With the gradual increase of the current medical level, the requirements on nursing work are more strict, and besides the strict grasp of theoretical knowledge, the nursing work also has operation skills. Venous catheters such as a venous indwelling needle and the like are medical instruments used for multiple times of infusion treatment, when medical care personnel puncture blood vessels of a patient by using the venous catheters, a puncture needle is pulled out of the indwelling catheter, a softer venous catheter is left to be placed in the blood vessels of a human body, and intermittent infusion is carried out through the venous catheter. The operation of flushing and sealing the tube is needed after each transfusion is finished, which is more challenging for clinical nurses, especially those with less experience, and the purpose can be achieved by long-time practice.
In clinical teaching, sometimes an injector is used for demonstrating manipulations of pulse tube flushing and positive pressure tube sealing, and the method is found to be incapable of judging the accuracy of the manipulations of students in the specific operation process, inconvenient to visually display and incapable of measuring and judging the correctness and the effect of the operations of the students in the tube flushing and tube sealing teaching practice. When practicing intravenous catheter's puncture, the practice teaching aid cost that uses at present is expensive, and the easy damage needs frequent change, also can't observe the effect of washing pipe and sealing the pipe, and the student is unfavorable for student's exercise operation again when more, and the number of times of student's contact is less for teaching work is difficult to effectively develop.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a venous catheter wash tube sealing teaching device, including a base 10, a blood vessel body 301 for providing liquid is arranged inside the base 10, a liquid discharge port 101 communicating with the blood vessel body 301 inside the base 10 is arranged on the base 10, and a plug 102 is mounted on the liquid discharge port 101; the rubber layer 20 is used for simulating the skin of a human body, and the rubber layer 20 is arranged on the top of the base 10; the blood vessel body 301 is formed of a thin rubber 30 for simulating a blood vessel of a human body, and is connected to a lower portion of the rubber layer 20.
The liquid discharge port 101 is communicated with the blood vessel body 301 and is used for adding liquid or discharging liquid into the blood vessel body 301, so that the liquid in the blood vessel body 301 can be replaced conveniently, the repeated multi-time utilization of the intravenous catheter tube washing and sealing teaching device is achieved, the blood vessel body 301 after the liquid replacement is also convenient for observing the effect of the tube sealing teaching, and the top of the base 10 is formed by the rubber layer 20 so as to achieve the purpose of simulating human skin.
Further, the bottom of the base 10 is concave arc, U-shaped, linear or appropriate shape so that the base 10 can be matched with the forearm of a human body, or the base 10 is convenient to fix, so that the effect of truly simulating a medical care site can be achieved during use, and the puncture, tube flushing and tube sealing teaching can be stably and conveniently implemented.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, fixing ties 103 for fixing the base 10 are arranged on two sides of the base 10, the fixing ties 103 are connected by a nylon hook-and-loop fastener or a buckle structure, and after the base 10 is matched with the forearm, the fixing ties 103 are used for fixing the base 10 and the forearm into a whole, so that the teaching effect is prevented from being influenced by shaking during puncturing, washing and sealing the tube; or the base 10 is placed on a table top and then fastened by the fixing bandage 103, so that the intravenous catheter flushing tube sealing teaching device is stably installed.
Further, the base 10, the blood vessel body 301 and the rubber layer 20 are all made of transparent materials, so that teaching steps or operation of a student can be observed more intuitively in the teaching process.
Further, the device for teaching the flushing and sealing of the venous catheter further comprises a venous catheter 40 and an injector 50, wherein the indwelling needle 50 can be inserted into the blood vessel body 301 through the rubber layer 20 to complete puncture teaching; the syringe 50 can be connected to the iv line 40 to complete the flush seal teaching.

and S3, performing pipe washing and pipe sealing operation.
In the step S3, a flushing method of pushing and stopping the syringe 50 to form a small vortex in the venous catheter 40 by the colored flushing liquid in the syringe 50 is adopted during flushing, and positive pressure sealing is adopted during sealing; or a non-positive pressure fitting, the syringe 50 needs to be pushed with a colored liquid seal on one side, and the syringe 50 is pulled back from the intravenous line 40 on the other side to maintain the positive pressure state in the intravenous line 40.
Specifically, during the tube sealing teaching, injecting the colored tube sealing liquid in the syringe 50 until 0.5ml of the colored tube sealing liquid remains, pulling out the needle head of the syringe 50 by the method of injecting the liquid medicine while withdrawing the needle, wherein the injection speed is greater than the needle pulling speed; or, injecting colored tube sealing liquid in the injector 50 until the remaining 0.5ml, and clamping the venous catheter 40 by using a medical small clamp; the specific method is that one hand holds the medical small clip, the other hand holds and pinches the side of the infusion joint, the small clip is quickly pushed to the bottom so that the extension tube of the intravenous catheter 40 is clamped and closed, and then the needle head of the injector 50 is withdrawn while being pushed.
Step S3 is to determine the correctness and validity of the flushing and sealing operation according to the mixing condition of the physiological saline and the colored liquid in the injector 50, the blood vessel 301 and the venous catheter 40.
In the invention, the blood vessel body 301 is filled with physiological saline, the liquid provided by the injector 50 is colored liquid which is easy to distinguish colors from the physiological saline, the tube washing and sealing operation is carried out after the injector 50 is connected with the venous catheter 40, and a teacher judges whether the tube washing and sealing operation of the student is correct and accurate by observing the mixing condition of the physiological saline and the colored liquid; meanwhile, in the teaching process of the teacher, the student can conveniently learn to master the pipe washing and sealing operation, and the teaching quality can be greatly improved.
In the teaching process, the physiological saline in the blood vessel body 301 is mixed with the colored liquid, and along with the increase of the times of the washing tube sealing teaching, the physiological saline is replaced through the liquid outlet 101 in time, so that the phenomenon that the teaching effect is influenced or the accuracy of the operation of a student cannot be accurately evaluated due to the fact that the colors of the physiological saline in the blood vessel body 301 and the colored liquid of the injector 50 are not easy to distinguish is prevented.
