Abstract
The invention discloses an industrial control cloud service system, and particularly relates to the field of industrial control cloud service. The data input/output/transmission equipment comprises a data input/output module and a data transmission module, is responsible for data acquisition and control and is communicated with the cloud industrial control platform; the cloud industrial control platform comprises a trusted information security module, an industrial control module, a container operation and maintenance module and a distributed cloud platform module and is responsible for remotely providing trusted and secure real-time control service for equipment and a system. The invention adopts 4G/5G to ensure the control delay requirement of the industrial control cloud service; and a security platform adopting the most advanced trusted computing as a core technology is adopted to ensure the information security.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of industrial control technology cloud service, in particular to an industrial control cloud service system.
Background
A PLC controller is an electronic device designed specifically for digital arithmetic operation for use in an industrial environment. It uses programmable memory to store the instructions for executing logical operation, sequential operation, timing, counting and arithmetic operation, and can control various types of machinery or production process by digital or analog input and output. Device-level PLC control: most industrial equipment today has one or more physical PLC units to handle logical control of the equipment, analog control, motion control, etc. And (3) system-level PLC control: industrial systems such as machining automation systems currently use one or more PLCs to control each device or unit in the system, process system logic control, analog control, motion control, process control, etc.
In summary, the existing PLC still has the following disadvantages:
1. the system structure of PLC is closed, the hardware systems of various PLC manufacturers are not compatible with each other, programming environments and instruction systems are different, and after a user selects a PLC product, the user must select a control procedure corresponding to the PLC product and learn a specific programming environment.
2. The hardware of the PLC needs high cost, the expansion is relatively complex and inflexible, and different devices in one factory often use the PLCs of different manufacturers, which results in high hardware maintenance cost.
3. If the PLC with different physical addresses needs to be interconnected and networked by third-party system software, and a third-party system software supplier needs to make customized development according to the requirements of users, the delivery cycle of the project is longer, and the cost is higher.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above defects in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide an industrial control cloud service system, which provides an industrial PLC control service in a cloud service manner to replace a physical PLC currently used in devices and systems, and ensures second-level data transmission by using a 4G network and meets millisecond-level data transmission requirements by using a 5G network, thereby ensuring a delay requirement for changing to a PLC control cloud service; the information security platform which takes the most advanced trusted computing as the core technology at present is adopted to ensure the information security; a distributed cloud platform is adopted to ensure cloud computing power; the most advanced container technology at present is adopted to ensure good expandability, rapid release and convenient operation and maintenance of the PLC control cloud service.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an industrial control cloud service system replaces a physical PLC (programmable logic controller) used in equipment and systems at present with a cloud industrial control service, wherein the industrial control cloud service system is divided into a data input/output/transmission device and a cloud industrial control platform, and the data input/output/transmission device comprises a data input/output module and a data transmission module; the cloud industrial control platform comprises a trusted information security platform module, an industrial control module, a container operation and maintenance platform module and a distributed cloud platform module, and the data transmission module adopts a 4G and 5G communication mode; the data transmission module is in bidirectional communication with the industrial control module under the monitoring of the trusted information security platform module; the distributed cloud platform module provides bottom virtual cloud platform service of the whole cloud industrial control system; the container operation and maintenance platform module is installed on the distributed cloud platform module and provides container operation and maintenance service for the trusted security information platform module and the industrial control module.
In a preferred embodiment, the 4G communication mode adopted by the data transmission module is a second-level data transmission mode.
In a preferred embodiment, the 5G communication mode adopted by the data transmission module is a millisecond-level data transmission mode.
In a preferred embodiment, the cloud industrial control module is divided into four parts, namely logic control, analog quantity control, motion control and process control.
In a preferred embodiment, the trusted information security platform module comprises a trusted computing environment supported by a security management center, a trusted area boundary and a trusted communication network triple protection architecture to ensure information security.
In a preferred embodiment, the container operation and maintenance platform module is an application of Mesos and kubernets container operation and maintenance technology.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
1. the invention adopts 4G communication to ensure second-level data transmission and adopts 5G communication to ensure millisecond-level data transmission requirements, thereby meeting the control delay requirements of cloud industrial control cloud service;
2. the invention adopts the most advanced trusted computing at present as an information security platform of the core technology to ensure the information security;
3. the invention adopts a distributed cloud platform to ensure the computing power of cloud industrial control.

The data transmission module adopts 4G and 5G communication modes; the data transmission module is in bidirectional communication with the industrial control module under the monitoring of the trusted information security platform module; the distributed cloud platform module provides bottom virtual cloud platform service of the whole cloud industrial control system; the container operation and maintenance platform module is installed on the distributed cloud platform module and provides container operation and maintenance service for the trusted security information platform module and the industrial control module.

2. The industrial control cloud service system of claim 1, wherein: the 4G communication mode adopted by the data transmission module is a second-level data transmission mode.
3. The industrial control cloud service system of claim 1, wherein: the 5G communication mode adopted by the data transmission module is a millisecond-level data transmission mode.
