Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于海水势能的发电装置,包括多个支撑柱和海底平地,多个所述支撑柱均插设在海底平地内,多个所述支撑柱上固定套设有发电箱,多个所述支撑柱的上端共同固定安装有下活塞,所述下活塞上互动插设有上活塞,所述下活塞的下端分别环形等距插设有多个压力动能管和多个吸力动能管,且多个吸力动能管的环形半径大于多个压力动能管的环形半径。本发明通过上活塞和下活塞随海底暗流运动做活塞运动并通过第一单向阀和第二单向阀交替使压力管和动力管带动锥形转盘沿同一方向转动,即能够不断的使发电机转动产生电流,发电持续性强,结构简单,安装难度和实时难度较低,投资成本较低。

一种基于海水势能的发电装置
技术领域
本发明涉及自然能源利用领域,尤其涉及一种基于海水势能的发电装置。
背景技术
随着人们对新能源的不断探索,各种对自然能源进行有效环保的利用装置不断被发明设计出来,例如风力发电装置、海水温差发电装置、水力发电装置等,而在地球上,海洋面积约占71%,且海洋水量约占地球总水量的97%,人们对海洋的开发利用还在不断进行中,大海的每天潮涨潮落使得人们利用其现象设置出了潮汐发电装置,但海洋底部的缺乏利用。
现有的利用海洋底部的能源装置多为温差发电,利用海底与海面的温度差实现低温工质的受热汽化与冷却液化使得汽轮机转动发电,但温差发电的投资巨大,实施难度也较大,而海洋内部暗流的势能却常常被人们忽略。
因此,我们利用海底暗流的势能设计出了一种基于海水势能的发电装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在海水温差发电投资巨大,实施难度较大,且回报率较低的缺点,而提出的一种基于海水势能的发电装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种基于海水势能的发电装置,包括多个支撑柱和海底平地,多个所述支撑柱均插设在海底平地内,每个所述支撑柱上均焊接有固定板,每个所述固定板通过多个固定螺栓固定在海底平地上,增加支撑柱的牢固性,多个所述支撑柱上固定套设有发电箱,多个所述支撑柱的上端共同固定安装有下活塞,所述下活塞上互动插设有上活塞,所述下活塞的下端分别环形等距插设有多个压力动能管和多个吸力动能管,且多个吸力动能管的环形半径大于多个压力动能管的环形半径,所述上活塞内开设有弹簧槽,所述弹簧槽内安装有弹簧,且弹簧的下端固定安装在下活塞内,增加活塞运动的回弹力,且能够避免上活塞与下活塞脱离;
每个所述压力动能管的下端固定安装有第一单向阀,多个所述吸力动能管的下端固定安装有第二单向阀,且第一单向阀的导通方向为下活塞的内部至下活塞的下底部,且第二单向阀的导通方向与第一单向阀的导通方向相反,即随着上活塞和下活塞的活塞运动使得吸力动能管内只产生吸力,压力动能管内仅产生压力。
优选地,所述发电箱内分为动力腔和转换腔上下两层,所述动力腔内转动插设有转轴,所述转轴上固定套设有锥形转盘,所述锥形转盘上环形等距插设有多个阻流板,所述动力腔的内底壁上环形等距插设有多个吸力管和压力管,每个所述吸力管的上端均穿过发电箱的上顶壁与第二单向阀的下端连接,每个所述压力管的上端均穿过发电箱的上顶壁与第一单向阀的下端连接;
多个所述吸力管的下端均位于锥形转盘的下方,多个所述压力管的下端均位于锥形转盘的上端,多个所述压力管的下端管口逆时针排布,多个所述吸力管的下端管口排布方向与多个压力管的下端管口排布相反;
