Abstract

The invention provides a sealing device and a method for recovering petroleum from a polish rod body. The device comprises a first filter pipe, a first filter element and a collecting container, wherein the first filter pipe can be sleeved on the rod body of the polished rod; the first filter element is arranged on the inner wall of the first filter pipe and can surround the polish rod body so as to filter oil on the polish rod body; the collection container is capable of collecting the oil filtered by the first filter. The method comprises the step of recovering petroleum by adopting the device. The beneficial effects of the invention can include: saving cost, green environmental protection and optimizing the device.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sealing, in particular to a sealing device and a method for recovering petroleum from a polish rod body.
Background
At present, when a polish rod of an oil pumping unit is sealed, a polish rod sealer is mostly arranged at the wellhead of the oil pumping unit. However, even if a polished rod sealer is installed on the wellhead equipment of the pumping unit during the pumping process of the pumping unit, the situation that the petroleum adhered to the polished rod is carried to the outside of the sealer through the sealer sometimes occurs, and the environment is polluted while resource waste is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the deficiencies in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to address one or more of the problems in the prior art as set forth above. For example, it is an object of the present invention to provide a sealing device and method for recovering oil from a polish rod body to prevent oil adhered to the polish rod body from being carried outside the sealer.
In order to accomplish the above object, an aspect of the present invention provides a sealing apparatus for recovering oil from a polish rod body.
The sealing device for recovering the petroleum from the polish rod body can comprise a first filter pipe, a first filter element and a collecting container, wherein the first filter pipe can be sleeved on the rod body of the polish rod; the first filter element is arranged on the inner wall of the first filter pipe and can surround the polish rod body so as to filter oil on the polish rod body; the collection container is capable of collecting the oil filtered by the first filter.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a first filter groove capable of receiving a first filter member may be provided on an inner wall of the first filter pipe.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include a second filter disposed on an inner wall of the second filter and capable of surrounding the polish rod body, and a second filter pipe disposed above the first filter pipe and capable of being fitted over the polish rod body.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include a sealing cover disposed above the second filtering pipe, the sealing cover being capable of covering the upper pipe opening of the second filtering pipe, and the second filtering member being disposed on an inner wall of the upper pipe opening of the second filtering pipe.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a second filter groove capable of receiving a second filter member may be provided on an inner wall of the second filter pipe.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include a fastener capable of relatively fixing a position between the second filtering pipe and the polish rod.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the fastening element is arranged between the first filter pipe and the second filter pipe and is fixedly connected with the second filter pipe, and the fastening element can be fastened on the rod body of the polish rod.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a third filter groove capable of accommodating a third filter member is provided on an inner wall of the third filter pipe.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the device is fixedly connected to a wellhead tree tee.
Another aspect of the invention provides a method of recovering oil from a polished rod body.
The method comprises recovering oil by using the sealing device.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the invention can include: saving cost, green environmental protection and optimizing the device.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the sealing apparatus and method for recovering oil from a polish rod body according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments, and the first, second and third appearing in the present invention do not indicate a sequential order but are used only for distinguishing one from another.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a sealing device for recovering oil from a polished rod body, which is a schematic longitudinal sectional view.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the sealing device may include a first filtering tube 7, a first filtering member 9, and a collecting container 6, wherein,
the first filtering pipe 7 may be fitted over the shaft of the polish rod 1, and the first filtering member 9 may be disposed on an inner wall of the first filtering pipe 7 and may surround the shaft of the polish rod 1. When the polish rod moves up and down continuously, the first filtering piece can filter the oil stuck on the polish rod body. The first filter element 9 may include a gasket, as shown in fig. 2, the gasket may include a two-part gasket, the large hole of the gasket is a bolt fixing hole 20, the small hole of the gasket is a flow hole 21 for facilitating heat dissipation of the gasket and upward and downward flow of oil, and the gasket may be fixed with a bolt by a built-in nut or a retainer.
Further, in order to ensure the position of the first filtering member 9 in the first filtering pipe 7 above the polish rod 1 is stable, a first filtering groove 8 may be provided on the inner wall of the first filtering pipe 7 for accommodating the first filtering member 9. Further, in order to facilitate the replacement of the first filter member 9, a first filter tank 8 for accommodating the first filter member 9 may be provided on an inner wall of a lower nozzle of the first filter pipe 7.
The collection container can be used for collecting the oil that first filter member filtered, and the collection container is seal structure and appearance can be cuboid, square or cylinder. Meanwhile, the collecting container 6 can also be provided with an oil outlet 18, the oil outlet 18 is used for discharging the oil in the collecting container 6, the collection of an oil sample is facilitated, and the oil outlet 18 can also be provided with a sealing cap 19 for preventing the oil from leaking and causing pollution. When the amount of the collected petroleum in the collecting container is less, the petroleum is collected by the collecting container and then is transported in a centralized way, and when the amount of the collected petroleum in the collecting container is larger, the petroleum can be directly connected with a petroleum pipeline for direct transportation. The bottom of the collection container may optionally be sealed in a manner comprising: sealing wax, bolt and cover.
In this embodiment, in order to further filter and clean the oil adhered on the polish rod, the sealing device can be further provided with a second filter element 5 and a second filter pipe 3 which is arranged above the first filter pipe 7 and can be sleeved on the rod body of the polish rod 1, wherein,
the second filter 5 may be disposed on an inner wall of the second filtering pipe 3 and may surround the polish rod 1. After the polish rod is filtered by the first filter, the second filter can perform secondary filtration on the residual oil on the polish rod if the residual oil still exists on the polish rod. The second filter element 5 may include a gasket, as shown in fig. 2, the gasket may include a two-part gasket, the large hole of the gasket is a bolt fixing hole 20, the small hole of the gasket is a circulation hole 21 for facilitating heat dissipation of the gasket and oil circulation up and down, and the gasket may be fixed with a bolt by a built-in nut or a retainer.
Further, in order to ensure the position stability of the second filtering member 5 in the second filtering pipe 3 above the polish rod 1, a second filtering groove 4 may be provided on the inner wall of the second filtering pipe 3 for accommodating the second filtering member 5. Still further, in order to facilitate the replacement of the second filter member 5, a second filter tank 4 for accommodating the second filter member 5 may be provided on an inner wall of an upper nozzle of the second filter tube 3.
The wall of the second filtering pipe 3 may further be provided with an oil flowing channel, which may form an upper opening on the bottom surface of the second filtering tank 4, and a lower opening on the outer pipe wall of the second filtering pipe 3 below the second filtering tank 4 or on the lower end surface of the second filtering pipe 3. Wherein, the upper opening of the oil flow pipeline can face to the flow hole on the gasket, so that the filtered oil can be smoothly discharged. Further, the lower opening of the oil flow channel can be connected with the collecting container 6 through a pipeline, so that the filtered oil enters the collecting container, and the pipeline can be made of corrosion-resistant materials with high strength.
Meanwhile, a sealing cover 2 can be further arranged on the second filtering pipe 3, the sealing cover 2 can cover an upper pipe opening of the second filtering pipe 3, the top of the sealing cover 2 can be hexagonal, the sealing cover 2 and the second filtering pipe 3 can be detachably connected, and further the sealing cover 2 and the second filtering pipe 3 are in threaded connection.

