Abstract
The invention relates to a material storage bin with draining and drying functions, which comprises a bin body; a material inlet is formed in the top of the bin body, a plurality of layers of flue gas drying pipelines are arranged in the middle of the bin body, exhaust holes are formed in the top of each flue gas drying pipeline, and slag stopping caps are arranged above the exhaust holes; a plurality of draining holes are uniformly formed in the bin wall at the lower part of the bin body along the circumferential direction and the height direction, a water collecting tank is arranged on the outer side of the bin body below the draining holes, a draining hole is formed in one side of the water collecting tank, and the draining hole is connected with a water collecting pit through a draining pipe; the bottom of the bin body is provided with a material outlet, and the material outlet is provided with an electro-hydraulic gate valve; an online microwave moisture detector is arranged on the bin body, and the online microwave moisture detector and the electro-hydraulic gate valve are controlled in an interlocking mode through a control system. The invention can effectively prevent the problem of environmental pollution in the draining process, and simultaneously, the waste heat of the smoke is utilized to dry the materials, thereby improving the efficiency of removing moisture from the materials.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of material storage and drying, in particular to a material storage bin with a draining and drying function.
Background
The water content of raw materials used in the production of various industries is very high, such as delayed coke before needle coke calcination, limestone after water washing or other raw materials, and the like, before the needle coke enters a normal production process, appropriate measures need to be taken for the materials to reduce the water content in the materials so as to meet the production requirements of the next process.
At present, the general methods for treating the materials with larger water content are as follows: firstly, a natural accumulation method is adopted, namely, water is naturally discharged, and the method has the disadvantages of large occupied area, more sewage on the site and the ground, serious environmental pollution and long stacking time; and secondly, a draining bin is adopted for naturally controlling water, and sewage is discharged from a draining port at the lower part of the bin body, but the problems of environmental pollution and long draining period generally exist.

The invention provides a material storage bin with a draining and drying function, which can effectively prevent the problem of environmental pollution in the draining process, and can improve the moisture removal efficiency of materials by drying the materials by using the residual heat of smoke.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a material storage bin with draining and drying functions comprises a bin body; a material inlet is formed in the top of the bin body, a plurality of layers of flue gas drying pipelines are arranged in the middle of the bin body, exhaust holes are formed in the top of each flue gas drying pipeline, and slag stopping caps are arranged above the exhaust holes; a plurality of draining holes are uniformly formed in the bin wall at the lower part of the bin body along the circumferential direction and the height direction, a water collecting tank is arranged on the outer side of the bin body below the draining holes, a draining hole is formed in one side of the water collecting tank, and the draining hole is connected with a water collecting pit through a draining pipe; the bottom of the bin body is provided with a material outlet, and the material outlet is provided with an electro-hydraulic gate valve; an online microwave moisture detector is arranged on the bin body, and the online microwave moisture detector and the electro-hydraulic gate valve are controlled in an interlocking mode through a control system.
The bin body consists of an upper straight-section barrel body, a conical-section barrel body and a lower straight-section barrel body, wherein a material inlet is formed in the top of the upper straight-section barrel body, and an online microwave moisture detector is arranged on one side of the bottom of the upper straight-section barrel body; the upper opening of the conical section cylinder is wide, the lower opening of the conical section cylinder is narrow, the upper opening is connected with the upper straight section cylinder, and the lower opening is connected with the lower straight section cylinder; a plurality of layers of flue gas drying pipelines are arranged in the conical section barrel along the height direction, each layer of flue gas drying pipeline is respectively connected with a flue gas main pipeline outside the cabin body, and a butterfly valve is arranged on the flue gas main pipeline; the bottom of the conical section cylinder body and the upper part of the lower straight section cylinder body are respectively provided with a plurality of water draining holes along the height direction and the circumferential direction.
The flue gas drying pipeline is fixed in the bin body through a pipeline bracket.
The diameter of the draining hole is 8-12 mm.
The interval of exhaust hole is 80 ~ 150 mm.
And a horizontal section is arranged on one side of the drain pipe close to the water collecting tank, an inspection hole is arranged at the top of the horizontal section, and the inspection hole is sealed through a hole cover.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) sewage containing dust in the materials is discharged from draining holes at the lower part of the bin body, collected by the water collecting tank, enters the water discharging pipe, and is discharged to the water collecting pit from the water discharging pipe for centralized treatment, so that the sewage is prevented from flowing to the ground to pollute the environment;
2) the top of the horizontal section of the drain pipe is provided with an inspection hole which can be conveniently opened and is used for regularly opening and cleaning deposited dust;
3) a plurality of layers of flue gas drying pipelines and online microwave moisture detectors are arranged in the bin body, and the water content of the drained and dried material is detected to be less than 5% online;
4) the online microwave moisture detector and the electro-hydraulic gate valve are controlled in an interlocking mode through the control system, and the electro-hydraulic gate valve can be automatically opened to discharge materials after the water content of the materials meets the requirement.