即当上活塞和下活塞活塞运动时,使得压力动能管和压力管通过第一单向阀只产生向下的压力,逆时针排布的压力管的管口使得压力推动阻流板带动锥形转盘转动,吸力动能管和吸力管通过第二单向阀只产生向上的吸力,顺时针排布的吸力管的管口使得吸力拖动阻流板带动锥形转盘转动,且压力与吸力带动锥形转盘转动的方向一致,即活塞运动时,锥形转盘不断转动,使得转动发电能够持续不间断进行;
所述转换腔内固定安装有发电机,所述发电机的转子转轴与锥形转盘的转轴固定连接,即当锥形转盘转动时,使得发电机的转子转轴转动,发电机开始发电。
优选地,所述发电箱的下端固定安装有电力连接箱,且电力连接箱的下端固定在海底平地内,所述发电机上固定连接有多个海底电缆,每个所述海底电缆均依次穿过发电箱的内底壁、电力连接箱的上顶壁和电力连接箱的内底壁埋设与海底平地内连接至陆地接收站,所述电力连接箱内填充有绝缘防水填充剂,所述发电机的转子转轴与锥形转盘的转轴连接处均装有密封圈,保证发电腔内不会漏水,保护电力设备的安全运行。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过海洋暗流使得上活塞和下活塞进行活塞运动,活塞运动通过多个压力动能管将压力通过多个压力管推向阻流板使锥形转盘逆时针转动,通过多个吸力动能管将吸力通过多个吸力管拉动阻流板使锥形转盘逆时针转动,不断重复即可使得锥形转盘不断转动通过发电机发电,结构较为简单,且无需复杂的系统,降低了实施难度和使用成本。
2、海底暗流无时无刻的存在使得本装置在海底可进行二十四小时不间断的发电,提高发电效率,相较于风能发电和太阳能发电持续性更强,可利用程度更高。
综上所述,本发明通过上活塞和下活塞随海底暗流运动做活塞运动并通过第一单向阀和第二单向阀交替使压力管和动力管带动锥形转盘沿同一方向转动,即能够不断的使发电机转动产生电流,发电持续性强,结构简单,安装难度和实时难度较低,投资成本较低。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1-2,一种基于海水势能的发电装置,包括多个支撑柱1和海底平地,多个支撑柱1均插设在海底平地内,每个支撑柱1上均焊接有固定板12,每个固定板12通过多个固定螺栓固定在海底平地上,增加支撑柱的牢固性,多个支撑柱1上固定套设有发电箱2,多个支撑柱1的上端共同固定安装有下活塞5,下活塞5上互动插设有上活塞7,下活塞5的下端分别环形等距插设有多个压力动能管6和多个吸力动能管9,且多个吸力动能管9的环形半径大于多个压力动能管6的环形半径,上活塞7内开设有弹簧槽,弹簧槽内安装有弹簧8,且弹簧8的下端固定安装在下活塞5内,增加活塞运动的回弹力,且能够避免上活塞7与下活塞5脱离;
每个压力动能管6的下端固定安装有第一单向阀4,多个吸力动能管9的下端固定安装有第二单向阀10,且第一单向阀4的导通方向为下活塞5的内部至下活塞5的下底部,且第二单向阀10的导通方向与第一单向阀4的导通方向相反,即随着上活塞7和下活塞5的活塞运动使得吸力动能管9内只产生吸力,压力动能管6内仅产生压力。
发电箱2内分为动力腔和转换腔上下两层,动力腔内转动插设有转轴,转轴上固定套设有锥形转盘13,锥形转盘13上环形等距插设有多个阻流板17,动力腔的内底壁上环形等距插设有多个吸力管11和压力管3,每个吸力管11的上端均穿过发电箱2的上顶壁与第二单向阀10的下端连接,每个压力管3的上端均穿过发电箱2的上顶壁与第一单向阀4的下端连接;
多个吸力管11的下端均位于锥形转盘13的下方,多个压力管3的下端均位于锥形转盘13的上端,多个压力管3的下端管口逆时针排布,多个吸力管11的下端管口排布方向与多个压力管3的下端管口排布相反;
