Abstract

The invention discloses a file remark processing method and a system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: adding a file remark batch processing interface inlet; and receiving remark batch processing instructions generated through the interface inlet, and performing batch processing operation of remarks. The invention realizes batch processing of file remarks.

File remark processing method and system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to file editing technology, and in particular, to a method and system for processing remarks of a file.
Background
Adding notes is a common function in files and can facilitate the annotation of selected content in the file by a user of the file. And if the remark function in the PPT presentation can add the supplementary content of the lecture, the information on the remark is invisible to the audience, so that the lecturer can conveniently optimize the lecture.
The existing file remarking function does not have batch processing capability. Such as adding notes for only one slide at a time, or deleting notes for only one slide at a time. When the number of slides to be edited is large, inconvenience is brought to the user.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a file remark processing method and a system, which can realize batch processing of file remarks.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention provides a file remark processing method, which comprises the following steps:
adding a file remark batch processing interface inlet;
and receiving remark batch processing instructions generated through the interface inlet, and performing batch processing operation of remarks.
The invention also provides a file remark processing system, which comprises:

Compared with the prior art, the method comprises the steps of adding a file remark batch processing interface inlet; and receiving remark batch processing instructions generated through the interface inlet, and performing batch processing operation of remarks. The method and the device can realize batch processing of the file remarks, and optimize the use experience of users.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
The steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figures may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is depicted in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps depicted or described may be performed in a different order than presented herein.

Embodiments of the present invention are illustrated below with batch remarks made to slide documents.
The user selects one or more slides, clicks a right-click menu to enter a remark batch processing inlet, and selects a batch remark adding option. If the user does not select any slide, clicking the right-click menu to enter the remark batch processing entry, and after selecting the batch adding remark option, the remarks of all slides can be added with the same content.
The user selects one or more slides, clicks a right-click menu to enter a remark batch processing entry, and selects a batch deletion remark option. Claims (5)

1. A method for processing a file note, which is applied to a slide document, comprising:
adding a file remark batch processing interface inlet;
receiving remark batch processing instructions generated through the interface entrance, and simultaneously carrying out batch processing operation of remarks on all selected remark targets;
wherein the remark object is a slide; entering a remark batch processing interface entry by clicking a right-click menu before receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface entry;
the remark batch processing instruction comprises one of a batch adding remark instruction, a batch exporting remark instruction and a batch copying remark instruction;
the batch processing operation of the remarks comprises one of batch adding remark operation, batch exporting remark operation and batch copying remark operation;
under the condition that the batch processing operation is a batch adding remark operation, simultaneously carrying out batch adding remark operation on all selected remark targets, and the batch processing operation comprises the following steps:
judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist or not, and adding remarks to the plurality of selected remark targets simultaneously under the condition that the plurality of selected remark targets exist;
under the condition that the batch processing operation is a batch export remark operation, simultaneously carrying out batch export remark operation on all selected remark targets, and the batch export remark operation comprises the following steps:
judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist or not; under the condition that a plurality of selected remark targets exist, simultaneously exporting remark contents of the plurality of selected remark targets to a designated file;
and under the condition that the batch processing operation is a batch duplication remark operation, simultaneously carrying out batch duplication remark operation on all selected remark targets, wherein the batch duplication remark operation comprises the following steps:
judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and copying remark contents of the plurality of selected remark targets to a shear plate at the same time under the condition that the plurality of selected remark targets exist.
2. The method for processing a document remark as claimed in claim 1,
the remark batch processing instruction further comprises a batch deleting remark instruction;
the batch processing operation of remarks further comprises a batch deleting remark operation;
batch deleting remark operation is carried out on all selected remark targets simultaneously, and the batch deleting operation comprises the following steps:
judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist or not, and deleting remarks from the plurality of selected remark targets at the same time under the condition that the plurality of selected remark targets exist.

judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist or not, and adding remarks to the plurality of selected remark targets simultaneously under the condition that the plurality of selected remark targets exist;
the processing module is used for receiving batch export remark instruction generated through the interface entry, and simultaneously carrying out batch export remark operation on all selected remark targets, and comprises the following steps:
judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist or not, and under the condition that the plurality of selected remark targets exist, exporting remark contents of the plurality of selected remark targets to a designated file at the same time;
the processing module is used for receiving batch duplication remark instruction generated through the interface entry and simultaneously carrying out batch duplication remark operation on all selected remark targets, and comprises the following steps:
judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and copying remark contents of the plurality of selected remark targets to a shear plate at the same time under the condition that the plurality of selected remark targets exist.
