Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a data processing scheme which can realize that a first terminal and a second terminal execute out-of-chain business transaction through a point-to-point payment channel outside a block chain and execute on-chain settlement of the business transaction through a block chain network after the business transaction is ended. Specifically: issuing service guarantee data between a first terminal and a second terminal to a blockchain network, wherein the service guarantee data comprises address information of a shared account between the first terminal and the second terminal, and the shared account comprises resource data used for settling service transactions between the first terminal and the second terminal; the resource data comprises pre-stored resource data uploaded by the first terminal and pre-stored resource data uploaded by the second terminal; after the first terminal and the second terminal finish business transaction based on a point-to-point payment channel, acquiring settlement information of the business transaction, wherein the settlement information comprises resource allocation information, the resource allocation information comprises first allocation resource data and second allocation resource data, the first allocation resource data refers to resource data which needs to be allocated to the first terminal in the resource data included in the shared account, and the second allocation resource data refers to resource data which needs to be allocated to the second terminal in the resource data included in the shared account; and releasing the settlement information to the blockchain network, and distributing the resource data in the shared account by the blockchain network according to the resource distribution information.
In summary, the data processing scheme provided by the embodiment of the present invention actually refers to: in the business transaction process of the first terminal and the second terminal through the point-to-point payment channel, the blockchain network freezes the prestored resource data uploaded by the first terminal and the prestored resource data uploaded by the second terminal, which are included in the shared account; and when settlement information about the business transaction is received, the blockchain network unfreezes the resource data, and reallocates the pre-stored resource data of the first terminal and the pre-stored resource data of the second terminal in the shared account according to the business transaction. Because the first terminal and the second terminal pre-store the pre-stored resource data in the shared account, and the business transaction of the two parties is carried out by the blockchain, the situation that any party does not deliver equivalent goods or resource data to the other party after obtaining the resource data or goods can be avoided, and the fairness of the transaction of the two parties is ensured. In addition, practice proves that the blockchain network can process 6 and 7 transactions per minute, and each transaction needs to charge a fee, if a plurality of business transactions between the first terminal and the second terminal are all executed on the blockchain network, extra fees are generated, and the execution efficiency of the business transactions is reduced. In the data processing scheme, the business transaction between the first terminal and the second terminal is executed through the point-to-point payment channel outside the chain, and the blockchain network only participates in settlement of the business transaction.
Based on the above data processing scheme, an embodiment of the present invention provides a schematic structural diagram of a data processing system, as shown in fig. 1 a. The data processing system shown in fig. 1a may comprise a first terminal 101, a second terminal 102 and a node device 103, which node device 103 may be any node device located in a blockchain network. The first terminal 101 and the second terminal 102 may be terminal devices such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and an intelligent wearable device, and these terminal devices have functions such as network communication. The first terminal 101 may refer to a terminal device used by a buyer or a terminal device used by a seller, and similarly, the second terminal 102 may be a terminal device used by a buyer or a seller. For convenience of description, the first terminal 101 refers to a terminal device used by a buyer and the second terminal 102 refers to a terminal device used by a seller, except for a specific description.
The block chain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, consensus mechanism, encryption algorithm and the like, and is essentially a decentralised database; the blockchain may be composed of a plurality of serial transaction records (also known as blocks) that are cryptographically concatenated and protected from content, and the distributed ledgers concatenated by the blockchain enable multiple parties to effectively record transactions and permanently verify the transactions (non-tamperable).
The consensus mechanism is a mathematical algorithm for realizing trust establishment and rights acquisition among different nodes in the blockchain network; that is, the consensus mechanism is a mathematical algorithm commonly recognized by nodes of the blockchain network. The data processing scheme can utilize the decentralization characteristic of the blockchain, and can realize out-of-chain transaction and on-chain settlement between the first terminal and the second terminal on the premise of no third-party transaction platform. Wherein, the out-of-chain transaction refers to performing a business transaction outside the blockchain network, i.e. performing the business transaction through a point-to-point payment channel; the on-chain settlement refers to distributing resource data in a shared account according to business transactions through a blockchain network.
In one embodiment, the blockchain in the embodiment of the present invention may refer to a tax alliance chain formed by tax authorities in various places, and fig. 1b is a schematic structural diagram of the tax alliance chain provided in the embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 1b, the service nodes in the tax alliance chain are deployed in a witness network in the public network, while the accounting nodes running the blockchain consensus protocol (which may also be referred to as consensus nodes) are deployed in a private consensus network, with interactions between the service nodes and the accounting nodes through routes. The node device 103 may be any one of the service nodes.