即当上活塞7和下活塞5活塞运动时,使得压力动能管6和压力管3通过第一单向阀4只产生向下的压力,逆时针排布的压力管3的管口使得压力推动阻流板17带动锥形转盘13转动,吸力动能管9和吸力管11通过第二单向阀10只产生向上的吸力,顺时针排布的吸力管11的管口使得吸力拖动阻流板17带动锥形转盘13转动,且压力与吸力带动锥形转盘13转动的方向一致,即活塞运动时,锥形转盘13不断转动,使得转动发电能够持续不间断进行;
转换腔内固定安装有发电机14,发电机14的转子转轴与锥形转盘13的转轴固定连接,即当锥形转盘13转动时,使得发电机14的转子转轴转动,发电机开始发电。
发电箱2的下端固定安装有电力连接箱15,且电力连接箱15的下端固定在海底平地内,发电机14上固定连接有多个海底电缆16,每个海底电缆16均依次穿过发电箱2的内底壁、电力连接箱15的上顶壁和电力连接箱15的内底壁埋设与海底平地内连接至陆地接收站,电力连接箱15内填充有绝缘防水填充剂,发电机14的转子转轴与锥形转盘13的转轴连接处均装有密封圈,保证发电腔内不会漏水,保护电力设备的安全运行。
本发明在使用时,将本装置在海底安装好,在海底暗流的带动下,上活塞7不断在下活塞5内上下滑动,弹簧8增加回复力且能够避免上活塞脱离,上活塞7往下移动使,下活塞5内压力增大,由于第一单向阀4导通方向向下,第二单向阀10导通方向向上,因此压力沿压力动能管6至第一单向阀4再到压力管3,然后多个压力管3管口逆时针排布使得压力流逆时针冲击锥形转盘13上的阻流板17,则锥形转盘13逆时针转动,则发电机14的转子转轴开设逆时针转动,即开始发电;
当上活塞7向上移动时,下活塞5内形成负压,由于第一单向阀4导通方向向下,第二单向阀10导通方向向上,因此负压吸力通过吸力动能管9至第二单向阀10再到吸力管11,多个管口顺时针排布的吸力管11使得锥形转盘13上的阻流板17受到逆时针吸力,则锥形转盘13逆时针转动,即在上活塞7上下移动中,锥形转盘13始终逆时针转动,增加发电的效率和发电的持续性;
值得注意的是,顺时针和逆时针只是为了更好的说明实施例,并非限定装置的状态,装置可根据实际安装情况设定顺时针或逆时针。

1.一种基于海水势能的发电装置,包括多个支撑柱(1),其特征在于,多个所述支撑柱(1)均插设在海底平地内,多个所述支撑柱(1)上固定套设有发电箱(2),多个所述支撑柱(1)的上端共同固定安装有下活塞(5),所述下活塞(5)上互动插设有上活塞(7),所述下活塞(5)的下端分别环形等距插设有多个压力动能管(6)和多个吸力动能管(9),且多个吸力动能管(9)的环形半径大于多个压力动能管(6)的环形半径,
每个所述压力动能管(6)的下端固定安装有第一单向阀(4),多个所述吸力动能管(9)的下端固定安装有第二单向阀(10),且第一单向阀(4)的导通方向为下活塞(5)的内部至下活塞(5)的下底部,且第二单向阀(10)的导通方向与第一单向阀(4)的导通方向相反,所述发电箱(2)内分为动力腔和转换腔上下两层,所述动力腔内转动插设有转轴,所述转轴上固定套设有锥形转盘(13),所述动力腔的内底壁上环形等距插设有多个吸力管(11)和压力管(3);
所述转换腔内固定安装有发电机(14),所述发电机(14)的转子转轴与锥形转盘(13)的转轴固定连接;
多个所述吸力管(11)的下端均位于锥形转盘(13)的下方,多个所述压力管(3)的下端均位于锥形转盘(13)的上端,多个所述压力管(3)的下端管口逆时针排布,多个所述吸力管(11)的下端管口排布方向与多个压力管(3)的下端管口排布相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于海水势能的发电装置,其特征在于,所述发电箱(2)的下端固定安装有电力连接箱(15),且电力连接箱(15)的下端固定在海底平地内。
