Abstract

The invention discloses a file remark processing method and a file remark processing system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: adding an interface inlet for batch processing of the file remarks; and receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation. The invention realizes batch processing of the file remarks.

Description

File remark processing method and system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to file editing technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for processing a file remark.
Background
The remark adding is a common function in the file, and can facilitate a file user to annotate and explain selected contents in the file. For example, the remark function in the PPT presentation can be added with the speech supplementary content, and the information on the remark is invisible to audiences, so that the presenter can optimize the speech.
The existing file remarking function does not have batch processing capability. Such as adding a remark to only one slide at a time or deleting a remark to only one slide at a time. When the number of slides needing to be edited for remarks is large, inconvenience is brought to the user.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a method and a system for processing file remarks, which can realize batch processing of the file remarks.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention provides a file remark processing method, which comprises the following steps:
adding an interface inlet for batch processing of the file remarks;
and receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation.
The invention also provides a file remark processing system, which comprises:
the setting module is used for increasing an entrance of a file remark batch processing interface;
and the processing module is used for receiving the remark batch processing instruction generated by the interface inlet and carrying out the batch processing operation of the remark.
The invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions, and when the computer-executable instructions are executed by a processor, the file remark processing method is realized.
Compared with the prior art, the method comprises the steps of adding an interface inlet for batch processing of the file remarks; and receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation. The invention can realize batch processing of the file remarks and optimize the use experience of users.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a file remark processing method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:

receiving a batch remark adding instruction generated through the interface entrance, judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and if so, adding remarks to the plurality of selected remark targets.

receiving a batch remark exporting instruction generated through the interface entrance, judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and exporting remark contents of the plurality of selected remark targets to a specified file if the plurality of selected remark targets exist.
In an optional embodiment, the remark batch processing instruction may be a batch copy remark instruction;
receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation, wherein the remark batch processing operation comprises the following steps:
receiving a batch copy remark instruction generated through the interface entrance, judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and copying remark contents of the plurality of selected remark targets to the clipboard simultaneously if the plurality of selected remark targets exist.
The remark target can be a slide document, an excel document and the like.
The invention can realize batch processing of the file remarks and optimize the use experience of users.
The embodiment of the invention is illustrated below by taking batch remarks of slide documents as an example.
The user selects one or more slides, clicks a right-click menu to enter the remark batch processing inlet, and selects the option for batch remark addition. If the user does not select any slide, clicking a right-click menu to enter a remark batch processing inlet, and after selecting a batch remark adding option, adding the same content to the remarks of all slides.
The user selects one or more slides, clicks a right-click menu to enter the remark batch processing inlet, and selects the remark batch deleting option. If the user does not select any slide, the user clicks a right-click menu to enter a remark batch processing inlet, and after the batch remark deletion option is selected, the remark contents of all slides can be emptied.
The user selects one or more slides, clicks a right-click menu to enter the remark batch processing inlet, and selects the batch remark export option. If the user does not select any slide, clicking a right-click menu to enter a remark batch processing inlet, and after selecting a batch output remark option, exporting the remark contents of all slides.
The user selects one or more slides, clicks a right-click menu to enter the remark batch processing inlet, and selects the batch copy remark option. If the user does not select any slide, a right-click menu is clicked to enter a remark batch processing inlet, and after a batch copy remark option is selected, the remark contents of all slides can be exported and copied to the clipboard.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a file remark processing system, as shown in fig. 2, the system includes:

The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein the medium stores computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are executed by a processor to realize the file remark processing method in the embodiment.

In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.

1. A file remark processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
adding an interface inlet for batch processing of the file remarks;
and receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation.

receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation, wherein the remark batch processing operation comprises the following steps:
receiving a batch remark adding instruction generated through the interface entrance, judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and if so, adding remarks to the plurality of selected remark targets.

receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation, wherein the remark batch processing operation comprises the following steps:
receiving a batch remark deletion instruction generated through the interface entrance, judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and if so, deleting remarks for the plurality of selected remark targets.
4. The document remark processing method according to claim 1,
receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation, wherein the remark batch processing operation comprises the following steps:
receiving a batch remark exporting instruction generated through the interface entrance, judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and exporting remark contents of the plurality of selected remark targets to a specified file if the plurality of selected remark targets exist.
5. The document remark processing method according to claim 1,
receiving a remark batch processing instruction generated through the interface inlet, and performing remark batch processing operation, wherein the remark batch processing operation comprises the following steps:
receiving a batch copy remark instruction generated through the interface entrance, judging whether a plurality of selected remark targets exist, and copying remark contents of the plurality of selected remark targets to the clipboard simultaneously if the plurality of selected remark targets exist.
6. A document remark processing system, comprising:
the setting module is used for increasing an entrance of a file remark batch processing interface;
and the processing module is used for receiving the remark batch processing instruction generated by the interface inlet and carrying out the batch processing operation of the remark.