as shown in fig. 1-3, the material storage bin with draining and drying functions of the present invention comprises a bin body 1; a material inlet is formed in the top of the bin body 1, a plurality of layers of flue gas drying pipelines 6 are arranged in the middle of the bin body 1, exhaust holes are formed in the tops of the flue gas drying pipelines 6, and slag stopping caps 9 are arranged above the exhaust holes; a plurality of draining holes 11 are uniformly formed in the bin wall at the lower part of the bin body 1 along the circumferential direction and the height direction, a water collecting tank 4 is arranged on the outer side of the bin body 1 below the draining holes 11, a draining hole is formed in one side of the water collecting tank 4, and the draining hole is connected with a water collecting pit through a draining pipe 3; the bottom of the bin body 1 is provided with a material outlet, and the material outlet is provided with an electro-hydraulic gate valve 5; an online microwave moisture detector 8 is arranged on the bin body 1, and the online microwave moisture detector 8 and the electro-hydraulic gate valve 5 are controlled in an interlocking manner through a control system.

The flue gas drying pipeline 6 is fixed in the bin body 1 through a pipeline bracket 7.
The diameter of the draining holes 11 is 8-12 mm.
The interval of the exhaust holes 11 is 80-150 mm.

The use method of the material storage bin with the draining and drying functions comprises the following steps:
before feeding, the electro-hydraulic gate valve 5 at the bottom of the bin body 1 is closed. (the electro-hydraulic gate valve 5 can be interlocked and controlled by the control system to close the valve when the bin body 1 is in the empty state). After the material got into storehouse body 1, through the waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall hole 11 of storehouse body 1 lower part lateral wall evenly distributed, the sewage discharge that will contain the dust collects in the water catch bowl 4, then discharges to the sump pit centralized processing through drain pipe 3 outward, avoids sewage to fall on ground polluted environment.
The top of the horizontal section of the drain pipe 3 is provided with an inspection hole 10, so that dust deposited in the drain pipe can be cleaned by opening periodically, and the pipeline is prevented from being blocked.
The inside multilayer annular flue gas stoving pipeline 6 that is distributing of storehouse body 1, the top of flue gas stoving pipeline 6 evenly is equipped with the exhaust hole, and slag stopping cap 9 is established to the top in exhaust hole, prevents in the sediment water gets into flue gas stoving pipeline 6. The flue gas drying pipeline 6 is connected with an external flue gas main pipe, the butterfly valve 2 is installed on the flue gas main pipe, the butterfly valve 2 is intermittently and automatically opened and closed by setting time in the control system, and purified hot flue gas (the temperature is 200-300 ℃) in the same production system is regularly sent into the bin body 1 for drying materials.
After a period of draining and drying, when the online microwave moisture detector 8 detects that the water content of the materials in the bin body 1 reaches a set standard, the electro-hydraulic gate valve 5 is controlled to be automatically opened through the control system in an interlocking manner, the materials are discharged, and the next production process is carried out. And after all the materials are discharged, the material storage bin enters the next working cycle.
