spring element toward the locking position.
Preferably, the at least one locking element is mounted so as to be linearly displaceable in a direction extending parallel to the hinge axis.
Preferably, the second locking device has a movably, preferably rotatably, mounted release element, by actuation of which the locking between the coupling part and the second fitting part can be released.
Preferably, the coupling part has, in the assembled state, at least two retaining arms spaced apart from one another in the height direction, which can be pushed or pushed in each case relative to two guides spaced apart from one another in the height direction, and which can be releasably locked in each case by two locking elements of the second locking device, which are spaced apart from one another.
Preferably, the furniture hinge has at least one movably mounted adjusting element, by actuating which the position of a first and a second furniture part, which are connected to the first and second fitting part in the assembled state, can be adjusted relative to each other.
The arrangement according to the invention comprises a first furniture part, a second furniture part and at least one furniture hinge of the type mentioned for pivotably connecting the first furniture part to the second furniture part.
According to one embodiment, two or more furniture hinges for pivotably connecting a first furniture part to a second furniture part are provided, wherein a first fitting part of the furniture hinge is preassembled on the first furniture part and a second fitting part of the furniture hinge is preassembled on the second furniture part, wherein the coupling parts of the first fitting parts can be locked in the same predefined pivot position in each case by means of a first locking device relative to a base plate of the furniture hinge which is fastened to the first furniture part. In this way, all coupling parts of the two or more furniture hinges can be locked in the same predefined pivot position, so that the second fitting part preassembled on the second furniture part can be connected to the coupling part of the first fitting part in the same predefined direction of engagement by means of a push sleeve or a push.
In the case of a piece of furniture according to the invention, which comprises a furniture body, a furniture part which is mounted such that it can move relative to the furniture body, and which comprises at least one furniture hinge according to the invention or a configuration system according to the invention, the furniture hinge serves to mount the furniture part such that it can pivot relative to the furniture body.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1a shows a piece of furniture 1 with a furniture body 2, wherein a first furniture part 3a and a second furniture part 3b are each mounted movably relative to the furniture body 2. The first and second furniture parts 3a, 3b are connected to one another pivotably via at least one furniture hinge 6, but two or more furniture hinges 6 can also be provided which are spaced apart from one another in the height direction. The furniture hinge 6, which is designed for pivotably connecting two movably mounted furniture parts 3a, 3b, is often also referred to as an intermediate hinge. Furthermore, two further furniture parts 4a, 4b can also be provided, which are likewise connected to one another pivotably via a furniture hinge 6. Between the first furniture part 3a and the second furniture part 3b, which are connected to one another by the furniture hinge 6, a vertically extending gap 31 is formed, wherein at least one, preferably two or more, adjusting elements 24, 26, 29 (fig. 3) of the furniture hinge 6 are operable in at least one relative position of the furniture hinge 6 by inserting a screwdriver into the gap 31 for adjusting the relative position of the two furniture parts 3a, 3b with respect to one another.
The furniture parts 3a, 3b and 4a, 4b are mounted movably relative to the furniture carcass 2 by means of a guide system 8. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are mounted movably by means of a guide system 8 between a first position in which the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are oriented substantially parallel to one another and a second position in which the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are oriented substantially coplanar with one another (fig. 1 b). In a first position in which the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are aligned parallel to one another, the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b can be pushed in pairs into cavities 7a, 7b, respectively, which are arranged laterally next to the furniture body 2. The guide system 8 comprises a first guide rail 9 having a longitudinal direction (L) for guiding the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4 b. Furthermore, the guide system 8 comprises at least one (not visible here) second guide rail which, in the assembled state, extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 9 and by means of which the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b can be moved into and out of the lateral cavities 7a, 7b, respectively. The furniture part 3a is connected to a guide 10a, which is mounted so as to be displaceable along the guide rail 9. The furniture part 4a is in turn connected to a further guide device 10b, which is likewise mounted so as to be displaceable along the guide rail 9. Fig. 1b shows the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b in the closed position, in which the furniture parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are oriented coplanar with one another.