Further, in order to ensure the stable position of the third filtering member 12 on the polish rod 1 in the third filtering pipe 10, a third filtering groove 11 may be provided on the inner wall of the third filtering pipe 10 for accommodating the third filtering member 12. The third filtering conduit 10 can be removably connected to the collecting container 6. Further, the third filtering pipe 10 may be detachably connected to the collecting container 6, and still further, the third filtering pipe 10 may be screw-coupled to the collecting container 6. Before the polish rod 1 is filtered by the first filter element 9, the third filter element 12 can filter the oil on the rod body of the polish rod 1 in advance, and the wall of the third filter tube 10 can be further provided with an oil flow passage which can form an upper opening on the bottom surface of the third filter tank 11, and form a lower opening on the outer tube wall of the third filter tube 10 below the third filter tank 11 or on the lower end surface of the third filter tube 10. Wherein, the upper opening of the oil flowing pore canal can face the oil flowing pore on the gasket, so that the filtered oil can be smoothly discharged. Furthermore, the lower opening of the oil flowing pore passage can be connected with an externally arranged collector through a pipeline, so that filtered oil enters the externally arranged collector, and the pipeline can be made of a corrosion-resistant material with higher strength.

6. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein the fastener is disposed between the first and second filter tubes and is fixedly connected to the second filter tube, the fastener being capable of being fastened to the body of the polish rod.
7. The sealing device for recovering oil from polish rod bodies of claim 1, wherein said first filtering tube is disposed in said collection container, said collection container being provided with holes matching with polish rod bodies both above and below to allow polish rods to pass through said collection container.
8. The sealing device for recovering oil from a polish rod body of claim 1, wherein said device is fixedly connected to a wellhead tree tee.
9. A method of recovering oil from a polished rod body, comprising recovering oil using the apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 8.
