In one embodiment, the forensic template selection module 602 includes a forensic sub-application running module, a template interface display module, and a forensic template display module; wherein: the certification storing sub-application operation module is used for operating the certification storing sub-application on the parent application based on the sub-application component of the parent application when the operation of the certification storing sub-application is triggered in the interface of the parent application; the template interface display module is used for displaying a certification template interface corresponding to the type of the communication record certification operation after triggering the communication record certification operation in the interface of the certification sub-application; the evidence storage template display module is used for displaying the communication record evidence storage template selected by the template selection operation after the template selection operation is triggered in the evidence storage template interface.
In one embodiment, the template interface display module comprises a type selection interface display module, a type determination module and a type corresponding interface display module; wherein: the type selection interface display module is used for displaying a preset communication record type selection interface when a communication record evidence-storing operation is triggered in an interface of an evidence-storing sub-application; the type determining module is used for acquiring the type determined by the type selecting operation after the type selecting operation is triggered by the communication record type selecting interface; and the type corresponding interface display module is used for displaying the evidence storage template interface corresponding to the type.
In one embodiment, the communication record certification template includes at least one of a short message template, a mail template, a telephone template, and an instant messaging application session template.
In one embodiment, the forensic processing module 606 includes a trigger condition acquisition module and a forensic trigger module; wherein: the triggering condition acquisition module is used for acquiring a certificate storage triggering condition corresponding to the communication record certificate storage data; and the certification triggering module is used for sending the communication record certification data to the target blockchain node when the certification triggering condition is met.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises a certification status monitoring module, a certification record generating module and a certification record storing module; wherein: the certification state monitoring module is used for monitoring the certification state of the certification data of the communication record; the certificate storing record generating module is used for generating certificate storing record data of the communication record certificate storing data when the certificate storing state of the communication record certificate storing data is successful; and the certificate record storage module is used for storing the certificate record data into the local cache.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises a communication record analysis module and a communication data generation module; wherein: the communication record analysis module is used for extracting communication object information and communication content data from the communication record certification data; and the communication data generation module is used for sending the communication content data to the terminal of the corresponding object of the communication object information.
FIG. 7 illustrates an internal block diagram of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may be specifically the terminal 110 of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 7, the computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, an input device, and a display screen connected by a system bus. The memory includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to implement a blockchain-based communication record certification method. The internal memory may also have stored therein a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform a blockchain-based communication record certification method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, the blockchain-based communication record certification device provided by the present application may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device as shown in fig. 7. The memory of the computer device may store the various program modules that make up the blockchain-based communication record certification device, such as the certification template selection module 602, the certification data acquisition module 604, and the certification processing module 606 shown in fig. 6. The computer program of each program module causes the processor to carry out the steps in the blockchain-based communication record certification method of each embodiment of the present application described in the present specification.
For example, the computer device shown in fig. 7 may present the selected communication record certification template by performing a certification template selection operation according to the trigger by the certification template selection module 602 in the blockchain-based communication record certification device as shown in fig. 6. The computer device may perform an operation to trigger a certification template for a communication record through the certification data acquisition module 604 to acquire certification data of the communication record generated through the operation. The computer device may perform sending the communication record certification data to the target blockchain node through the certification processing module 606; the communication record certification data is used for indicating the target blockchain node to perform local certification on the communication record certification data and performing consensus processing on the communication record certification data in the blockchain network to which the target blockchain node belongs.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided that includes a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the blockchain-based communication record certification method described above. The steps of the blockchain-based communication record certification method herein may be the steps in the blockchain-based communication record certification method of the various embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the blockchain-based communication record certification method described above. The steps of the blockchain-based communication record certification method herein may be the steps in the blockchain-based communication record certification method of the various embodiments described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the processes in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program for instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, and where the program, when executed, may include processes in the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous link (SYNCHLINK) DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus (Rambus) direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. A blockchain-based communication record certification method, the method comprising:
when the operation of the sub-application with the certificate is triggered in the interface of the parent application, the sub-application with the certificate is operated on the parent application based on the sub-application component of the parent application;
After triggering a communication record evidence-storing operation in an interface of the evidence-storing sub-application, displaying an evidence-storing template interface corresponding to the type of the communication record evidence-storing operation; the certification template interface comprises at least one template corresponding to the type of the communication record certification operation;
After triggering a template selection operation in the evidence storing template interface, displaying a communication record evidence storing template selected by the template selection operation; the communication record evidence-storing template comprises a fillable field, wherein the fillable field comprises a communication object information field, a communication party contact way field, a communication content field and a communication time field;
after triggering the operation of the communication record certification template, acquiring communication record certification data generated by the operation; the communication record certification data comprises data filled in the fillable field;
Transmitting the communication record certification data to a target blockchain node; the communication record certification data is used for indicating the target blockchain node to perform local certification on the communication record certification data, and performing consensus processing on the communication record certification data in a blockchain network to which the target blockchain node belongs.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the presenting the forensic template interface corresponding to the type of the communications record forensic operation after triggering the communications record forensic operation in the interface of the forensic sub-application comprises:
When triggering a communication record certification operation in the certification sub-application interface, displaying a preset communication record type selection interface;
after triggering type selection operation by the communication record type selection interface, acquiring the type determined by the type selection operation;
and displaying a certification template interface corresponding to the type.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication record certification template comprises at least one of a sms template, a mail template, a telephony template, and an instant messaging application session template.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said sending the communication record certification data to a target block link point comprises:
acquiring a certificate storing triggering condition corresponding to the communication record certificate storing data;
And when the certification triggering condition is met, sending the communication record certification data to a target blockchain node.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said sending said communication record certification data to a target block link point:
monitoring the certification status of the communication record certification data;