The specific implementation of the data processing system shown in FIG. 1a may be: creating a shared account between the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 102, and respectively storing pre-stored resource data into the shared account, wherein the pre-stored resource data can comprise digital assets such as electronic bills, game resources (such as game coins and game equipment) and the like; the first terminal 101 or the second terminal 102 issues service guarantee data carrying address information of a shared account to the blockchain network to inform the blockchain network that a point-to-point payment channel between the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 102 is successfully established; node equipment 103 in the blockchain network receives service guarantee data and freezes resource data in a shared account; the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 102 conduct business transactions through the point-to-point payment channel, and each business transaction is stored by the first terminal 101 and/or the second terminal 102 and is not issued into the blockchain network. The business transaction may refer to a commodity purchase transaction, such as a first terminal purchasing a commodity from a second terminal, the first terminal paying equivalent resource data to the second terminal; alternatively, the business transaction may also refer to a return transaction, such as the first terminal returning the merchandise purchased from the second terminal to the second terminal, the second terminal returning equivalent resource data to the first terminal; when the first terminal 101 or the second terminal 102 acquires settlement information on the business transaction, the settlement information is uploaded into the blockchain network, and the node device 103 in the blockchain network distributes resource data in the shared account to the first terminal and the second terminal respectively according to the received settlement information.
The settlement information may include resource allocation information, where the resource allocation information includes first allocation resource data allocated to the first terminal and second allocation resource data allocated to the second terminal in the resource data included in the common account; the node device 103 respectively allocates the resource data in the shared account to the first terminal and the second terminal according to the settlement information may refer to: the node device 103 transfers the first allocated resource data in the shared account to the first terminal, and transfers the second allocated resource data in the shared account to the second terminal.
Based on the above description of the data processing system, an embodiment of the present invention provides a flowchart of a data processing method, as shown in fig. 2. In the data processing method shown in fig. 2, the first terminal may refer to a terminal device used by a buyer, the second terminal may refer to a terminal device used by a seller, and in the data processing method shown in fig. 2, the out-of-chain transaction and the on-chain settlement may be performed together by the first terminal and a node device in the blockchain network; alternatively, the first terminal and the node device in the blockchain network may be executed together, for convenience of description. The data processing method shown in fig. 2 may include the steps of:
Step S201, service guarantee data between a first terminal and a second terminal are issued to a block chain network.
Step S202, a node device in the block chain network receives service guarantee data between a first terminal and a second terminal.
The service guarantee data is used for notifying the block chain network that the point-to-point payment channel between the first terminal and the second terminal is successfully established, and the service transaction is executed between the first terminal and the second terminal through the point-to-point payment channel. After receiving the service guarantee data, the node equipment in the blockchain network freezes the resource data included in the shared account so as to ensure that the resource data in the shared account cannot be extracted by any party in the process of executing the service transaction by the first terminal and the second terminal. In other words, the release of the service assurance data to the blockchain network is the last step in establishing a point-to-point payment channel between the first terminal and the second terminal.
In one embodiment, the process of establishing a point-to-point payment channel between the first terminal and the second terminal may be as shown in fig. 3. As can be seen from fig. 3, establishing a point-to-point payment channel may include two parts 301 and 302; wherein 301 refers to generating service guarantee data, 302 refers to generating a trigger transaction that opens a payment channel. In 301, the first terminal or the second terminal creates a common account that is authenticated with a common signature of the private key of the first terminal and the private key of the second terminal. In fig. 3 a represents the private key of the first terminal and B represents the private key of the second terminal. The first terminal and the second terminal respectively store one resource data into the shared account, and then the first terminal generates service guarantee data carrying address information of the shared account. The resource data stored in the shared account by the first terminal and the second terminal can be the same or different, and the specific storage amount of the resource data by the two parties can be decided by the negotiation of the buyer using the first terminal and the seller using the second terminal.
