Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a fax machine transmission control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method including:
and S1, the fax machine receives the telephone number of the receiving end of the fax input by the user operation instruction, dials and establishes connection with the voice gateway.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user needs to transmit a corresponding paper document such as a static image of a document, a chart, a photo and the like through a fax machine. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the voice gateway is connected to the fax machine through the pots line in this embodiment. The fax machine receives a telephone number of a receiving end of the fax input by a user operation instruction, dials and establishes connection with the voice gateway. And proceeds to step S2.
S2, the fax machine acquires fax data of the fax and sends the fax data to the voice gateway;
in the embodiment of the invention, after the fax machine is switched on, the fax machine acquires fax data of the fax and sends the fax data to the voice gateway.
And S3, the voice gateway receives the fax data and converts the fax data into a picture form.
In the specific implementation of the invention, the voice gateway receives the fax data and stores the fax scanning data as t.4 format fax scanning data. The voice gateway converts the received t.4 format fax scan data into a picture or pdf format.
And S4, detecting and judging whether the destination telephone number receiving end is a fax machine or not.
One important point in the embodiment of the invention is that a receiving end is judged during specific implementation, and different receiving modes are automatically processed according to different judged receiving ends; for example, when it is determined that the receiving end has a fax machine or the receiving end does not have a fax machine, refer to step S5.
And S5, when the receiving end is judged to have no fax machine, sending the fax data converted into the picture form to a preset user mailbox corresponding to the telephone number of the receiving end one by one.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the receiving end is judged to have no fax machine, the fax data converted into the picture form is sent to the preset user mailbox in one-to-one correspondence with the telephone number of the receiving end. That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, a one-to-one user mailbox is set for each user number in advance, and when it is detected that the receiving end has no fax machine, the fax data converted into the picture format is automatically sent to the preset one-to-one user mailbox corresponding to the telephone number of the receiving end. Therefore, the situation that the user receiving end cannot receive fax data under the condition that the fax machine is not available can be avoided, the sending end can send the fax data through the fax machine, the receiving end can receive the fax data through the user mailbox, and great convenience is brought to the user.
Further, when the receiving end is judged to have the fax machine, the fax data is controlled to be received and output through the fax machine at the receiving end.
In one implementation, before the fax machine receives a telephone number of a receiving end of a fax input by a user operation instruction, dials and establishes a connection with a voice gateway, the method includes:
and presetting user mailbox addresses which correspond to the telephone numbers of the receiving end one by one.
For example, a number A is preset, and the corresponding mailbox address of the user A is 123456@163. com; therefore, a user without a fax machine at a receiving end can receive the fax data through the voice gateway, convert the fax data into a picture form and send the picture form to a user mailbox address for receiving.
In one implementation manner, the fax machine receives a telephone number of a receiving end of a fax input by a user operation instruction, dials, and establishes a connection with a voice gateway further includes:
the fax machine receives the operation instruction of the user and selects a fax receiving end as follows: the preset appointed computer end corresponding to the operation key one by one is a receiving end. That is, in another implementation manner of the present invention, the fax machine may be used as a scanner, the operation keys on the fax machine are pre-corresponding to the corresponding computer receiving terminals, for example, the operation keys a on the fax machine are corresponding to the computer a, when the fax machine transmits data, for example, corresponding paper documents such as documents, charts, photos and other still images, and the fax machine transmits the data to the computer a in a form of pictures by operating the operation keys a on the fax machine. The device aims at the fax machine which does not support the scanning function, the picture is processed on the voice gateway, the scanning function is realized through the mailbox, and convenience is provided for the user.
In one implementation, referring to fig. 3, the fax machine receives a telephone number of a receiving end of a fax input by a user operation instruction, dials and establishes a connection with a voice gateway, and includes:
the fax machine dials a fax access code of the voice gateway, such as a telephone number, and the voice gateway connects the call;
receiving an operation instruction of a user to operate a fax machine to send a fax key;
the voice gateway connects the fax and enters a fax preparation working stage.
In one implementation, referring to fig. 3, the voice gateway receives the fax data, and the step of converting the fax data into a picture format includes:
after the fax is switched on, the fax machine sends fax scanning files, and the voice gateway receives and stores the fax scanning files in t.4 format;
the voice gateway converts the received t.4 format fax scan data into a picture or pdf format.
Namely, in the embodiment of the invention, after the fax is finished, the fax machine sends a fax finishing event, the voice gateway sends a busy tone after receiving the fax finishing event, and the fax machine hangs up after hearing the busy tone. The voice gateway converts the received t.4 format fax scanning data into pictures or pdf format and sends the pictures or pdf format to the user mailbox (mailbox address is configured in advance), so that fax scanning data can be sent to a designated computer or fax machine to send the fax data to the user designated mailbox, and convenience is provided for the user.
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a facsimile transmission control system, as shown in fig. 3, comprising: the system comprises a fax machine 10, a voice gateway 20 in communication connection with the fax machine 10, and a receiving end 30 in communication connection with the voice gateway 20;
