the top plate is arranged on the fixed plate; one end of the sliding shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the rotating plate, and the other end of the sliding shaft sleeve is inserted into the fixed plate;
The two groups of rotation adjusting components are respectively positioned at two sides of the top plate; the two groups of rotation adjusting components apply force to the top plate respectively, and the rotating plate starts to rotate under the drive of the sliding shaft sleeve;
The pitching adjusting unit is arranged on one side far away from the spherical hinge mechanism, and applies upward or downward external force to the pitching plate, so that the pitching plate swings up and down by taking the spherical hinge mechanism as a hinge point;
The translation plate and the pitching plate are connected through a linear guide rail pair, and the translation adjusting unit applies horizontal thrust to the translation plate so that the translation plate moves along the laying direction of the linear guide rail pair;
the spherical hinge mechanism comprises a rotating piece, a fixing piece and an anti-falling sleeve;
The rotating piece is fixedly arranged on the pitching plate, and a spherical protrusion is arranged at the part of the rotating piece extending downwards;
the fixing piece is fixedly arranged on the rotating plate, the upper half part of the fixing piece is provided with a spherical pit matched with the spherical bulge, and the lower half part of the fixing piece is provided with a round hole communicated with the spherical pit;
the anti-drop sleeve comprises a lower limiting plate and an upper limiting stud vertically and fixedly connected with the lower limiting plate; the outer contour size of the lower limiting plate is larger than the diameter of the round hole; the upper limit stud of the anti-drop sleeve passes through the round hole from top to bottom and is in threaded connection with the spherical protrusion;
The rotation adjusting assembly comprises an azimuth rotation adjusting screw rod and an azimuth rotation adjusting screw sleeve; the azimuth rotation adjusting screw sleeve is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the rotating plate, and after the azimuth rotation adjusting screw rod is in threaded fit with the azimuth rotation adjusting screw sleeve, the end part of the azimuth rotation adjusting screw rod is contacted with the top plate;
The translation adjusting unit comprises a translation adjusting screw rod, a translation adjusting thread sleeve and a screw rod limiting seat; the translation adjusting screw consists of a thread section, a middle transition section and a limit section; the outer diameter of the middle transition section is smaller than that of the thread section and the limit section;
The translation adjusting thread sleeve is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of one side of the translation plate; the screw limiting seat is fixedly arranged on the pitching plate, and is provided with a through hole with the same outer diameter as the middle transition section; after the thread section of the translation adjusting screw rod is in threaded fit with the translation adjusting thread sleeve, the middle transition section of the translation adjusting screw rod is in clearance fit with the through hole of the screw rod limiting seat, and the limiting section of the translation adjusting screw rod extends out of the through hole of the screw rod limiting seat.