In part 302, the first terminal and the second terminal respectively construct a first trigger transaction and a second trigger transaction for opening a peer-to-peer payment channel, and the process of constructing the first trigger transaction by the first terminal may be: (1) The first terminal generates a first sub-transaction a for returning the pre-stored resource data uploaded by the second terminal in the shared account to the second terminal, wherein the input of the first sub-transaction a is the shared account, and the output comprises two components: the first output is pre-stored resource data pre-stored by the second terminal, the second output is a new shared account between the first terminal and the second terminal, the new shared account is generated by adopting a private key different from A of the first terminal and a private key of the second terminal, and the pre-stored resource data uploaded by the first terminal is stored in the new shared account. (2) The first terminal builds a second sub transaction a for returning the pre-stored resource data uploaded by the first terminal in the shared account to the first terminal based on the second output; (3) The first terminal sends the first sub-transaction a and the second sub-transaction a to the second terminal, the second terminal signs the first sub-transaction a and the second sub-transaction a by adopting the private key of the second terminal, and the signed first sub-transaction a and second sub-transaction a are returned to the first terminal and stored by the first terminal. It should be understood that the process of constructing the second trigger transaction by the second terminal is the same as the method of constructing the first trigger transaction by the first terminal, which is not described herein. (4) After the first terminal builds a first trigger transaction successfully and the second terminal builds a second trigger transaction successfully, the service guarantee data generated in the 301 part is issued to the blockchain network.
In one embodiment, the first terminal constructs a first trigger transaction and the second terminal constructs a second trigger transaction: the method is used for realizing that the first terminal and the second terminal can select unilateral termination payment channels at any time and retrieve pre-stored resource data stored in a shared account. In the process of unilaterally terminating the payment channel, in order to ensure fairness, a party actively terminating the payment channel will be punished by delaying the receipt of the pre-stored resource data. In colloquial terms, if the first terminal actively terminates the payment channel, the second terminal will acquire the pre-stored resource data uploaded before from the shared account prior to the first terminal; similarly, if the second terminal actively terminates the payment channel, the first terminal may acquire the pre-stored resource data uploaded previously from the shared account before the second terminal.
In order to achieve the above, it is necessary to add corresponding conditions to the first sub-transaction a and the second sub-transaction a included in the first trigger transaction, so as to ensure that the first sub-transaction a is executed before the second sub-transaction a after the first trigger transaction is issued to the blockchain network. Optionally, a first branch condition is set for the first sub-transaction a, a second branch condition is set for the second sub-transaction a, the first branch condition and the second branch condition may be time conditions or block height conditions, and the block height may be determined by the number of blocks on the blockchain, for example, by the time of the current moment, the blockchain includes 10 blocks, and then the block height of the blockchain at the current moment is 10. The block height condition herein refers to a relative block height, and specifically may refer to: how many blocks are connected after the block where the first trigger transaction is located. If the first and second conditions are time conditions, the time indicated by the first condition is shorter than the time indicated by the second condition, e.g., the first payment condition is 0 hours 0 minutes 0 seconds, the second payment condition is 1 hour 0 minutes 0 seconds; if the first and second conditions are block heights, the block height indicated by the first condition is lower than the block height indicated by the second condition, for example, the first condition may be seq=5, that is, the block where the first trigger transaction is located is further connected to 5 blocks, and the second condition may be seq=100, that is, the block where the first trigger transaction is located is further connected to 100 blocks.
Similarly, the first sub-transaction b and the second sub-transaction b included in the second trigger transaction corresponding to the second terminal also need to be added with a payment condition, and the specific implementation manner is the same as the above manner, and is not repeated here.
Taking the example that the first terminal actively terminates the payment channel, how the first terminal and the second terminal retrieve the pre-stored resource data uploaded to the shared account will be described below. Assuming that a first branch condition corresponding to a first sub-transaction a included in the first trigger transaction is seq=0, and a second branch condition corresponding to a second sub-transaction a is seq=1000; the first terminal issues the first trigger transaction to the blockchain network, the first sub-transaction a is immediately executed, that is, the second terminal can immediately check the first sub-transaction in the blockchain network after the first trigger transaction is issued to the blockchain network, and at this time, the second terminal can adopt the private key B of the second terminal to the shared account to draw the pre-stored resource data uploaded before the second terminal. When 1000 blocks are connected behind the block where the first trigger transaction is located, a second sub-transaction a included in the first trigger transaction is issued to the blockchain network, and the first terminal uses the private key A of the first terminal to draw pre-stored resource data uploaded before the first terminal in a new shared account.