Fig. 2a to 2c show perspective views of the furniture hinge 6, with the assembly of the second fitting part 12 on the coupling part 14 of the furniture hinge 6 being shown in chronological order. The furniture hinge 6 has a first fitting part 11, which has a base plate 11a for fastening to the first furniture part 3a, wherein the base plate 11a can be fastened to the first furniture part 3a via at least one fastening point 17. The coupling part 14, which may be designed in one piece or in several pieces, is connected pivotably on one side to the base plate 11a via a hinge axis 13 and can be connected releasably on the other side to the second fitting part 12 of the furniture hinge 6. The coupling 14 is releasably locked in a predefined pivotal position, preferably in a fully open position, relative to the base plate 11a by means of first locking means 15. The first locking device 15 comprises a movably mounted locking element 15a, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is designed as a two-armed lever, which can be mounted pivotably about a rotational axis 15 b. In the locked position, the locking part 15a engages in a recess 5 provided or formed on the first fitting part 11, so that the coupling part 14 is thus in the fig. 2a in a predefined pivoted position relative to the base plate 11a of the first fitting part 11 and cannot be moved relative to the base plate 11a of the first fitting part 11. The coupling 14 comprises at least one retaining arm 14a which can be pushed over or pushed along a guide 21a of the second fitting part 12 and can be releasably locked with the second locking means 19 of the second fitting part 12. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the coupling part 14 is of substantially U-shaped design and comprises two holding arms 14a and 14b spaced apart from one another in the height direction, which can be guided in or along two guides 21a, 21b of the second fitting part 12 spaced apart from one another in the height direction, respectively.
The second fitting part 12 can in turn be fastened to the second fitting part 3b via a base plate 12a, the base plate 12a having at least one fastening point 18 for fastening to the second furniture part 3 b. The second fitting part 12 has guide means 21a, 21b for guiding the retaining arms 14a, 14b and second locking means 19 for releasably locking the retaining arms 14a, 14 b. The second locking device 19 comprises two movably mounted locking elements 19a, 19b, which are each biased by a spring element 22a, 22b toward a locking position. The locking elements 19a, 19b are supported so as to be movable in a transverse, preferably vertically extending direction relative to the insertion direction of the retaining arms 14a, 14 b. Furthermore, the second fitting part 12 has a stop 20, which, in cooperation with the locking part 15a, unlocks the first locking device 15.
If the first fitting part 11 is now preassembled on the first furniture part 3a and the second fitting part 12 is preassembled on the second furniture part 3b, the fitting part 12 fixed on the second furniture part 3b is moved toward the locked coupling part 14, so that the retaining arms 14a, 14b of the coupling part 14 are pushed into the two guides 21a, 21b of the second fitting part 12, as shown in fig. 2 b. As long as the coupling part 14 is not locked with the second locking means 19, the coupling part 14 continues to be locked in the predefined pivoting position relative to the base plate 11a of the first fitting part 11.
As the retaining arms 14a, 14b continue to move toward the second locking device 19, the retaining arms 14a, 14b of the coupling 14 are automatically locked by the force of the two locking elements 19a, 19b and by the two spring elements 22a, 22b of the second locking device 19, as shown in fig. 2 c. In this case, the locking part 15a of the first locking device 15 comes into abutment against the abutment 20 of the second fitting part 12, as a result of which the locking part 15a is pivoted about the rotational axis 15b in the clockwise direction. In this way, the section of the locking part 15a which previously engaged the recess 5 of the first fitting part 11 moves out of the recess 5. Thereby, the locking of the coupling piece 14 is released and released for pivotal movement relative to the base plate 11a of the first fitting part 11.
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a furniture hinge 6 with a first fitting part 11 to be fastened to a first furniture part 3a and a second fitting part 12 to be fastened to a second furniture part 3b, wherein the fitting parts 11, 12 are pivotably connected to one another via at least one hinge axis 13. In this connected state, the locking part 15a of the first locking device 15 is unlocked from the recess 5, so that the two fitting parts 11, 12 can be pivotally supported relative to one another between the closed position and the open position in normal operation. The base plate 11a of the first fitting part 11 can be mounted on the first furniture part 3a via at least one fastening point 17. An adjusting plate 23 is movably mounted on the base plate 11a of the first fitting part 11, wherein the position of the adjusting plate 23 can be adjusted in the direction (X) relative to the base plate 11a along at least one or more linear guides 25 by actuating a first adjusting element 24, so that the lateral distance of the furniture parts 3a, 3b from one another can be adjusted in the fitted state. A carrier plate 28 is mounted movably on the adjusting plate 23, wherein the position of the carrier plate 28 can be adjusted in the direction (Y) along at least one second linear guide 34 by actuating the second adjusting element 26, so that the height position of the two furniture parts 3a, 3b relative to one another can be adjusted in the assembled state. The second adjusting element 26 is rotatably mounted on the base plate 11a and is in threaded engagement with a movable slide 27, wherein the slide 27 is moved in the direction (X) when the second adjusting element 26 is rotated, wherein a guide element 27a provided on the slide 27 is movably guided in or along an inclined guide of the carrier plate 28 and the carrier plate 28 is thereby moved in the direction (Y) along a second linear guide 34. In the exemplary embodiment shown, a recess 5 for locking with the locking element 15a is provided or formed on the carrier plate 28.
