For a horizontal motor with a motor shaft in a horizontal position, determining the center height of the motor shaft (i.e., the center height of the motor shaft) is a very critical step in the installation or commissioning process at the site of use, but the measurement is difficult due to the limitations of the site environment.

As shown in fig. 1, a tool for measuring the center height of a motor includes a fixing sleeve 10, a magnet 11 is disposed at one end of the fixing sleeve 10, a positioning pin 20 forming an axial movement and a circumferential rotation fit with the fixing sleeve 10 is disposed in a cavity of the fixing sleeve 10 in a penetrating manner, a tapered section 21 of the positioning pin 20 protrudes out of an end portion of the fixing sleeve 10, a locking unit for locking the fixing sleeve 10 and the positioning pin 20 is further disposed between the fixing sleeve 10 and the positioning pin 20, the tool further includes a measuring platform 30, and a plane a of the measuring platform 30 is coplanar with a center. The structure of the locking unit is as follows: one end of the positioning pin 20, which is far away from the conical section 21, also protrudes out of the other end of the fixing sleeve 10, an adjusting nut 40 is sleeved on the positioning pin 20 of the section, an internal thread is arranged on the inner wall of the adjusting nut 40, and the internal thread and the external thread on the outer wall of the fixing sleeve 10 form a thread fit. The positioning pin 20 is pushed to move axially thereof by the relative movement between the adjusting nut 40 and the fixing sleeve 10.
Further, an annular groove is formed in the outer wall of the positioning pin 20, a threaded hole 41 is formed in the adjusting nut 40 at a position corresponding to the annular groove along the radial direction of the adjusting nut, and the screw 42 is disposed in the threaded hole 41 and abuts against the annular groove. After the positioning pin 20 is moved in place in its axial direction, the screw 42 is passed through the threaded hole 41 and tightened, thereby locking the position of the positioning pin 20.
The measuring platform 30 extends from one end of the positioning pin 20 protruding out of the fixing sleeve 10, the measuring platform 30 and the positioning pin 20 are integrally formed, a through hole 31 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface is formed in the measuring platform 30, the height gauge can penetrate through the through hole 31 to measure the height of the plane A, and the measured height of the plane A is the center height of the motor.
Preferably, the end of the fixing sleeve 10 adjacent to the tapered section 21 of the positioning pin 20 is provided with a flange 12, the magnet 11 is fixed in a receiving cavity formed in the flange 12, and the flange 12 is further provided with a level 50. When the bubble of the level 50 is centered, it means that the plane a of the measuring platform 30 is located in the horizontal plane, so that an accurate measuring result can be obtained, and if the bubble of the level 50 is not centered, the positioning pin 20 is further rotated until the bubble of the level 50 is centered.
Further, the maximum diameter of the tapered section 21 is larger than the inner diameter of the center hole C of the motor shaft B. Therefore, the outer wall of the conical section 21 can be attached to the inner wall of the central hole C, and the conical section 21 and the central hole C are concentric.