Step S203, after the first terminal and the second terminal complete the business transaction based on the point-to-point payment channel, settlement information of the business transaction is obtained.
The settlement information of the service transaction may include first allocation resource data of the resource data in the shared account allocated to the first terminal and second allocation resource data of the resource data allocated to the second terminal, which is to be construed as simply including how much resource data in the shared account should be allocated to the first terminal and how much resource data should be allocated to the second terminal.
In one embodiment, the first terminal and the second terminal may be in a payment channel for effecting a business transaction by a sequence expiry revocable contract (Revocable Sequence Maturity Contract, RSMC). Assuming that the first terminal is a terminal device used by a buyer, the second terminal is also a terminal device used by a seller, the buyer needs to purchase goods from the seller multiple times, and after the peer-to-peer payment channel between the first terminal and the second terminal is established, the process of executing the business transaction by the first terminal and the second terminal based on the peer-to-peer payment channel can be as follows: when the first terminal confirms that the commodity delivered by the second terminal is received, the first terminal generates and stores a first service transaction, and meanwhile, the second terminal generates and stores a first service transaction symmetrical to the first service transaction of the first terminal. The first business transaction generated by the first terminal comprises a resource allocation sub-transaction and a refund sub-transaction of the resource data in the shared account, wherein the resource allocation sub-transaction is used for indicating how much of the resource data in the shared account should be allocated to the first terminal and how much of the resource data should be allocated to the second terminal after the first business transaction is executed between the first terminal and the second terminal; the refund sub-transaction is used to indicate how the blockchain network distributes the resource data in the shared account to the first terminal and the second terminal according to the resource distribution sub-transaction if the first business transaction is issued into the blockchain network.
For example, the first terminal needs to purchase goods from the second terminal for multiple times, the pre-stored data uploaded by the first terminal into the shared account is 10 yuan, the pre-stored data uploaded by the second terminal into the shared account is 5 yuan, the first terminal starts to perform business transaction with the second terminal, if the first terminal receives the goods with the value of 2 yuan delivered by the second terminal, the first terminal constructs a first business transaction, referring to fig. 4, a schematic structure diagram of the business transaction is provided for the embodiment of the present invention, 401 in fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of the first business transaction generated by the first terminal, 402 shows a schematic diagram of the first business transaction generated by the second terminal, and 401 and 402 are symmetrical to each other, and in the following description, 401 is described as an example.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, immediately before the point-to-point payment channel is established and the service transaction is not executed, the first allocated resource data allocated to the first terminal in the resource data of the shared account is equal to 10 yuan of the pre-stored resource data of the first terminal, and the second allocated resource data allocated to the second terminal is equal to 5 yuan of the pre-stored resource data of the second terminal. After the service transaction is started to be executed, if the first terminal receives the commodity with the value of 2 yuan delivered by the second terminal, the first service transaction constructed by the first terminal comprises a resource allocation sub-transaction, wherein the first allocation resource data allocated to the first terminal in the shared account in the resource allocation sub-transaction is changed from 10 yuan to 8 yuan, and the second allocation resource data allocated to the second terminal is changed from 5 yuan to 7 yuan. As can be seen from fig. 4, the second allocated resource data is directly output to the second terminal in the resource allocation sub-transaction in 401, but the first allocated resource data is transferred to the new common account of the first terminal and the second terminal; the first terminal takes the new shared account as input to construct a refund sub-transaction. When the first service transaction is issued into the blockchain network, the second terminal sees the first service transaction in the blockchain network, and can use its own private key to draw the second allocated resource data, namely 7-element, from the shared account created at the beginning of the payment channel. The first terminal needs to use its own private key to draw the first allocated resource data, i.e. 8-element, from the new shared account.
In one embodiment, to ensure fairness of transactions, during execution of a business transaction, who issued a business transaction to the blockchain network first, a penalty is enforced on who delays collection. Therefore, the extraction conditions are set in the resource allocation sub-transaction and the refund sub-transaction included in each service transaction, as shown in fig. 4, the extraction condition of the resource allocation sub-transaction in the first service transaction of the first terminal may be seq=0, and the extraction condition of the refund sub-transaction may be seq=1000. In this way, if the first terminal issues the first service transaction to the blockchain network, the second terminal can immediately withdraw the second allocated resource data from the shared account, and the first terminal needs to wait for a certain time to withdraw the first allocated resource data from the shared account.