The base plate 12a of the second fitting part 12 can be fastened to the second furniture part 3b via at least one fastening point 18. The two retaining arms 14a, 14b of the coupling part 14 are inserted into the guides 21a, 21b and are each locked with the locking elements 19a, 19b of the second locking device 19, wherein one retaining arm of the locking part 15a bears against the stop 20 and is unlocked from the recess 5. The locking between the retaining arms 14a, 14b and the locking elements 19a, 19b can be released again by means of a movably mounted release element 19 c. The release element 19c has a tool receiver, wherein the two locking elements 19a, 19b can be moved against the force of the spring elements 22a, 22b by applying a torque to the tool receiver by means of a tool and can thus release the lock between the retaining arms 14a, 14b and the locking elements 19a, 19 b. Furthermore, an adjusting plate 30 is provided on the second fitting part 12, which adjusting plate can be moved in or along a third linear guide 32 of the second fitting part 12 by actuating a third adjusting element 29, so that the furniture parts 3a, 3b can be adjusted relative to one another in the depth direction (Z) in the fitted state. The third linear guide 32 comprises guide rods 39 (fig. 5) which are supported on the base plate 12a of the second fitting part 12 and which are guided displaceably in obliquely running guide slots of the adjusting plate 30.
Fig. 4a shows the first fitting part 11 together with the coupling part 14 pivotable about the hinge axis 13 in a perspective view from below, it being possible to see the base plate 11a which can be fastened to the first furniture part 3a together with the first adjusting element 24 for adjusting the lateral spacing between the furniture parts 3a, 3 b. By actuating the third actuating element 29, the actuating plate 30 can be adjusted in an inclined manner relative to the base plate 12a of the second fitting part 12, so that the two furniture parts 3a, 3b can be adjusted relative to one another in the direction (Z) for adjusting the depth position in the direction (Z). The coupling part 14 comprises two retaining arms 14a and 14b spaced apart from one another in the height direction, which can each be locked with the second locking device 19 of the second fitting part 12. The retaining arms 14a, 14b of the coupling part 14 each have a free end region with a bevel 35a and 35b, which cooperates with the locking elements 19a, 19b when the coupling part 14 is inserted and the locking elements 19a, 19b are thus moved against the force of the spring elements 22a, 22 b. The compressed spring elements 22a, 22b are shown in fig. 4a, 4 b. The holding arms 14a, 14b each have a recess 36a, 36b, into which the two locking elements 19a, 19b are pushed by the force of the relaxed spring elements 22a, 22b and thus positively fix the coupling part 14 relative to the second locking device 19 (fig. 4 c).
Fig. 5 shows an exploded view of the furniture hinge 6. The first fitting part 11 comprises a base plate 11a, which can be fastened to the first furniture part 3a by means of at least one fastening point 17. Projections 38 are provided on the base plate 11a, which projections are guided displaceably in the linear guide 25 of the adjustment plate 23, wherein the position of the adjustment plate 23 can be adjusted in the direction (X) by actuating the first adjustment element 24. By actuating the second actuating element 26, the slide 27 can be moved in the direction (X), wherein the guide element 27a of the slide 27 engages in the inclined guide 41 of the carrier plate 28 and adjusts the carrier plate 28 in the direction (Y) along the second linear guide 34. The locking part 15a of the first locking device 15, which is pivotable about the rotational axis 15b, is designed as a two-armed lever having two lever ends, wherein a first lever end of the locking part 15a can be locked with the recess 5 and a second lever end can interact with the stop 20 of the second fitting part 12. The locking element 15a is biased by an energy accumulator 37, preferably a helical spring, toward the locking position, so that the locking element 15a automatically enters the recess 5 by the force of the energy accumulator 37 when aligned with the recess 5. The coupling part 14 is pivotably supported via a hinge axis 13 relative to the base plate 11a and has parallel retaining arms 14a, 14b spaced apart from one another, which can be locked with the two locking elements 19a, 19b by the force of the spring elements 22a, 22b of the second locking device 19, respectively. Furthermore, the second fitting part 12 comprises a retaining plate 40 with a flange 40a, to which the guide rod 39 of the third linear guide 32 is fixed.
For reasons of a compact design, it is preferably provided that the substrates 11a, 12a, the adjusting plates 23, 30 and the carrier plate 28 are designed substantially plate-shaped.