In one embodiment, after the first service transaction is performed, if the first terminal receives the commodity delivered by the second terminal again, the first terminal generates a second service transaction, the second terminal also generates a corresponding second service transaction, and so on, multiple service transactions can be performed between the first terminal and the second terminal. In order to avoid that the first terminal or the second terminal issues the first service transaction to the blockchain network after the second service transaction is generated, a punishment sub-transaction corresponding to the first service transaction may be generated before the second service transaction is generated after the first service transaction is generated, where the punishment sub-transaction is used to indicate that once the first terminal or the second terminal issues the first service transaction to the blockchain network, resource data originally allocated to the terminal or the second terminal by the resource allocation sub-transaction is allocated to all of the other parties.
Based on the above description, the implementation of step S203 may be: after the first terminal and the second terminal finish business transaction based on the point-to-point payment channel, detecting whether a triggering event for ending the business transaction exists or not; if yes, triggering and executing the step of acquiring settlement information of the business transaction; and if the service transaction does not exist, the first terminal and the second terminal execute new service transaction based on the point-to-point payment channel, and after the new service transaction is completed, whether a triggering event for ending the service transaction exists or not is detected.
In one embodiment, the triggering event to end the business transaction may include the first terminal or the second terminal having entered an end purchase operation, for example, an end purchase button may be included in a user interface of the first terminal or the second terminal, and the buyer or the seller clicking on the end purchase triggering button, as shown in fig. 5a and 5 b. Fig. 5a is a schematic diagram of a user interface of a first terminal provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5b is a schematic diagram of a user interface of a second terminal provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where it can be seen that each service transaction between the first terminal and the second terminal is recorded and stored by the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively, a trigger button for ending purchase included in the user interface of the first terminal may be a "buy complete" button 501, etc., and if a buyer clicks 501, the first terminal detects a trigger event for ending a service transaction and notifies the second terminal to end the service transaction. The trigger button included in the user interface of the second terminal to end the purchase may be a "stop sell" button 502 or the like, and if the seller clicks 502, the second terminal detects a trigger event to end the business transaction and notifies the first terminal to end the business transaction.
In other embodiments, the triggering event for ending the service transaction may further refer to the first terminal or the second terminal publishing the just completed service transaction into the blockchain network. Referring to fig. 5a, the user interface of the first terminal stores each transaction between the first terminal and the second terminal, assuming that the transaction just completed is transaction 3, if the buyer controls the first terminal to upload the transaction 3 to the blockchain network, the triggering event for ending the transaction is determined to be detected. Similarly, the seller may upload the business transaction 3 to the blockchain network through the second terminal.
In one embodiment, if a trigger event for ending the service transaction is not detected, which indicates that a new service transaction needs to be continuously executed between the first terminal and the second terminal, the first terminal or the second terminal generates a new service transaction, sends the new service transaction to the opposite party for signature storage, and repeatedly executes the step of detecting whether the trigger event exists after the execution of the new service transaction is completed; if a trigger event for ending the service transaction is detected, the trigger event indicates that no new service transaction is required to be continuously executed between the first terminal and the second terminal, the first terminal or the second terminal generates settlement information based on the last service transaction, and the settlement information can comprise resource data allocation information, wherein the resource data allocation information comprises first allocation resource data allocated to the first terminal and second allocation resource data allocated to the second terminal in the resource data included in the shared account.
Step S204, issuing settlement information to the blockchain network.
Step S205, node equipment in the blockchain network receives settlement information and distributes resource data in a shared account according to resource distribution information included in the settlement information.
In one embodiment, after receiving the settlement information, the node device in the blockchain network defreezes the first allocated resource data included in the shared account, and then allocates the resource data in the shared account to the first terminal and the second terminal according to the resource allocation information included in the settlement information.
In one embodiment, the settlement information is further used to indicate provision of ticket data regarding the business transaction, and as can be seen from the foregoing, assuming that the first terminal is a terminal device used by the buyer and the second terminal is a terminal device used by the seller, the settlement information may be used to indicate that the second terminal has issued ticket data for the goods purchased by the first terminal. In practical application, if the second terminal is only reminded of issuing bill data for the first terminal through settlement information, the condition that the second terminal issues bill data is not timely may occur. To avoid this, the first terminal and the second terminal may agree in advance to generate a hash time lock contract that locks a portion of the penalty resource data from the prestored resource data uploaded to the shared account by the second terminal. After the payment channel is opened, the hash time locking is about operated in the payment channel, the hash time locking is about used for restraining the second terminal to provide bill data for the first terminal, and if the second terminal does not open bill data to the first terminal within the specified time, punishment resource data locked by the hash time locking is distributed to the second terminal; and if the second terminal invoices the first terminal within the specified time, distributing the hash time locking to the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the business transaction starts to be executed, the first terminal and the second terminal create a shared account in advance and store the respective pre-stored resource data in the shared account respectively as the resource data for settling the business transaction between the first terminal and the second terminal. And then, uploading the service guarantee data carrying the address information of the shared account to the blockchain network for storage. After the first terminal and the second terminal finish the business transaction in the point-to-point channel, acquiring settlement information of the business transaction, releasing the settlement information into the blockchain network, and distributing resource data stored in the shared account to the first terminal and the second terminal by the blockchain network according to resource distribution information included in the settlement information. In the data processing process, the first terminal and the second terminal pre-store the pre-stored resource data in the shared account, and the business transaction of the two parties is carried out by the blockchain, so that the situation that after any party receives the resource data or goods delivered by the other party, the equivalent goods or the resource data is not delivered to the other party is avoided, and the fairness of the transaction of the two parties is ensured. In addition, the business transaction between the first terminal and the second terminal is executed through the point-to-point payment channel between the first terminal and the second terminal outside the chain, and the blockchain network only participates in settlement of the business transaction, so that compared with a method that the blockchain participates in all the business transactions, the execution efficiency of the business transaction can be improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of another data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the data processing method shown in fig. 6, the first terminal may refer to a terminal device used by a buyer, the second terminal may refer to a terminal device used by a seller, and the interaction between the out-of-chain and on-chain in the data processing method shown in fig. 6 may be performed jointly by the first terminal and the node device; alternatively, the first terminal and the node device may be jointly executed by the second terminal and the node device, for convenience of description. The data processing method shown in fig. 6 may include the steps of:
and step S601, releasing service guarantee data between the first terminal and the second terminal to the block chain network.
Step S602, node equipment in the block chain network receives service guarantee data.
Step S603, after the first terminal and the second terminal complete the service transaction based on the point-to-point payment channel, the first terminal obtains settlement information of the service transaction, where the settlement information is used to instruct the second terminal to provide ticket data related to the service transaction for the first terminal, and a hash time lock contract is run in the payment channel.
Step S604, the first terminal issues settlement information to the blockchain network.
Step S605, the node equipment receives settlement information and distributes the resource data in the shared account according to the resource distribution information.
In an embodiment, some possible implementations included in step S601 to step S605 may refer to descriptions of corresponding steps in the embodiment of fig. 2, which are not described herein.
In one embodiment, after acquiring settlement information for the business transaction, the first terminal may send the settlement information to the second terminal to instruct the second terminal to provide ticket data regarding the business transaction performed in the payment channel. For example, assuming that after the first terminal and the second terminal perform 3 business transactions in the payment channel, the first terminal obtains settlement information, the second terminal transacts the commodity issuing bill data purchased by the first terminal according to the 3 business transactions. For example, in a 3-stroke business transaction, the first terminal purchases 1 ball-point pen with 2 yuan, 1 pencil with 1.5 yuan and 1 notebook with 4.5 yuan from the second terminal, and the second terminal needs to include the above information in the bill data provided for the first terminal. For example, the ticket data may include legal information corresponding to the second terminal, transaction details, legal information 603 corresponding to the first terminal, ticket type, ticket segment number, and other information. The transaction details can include commodity names, commodity prices and commodity numbers of commodities purchased by the first terminal, and the bill types can include office supplies type invoices, catering type invoices, accommodation type invoices and the like.
It should be appreciated that in practice, since the number of ticket segments provided to each seller per month in tax service is limited, if each transaction occurs between a seller and a buyer, the seller provides an invoice for the seller, which may result in the seller failing to provide an invoice for the subsequent transaction due to the ticket segment problem. In the embodiment of the invention, the ticket section number of the seller can be saved by jointly billing a plurality of business transactions executed in the payment channel.
Step S606, if the first terminal does not receive the bill data provided by the second terminal within the preset time after the settlement information is acquired, the first terminal issues first notification information to the blockchain network.
In step S607, the node device in the blockchain network receives the first notification information, and adds the penalty resource data locked in the hash time lock contract to the first allocation resource data.
After the first terminal obtains the settlement information, the settlement information is sent to the second terminal, so that the second terminal provides bill data for the business transaction with the first terminal. In order to avoid that the second terminal repudiates to not provide bill data for the first terminal, before the first terminal and the second terminal start to execute business transaction, the first terminal and the second terminal can agree on a hash time lock intelligent contract (Hashed Time Lock Contract, HTLC), the HTLC locks punished resource data in pre-stored resource data uploaded to a shared account from the second terminal, and the HTLC specifies: after acquiring settlement information of the business transaction, if the first terminal does not detect bill data about the business transaction within a preset time, dividing punishment resource data into first distribution resource data which should be distributed to the first terminal; if the first terminal detects bill data about the business transaction within a preset time, the penalty resource data is divided into second allocation resource data which should be allocated to the second terminal.
In one embodiment, if the first terminal does not detect ticket data regarding the business transaction within a preset time after acquiring settlement information of the business transaction, the first terminal may generate first notification information and issue the first notification information to the blockchain network, and the node device in the blockchain network allocates punishment resource data to the first terminal. Alternatively, the first notification information generated by the first terminal may be issued to the blockchain network separately, or may be issued to the blockchain network in a manner of being carried in the settlement information.
Step S608, if the first terminal receives the bill data provided by the second terminal within the preset time after the settlement information is acquired, the second terminal sends second notification information to the blockchain network.
In step S609, the node device in the blockchain network receives the second notification information, and adds the penalty resource data locked in the hash time lock contract to the first allocation resource data.
As described above, if the second terminal provides ticket data for the first terminal within a preset time after acquiring settlement information, the second terminal may generate second notification information for notifying the blockchain network that the blockchain network has provided ticket data, and the blockchain network divides the penalty resource data locked by the HTLC into second allocation resource data allocated to the second terminal according to the second notification information. Alternatively, the second notification information may be issued to the blockchain network by the second terminal alone, or may be issued to the blockchain network in a manner of being carried in the settlement information.
In summary, if the first notification information and the second notification information are carried in the settlement information and issued to the blockchain network, the who the settlement information is issued to the blockchain network is determined by the notification information carried in the settlement information. Specifically, if the settlement information carries the first notification information, penalty resource data are all of the first terminal, and the first terminal issues the settlement information carrying the first notification information to the blockchain network at the moment; and if the settlement information carries the second notification information, the second terminal issues the settlement information carrying the second notification information to the blockchain network.
In one embodiment, if ticket data relating to a business transaction is detected within a preset time, the first terminal generates a ticket request carrying the ticket data; issuing the bill request to a blockchain network; node equipment in a blockchain network receives a bill request and searches a tax chain for storing bill data according to a blockchain identifier included in the bill request; and storing the bill data included in the bill request into a tax chain. Optionally, after the first terminal and the second terminal end the business transaction, the bill data generated in the payment channel is uploaded to a tax chain of the blockchain network for storage. In one embodiment, a blockchain network can store a plurality of tax chains, the tax chains can be divided into a plurality of tax chains according to the type of bill data, when a bill request is issued to the blockchain network, a blockchain identifier is obtained according to the type of the bill data, and then the blockchain identifier is carried in the bill request. In this way, the blockchain network can store ticket data on the corresponding tax chain.
In addition, a hash time locking contract is operated in the payment channel and used for restricting the time of providing bill data for the first terminal by the second terminal, the hash time locking contract is generated by locking a part of prestored resource data uploaded to a shared account by the second terminal as punishment resource data, and if the bill data provided by the second terminal is not received by the first terminal within the preset time after settlement information is acquired, the first terminal issues first notification information to a blockchain network; and if the second terminal provides bill data for the first terminal within the preset time after the settlement information is acquired, the second terminal sends second notification information to the blockchain network. The second terminal can be prevented from refusing to provide bill data by the first terminal by agreeing with the time of providing bill data for the first terminal through the hash time lock contract, and the billing right of the first terminal is ensured.
Based on the description of the method embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a data processing device, which can be operated in the first terminal or the second terminal; referring to fig. 7, a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the data processing apparatus may operate the following units:
