Description

Construction method of assembled shear wall
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction processes, in particular to a construction method of an assembled shear wall.
Background
As the main building components are manufactured in batches in factories in advance, compared with the traditional construction process, the assembly type construction process has the advantages of energy conservation and short construction period.
Chinese patent document "CN 103883034A" discloses an assembled shear wall and wall beam connection structure with edge constraint members, wherein four corners of the wall body are rectangular unfilled corners, rectangular steel pipes are respectively arranged on the rectangular unfilled corners, a middle through hole of the rectangular steel pipe is longitudinally arranged, and 1 hidden column is respectively arranged between an upper rectangular steel pipe and a lower rectangular steel pipe on both sides of the wall body; each hidden column is communicated with an upper hollow rectangular steel pipe and a lower hollow rectangular steel pipe which are positioned on one corresponding side; a feed inlet is reserved at the lower position of the hidden columns at the two sides of the wall body; the method comprises the following steps that a rib inserting hole is reserved in a beam, a grouting sleeve is arranged in the rib inserting hole, when in field assembly construction, a steel bar extending out of the bottom end of an upper shear wall needs to be inserted into the grouting sleeve through the rib inserting hole, a steel bar extending out of the top end of a lower shear wall also needs to be inserted into the grouting sleeve through the rib inserting hole, then pressure grouting is carried out on the grouting sleeve, and the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall are connected; and finally, pouring concrete into the feeding hole, wherein the concrete firstly enters the rectangular steel pipe at the lower part of the upper-layer shear wall through the feeding hole, then passes through the post-cast concrete pouring hole on the beam and enters the rectangular steel pipe at the upper part of the lower-layer shear wall, and thus the reserved hole part of the whole upper-side shear wall-beam-lower-side shear wall structure is penetrated. Because need will stretch out the reinforcing bar and align with the dowel hole one by one when actual construction, it is long to counterpoint to consume time, in addition, in case appear colliding with in wall body transportation, hoist and mount process and cause to stretch out the reinforcing bar crooked, will lead to stretching out the reinforcing bar and can't insert the dowel hole when the assembly, finally, after the reinforcing bar inserted the grout sleeve through the dowel hole, still need one by one toward the pressure grout in every grout sleeve, the technology node that needs control in the work progress is more, troublesome poeration.
Chinese patent document 'CN 109736479A' discloses an assembled shear wall splicing structure and a vertical connecting method thereof, wherein two groups of upper positioning teeth are arranged on an upper wall plate, a group of lower positioning teeth are arranged on a lower wall plate, the upper positioning teeth and the lower positioning teeth are arranged in a staggered manner along a joint direction, a groove space which can just accommodate the lower positioning teeth to be embedded is formed between the two groups of upper positioning teeth, when the upper wall plate and the lower wall plate are spliced, the lower positioning teeth are embedded into grooves between the upper positioning teeth, so that the alignment between the upper wall plate and the lower wall plate can be realized, meanwhile, upper vertical hoop reinforcing steel bars arranged on the upper wall plate and lower vertical hoop reinforcing steel bars arranged on the lower wall plate are also in a staggered lap joint in the joint space, then, through reinforcing steel bars horizontally pass through reserved channels on the upper positioning teeth and the lower positioning teeth along the joint direction and are respectively fixedly tied with the upper vertical hoop reinforcing steel bars and the lower vertical hoop reinforcing steel bars on, and (3) forming a joint reinforcement cage structure, and finally, filling cast-in-place concrete into the reinforcement cage structure by a formwork, so that the upper wallboard and the lower wallboard are connected into a whole. Because the upper wallboard and the lower wallboard are strung together only by the through-length steel bars and the diameter of the reserved hole on the upper positioning teeth and the diameter of the reserved hole on the lower positioning teeth are inevitably larger than that of the through-length steel bars to ensure that the through-length steel bars can smoothly pass through the through-length steel bars, when concrete is poured, the upper wallboard and the lower wallboard which are strung together are actually in a state of incomplete connection (can be understood as a semi-connection state), and the upper wallboard needs to be propped by an auxiliary supporting device (such as a hydraulic supporting rod) to prevent the upper wallboard from being skewed, and the defects of complex construction process and inconvenient operation exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a construction method of an assembled shear wall, which is simple and convenient to operate.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a construction method of an assembled shear wall comprises the following steps:
firstly, prefabricating a prestressed bottom plate, an upper shear wall body and a lower shear wall body;
when an upper shear wall body and a lower shear wall body are prefabricated, extending steel bars are reserved at the top end of the lower shear wall body and the bottom end of the upper shear wall body, and shear assemblies which can be matched with each other are pre-embedded at the top end of the lower shear wall body and the bottom end of the upper shear wall body, each shear assembly comprises a shear key and a shear groove, each shear key comprises a base plate embedded in the wall body and two side plates which are arranged at intervals and extend outwards from the wall body, the near ends of the side plates are fixedly connected to the front surface of the base plate, the far ends of the two side plates are opened to form an opening end, an interval adjusting part is arranged between the two side plates, each shear groove comprises a positioning groove which can contain the side plates of each shear key, the depth of each positioning groove is smaller than the length of the side plates;
secondly, field assembly;
2.1 hoisting the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate: horizontally hoisting the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate onto a beam and enabling one end of the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate to be lapped at the top end of the fixed lower shear wall, wherein the lapping position of the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate and the lower shear wall body is controlled at the outer side of the notch of the positioning groove, so that the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate is prevented from shielding the positioning groove to influence the subsequent shear keys to be inserted into the positioning groove;
2.2, hoisting the upper shear wall: vertically hoisting the upper shear wall body above the fixed lower shear wall body, adjusting the position of the upper shear wall body to enable the shear resistant keys to be aligned with the positioning grooves, keeping the lifting force of the sling on the upper shear wall body, and after the shear resistant keys completely fall into the positioning grooves, the extended steel bars at the top end of the lower shear wall body are lapped with the extended steel bars at the bottom end of the upper shear wall body, then adjusting the distance adjusting part to expand the width of the distance between the two side plates of the shear key so that the side plates tightly abut against the side wall of the positioning groove, then the lifting force of the sling on the upper shear wall body is removed, the upper shear wall body is fixed above the lower shear wall body by means of the constraint force of the shear resistant groove on the shear resistant key, at the moment, the end of the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate, which is lapped on the lower shear wall body, is positioned in a gap between the bottom end of the upper shear wall body and the top end of the lower shear wall body and is positioned outside the side plate of the shear key;
2.3, reinforcing bars and pouring concrete of the laminated floor slab: and reinforcing steel bars are arranged on the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate, concrete is poured, the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate and a concrete superposed layer above the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate form a superposed floor slab, a part of concrete is poured in and fills a gap between the bottom end of the upper shear wall body and the top end of the lower shear wall body, a gap between the shear key and the shear groove and a gap between the two side plates of the shear key in the pouring process, and the upper shear wall body, the lower shear wall body and the superposed floor slab are connected into a whole by utilizing the cast-in-place concrete.
Specifically, the distance adjusting part arranged on the shear key comprises two screw rods arranged horizontally in opposite directions and a joint nut, the root parts of the screw rods are fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the side plate, the rotating directions of the threads on the two screw rods are opposite, and the rotating directions of the threads at the two ends of the joint nut are opposite and are respectively connected with one screw rod through threads;
in step 2.2, the joint nut is rotated by a wrench so that the screw rod expands the width of the gap between the two side plates of the shear key.
As a preferred embodiment, when the lower shear wall and the upper shear wall are prefabricated in the first step, corners of the top end of the lower shear wall are cut off by means of die forming so as to form shoulders, YBZ main reinforcements of the lower shear wall extend out of the shoulders, and YBZ main reinforcements of the upper shear wall extend out of positions, opposite to the shoulders of the lower shear wall, of the bottom end of the upper shear wall;
in step 2.2, after the upper shear wall body is fixed above the lower shear wall body, the main reinforcing steel bars of the upper shear wall body and the YBZ main reinforcing steel bars of the lower shear wall body are overlapped at the position above the shoulder part;
in step 2.3, a portion of concrete is poured over the shoulder, the top unfilled corner of the lower shear wall is filled with concrete and the overlapping YBZ rebar is wrapped.
Furthermore, a concrete pouring through hole is formed in the part, extending out from the wall body, of the side plate, the highest point of the concrete pouring through hole in the vertical direction is higher than the upper surface of the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate, and the connecting point of the screw rod and the side plate is located below the concrete pouring through hole;
in step 2.3, when reinforcing steel bars on the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate, a part of steel bars pass through the concrete pouring through holes; when concrete is poured, the concrete pouring through hole is filled with the concrete.
When YBZ main reinforcement bars of the upper shear wall body and the lower shear wall body are lapped, the lapping length S ≧ 35d is controlled, wherein d is the diameter of YBZ main reinforcement bars.
More preferably, when the lower shear wall and the upper shear wall are prefabricated in the first step, before the mold is filled, the shear keys are completely inserted into the positioning grooves and the distance adjusting parts are adjusted to enable the side plates of the shear keys to tightly abut against the side walls of the positioning grooves, so that the shear keys and the shear grooves are fixedly connected together, and then the shear keys and the shear grooves which are connected together are correspondingly placed in a mold for casting the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall; after the mold is loosened, matching marks are made on the upper shear wall body and the lower shear wall body which are obtained by molding, and finally the distance between the two side plates is narrowed by adjusting the distance adjusting part, and the upper shear wall body and the lower shear wall body are transported after being separated;
and 2.2, when the upper shear wall body is hoisted in the step 2.2, selecting the upper shear wall body which is matched with the current lower shear wall body in a marking mode.
Because the shear assembly with the brand new structure is pre-embedded in the upper shear wall body and the lower shear wall body when the upper shear wall body and the lower shear wall body are prefabricated, the shear assembly is simpler and quicker to operate in the aspects of alignment, insertion and fixation compared with the prior art in a mode of reinforcing steel bars for aligning holes and fixing sleeves. In addition, after the steps of hoisting the upper shear wall body and aligning and fixing the shear assembly are completed, other auxiliary supporting devices are not needed to be arranged for supporting the upper shear wall body to prevent displacement and inclination, so that the construction convenience and the working efficiency can be improved. Finally, the assembled shear wall obtained by the construction method disclosed by the invention is better in stability than the assembled shear wall produced by the existing process, and the reason is that the construction process of overlapping plates (namely, laminated floors) is adopted, when concrete poured in a construction site is solidified, the upper shear wall, the lower shear wall and the laminated floors are connected into a whole by the concrete, and meanwhile, the laminated floors form horizontal constraint on the connecting nodes of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall, so that the connecting stability of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall can be improved.

Detailed Description
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "above", "below", and the like, refer to orientations or positional relationships illustrated in the drawings, which are used for simplicity and convenience in describing the present invention, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced components must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated.
In addition, in the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, e.g., as being fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; the two components can be directly connected with each other or indirectly connected with each other through an intermediate, and overlapping is understood as that the two components are overlapped with each other, and the two components overlapped with each other are not limited to be fixedly connected with each other.
Compared with the prior construction process, the invention has the main differences that: 1. the shear resistant assembly is pre-embedded in the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 when the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 are prefabricated, and the shear resistant assembly adopts a connection mode that a shear resistant key 5a is matched with a shear resistant groove 5b, so that the splicing operation of the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 is simpler; the distance between the two side plates 5a3 of the shear key 5a is enlarged by the distance adjusting part 6 to make the side plates tightly abut against the side wall of the shear groove 5b, so that the self-stabilization of the spliced upper shear wall 2 is realized, and the upper shear wall 2 is kept not to be inclined or toppled without adding an auxiliary supporting device, and the construction is simpler and more convenient. 2. The laminated plate lap joint process is adopted, a gap is reserved after the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 are spliced through the shear resisting assembly, one end of the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1 extends into the gap and is lapped at the top end of the lower shear wall body 3, all components are connected into a whole through cast-in-place concrete 7, the laminated floor slab forms horizontal constraint at the connecting node of the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3, and the connection stability of the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 is better guaranteed.
In order that those skilled in the art will more clearly understand the improvement of the present invention over the prior art, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In summary, the construction method of the fabricated shear wall mainly comprises two parts, wherein the first part is a prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1, an upper shear wall body 2 and a lower shear wall body 3 (the upper shear wall body 1 and the lower shear wall body 2 adopt the straight-limb prefabricated shear wall standard parts with the structures shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 5-6), the first part is finished in a factory, and the second part is assembled on site and finished on a building site. The factory production section and the field assembly section are separately described next.
In the case of the factory production sector, since the method according to the invention for factory prefabrication of a prestressed floor 1 is not modified, reference can be made to the existing literature for how the prestressed floor 1 is prefabricated, and this is not described in detail here. The improvement of the factory part is mainly aimed at prefabricating an upper shear wall body 2 and a lower shear wall body 3 (the integral structure of the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 refers to the structure of a straight-limb prefabricated shear wall standard part shown in figures 1-2 and 5-6), specifically, when prefabricating the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3, extending steel bars 4 are left at the top end of the lower shear wall body 3 and the bottom end of the upper shear wall body 2 (for the case of splicing with a plurality of wall bodies, the extending steel bars 4 can be left at the top end and the bottom end of the wall bodies as shown in figures 1-2 and 5-6), and shear assemblies which can be matched with each other are pre-embedded at the top end and the bottom end of the lower shear wall body 3 (for the case of splicing with a plurality of wall bodies, the shear assemblies can be pre-embedded at the top end and the bottom end of the wall, for example, the top end is a shear groove 5b, the bottom end is a shear key 5a), wherein the shear assembly comprises a shear key 5a and a shear groove 5b, as shown in fig. 6-7 and fig. 9, the shear key 5a comprises a base plate 5a1 embedded in a wall body and two side plates 5a2 arranged at intervals and extending outwards from the wall body, the proximal ends (top ends in the figure) of the side plates 5a2 are fixedly connected to the front surface (i.e. the lower surface of the base plate 5a1 in the figure) of the base plate 5a1, the two side plates 5a1 are opened at the distal ends to form an open end, a distance adjusting component is arranged between the two side plates, in order to match with the shear key 5a, the shear groove 5b is designed with a positioning groove capable of accommodating the side plate 5a3 of the shear key 5a, the depth of the positioning groove (it should be noted that "the depth of the positioning groove" here should be understood as the effective depth, i.e. the maximum depth that the side, to facilitate the insertion of the shear key 5a, the slot of the positioning groove is sized to be larger than the size of the open end of the shear key 5 a. In actual operation, in order to reduce the adverse effect of manufacturing errors on the assembly of the upper shear wall 2 and the lower shear wall 3, the following means can be adopted: 2. when the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 are prefabricated in a factory, before mold filling, the shear keys 5a are completely inserted into the positioning grooves, the distance adjusting parts 6 are adjusted to enable the side plates 5a2 of the shear keys 5a to tightly abut against the side walls of the positioning grooves, so that the shear keys 5a and the shear grooves 5b are fixedly connected together, and then the shear keys 5a and the shear grooves 5b which are connected together are correspondingly placed in molds for casting the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3; after the mould is loosened, matching marks are made on the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 which are obtained by molding, and finally the distance between the two side plates 5a2 is narrowed by adjusting the distance adjusting part 6, so that the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 can be separated for transportation. 3. When the upper shear wall 2 is hoisted and assembled on a building site, the upper shear wall 2 which is matched with the current lower shear wall 3 is selected.
The field assembly part of the construction site mainly works as follows: 2. after the lower shear wall 3 is fixed, the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1 is horizontally hoisted to the beam, one end of the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate is lapped on the top end of the fixed lower shear wall 3, and in the construction process, the lapping position of the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1 and the lower shear wall 3 should be controlled outside the notch of the positioning groove, so that the situation that the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1 shields the positioning groove to influence the insertion of the subsequent shear key 5a is avoided. 3. After the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1 is hoisted, the upper shear wall body 2 is vertically hoisted above the fixed lower shear wall body 3, a constructor holds the upper shear wall body 2, gradually adjusts the position of the upper shear wall body 2 to enable the shear keys 5a to be aligned with the positioning grooves and maintain the hoisting force of the sling ropes on the upper shear wall body 2, after the shear keys 5a completely fall into the positioning grooves, the extending reinforcing steel bars 4 at the top end of the lower shear wall body 3 are lapped with the extending reinforcing steel bars 4 at the bottom end of the upper shear wall body 2, then the distance adjusting part 6 is adjusted to enlarge the distance width between the two side plates 5a2 of the shear keys 5a, after the side plates 5a2 tightly abut against the side walls of the positioning grooves, the hoisting force of the sling ropes on the upper shear wall body 2 can be removed, at the moment, the upper shear wall body 2 is fixed above the lower shear wall body 3 by the constraint force of the shear keys 5a of the shear slots 5b, after the hoisting, the end of the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1, which is lapped on the lower shear wall 3, is positioned in a gap between the bottom end of the upper shear wall 2 and the top end of the lower shear wall 3 and is positioned outside the side plate 5a2 of the shear key 5 a. 4. After the upper shear wall body 2 is hoisted, reinforcing steel bars can be arranged on the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1, concrete 7 is poured, in the pouring process, a part of the concrete 7 is poured and filled in a gap between the bottom end of the upper shear wall body 2 and the top end of the lower shear wall body 3, a gap between the shear key 5a and the shear groove 5b and a gap between two side plates 5a2 of the shear key 5a, the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate 1 and a concrete superposed layer above the prefabricated prestressed bottom plate finally form a superposed floor slab, and the upper shear wall body 2, the lower shear wall body 3 and the superposed floor slab are connected into a whole by utilizing the cast-in-place concrete, so that the assembly and the fixation of the upper shear wall body 2 and the lower shear wall body 3 are completed, and the assembled combined wall body structure is shown in figures 3-4 and 7-8.
It should be noted that the structure of the distance adjusting member 6 is not specifically limited in the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art should understand that there are various ways to increase the width of the distance between the two side plates 5a2 of the shear key 5a, for example, a wedge-shaped plug can be knocked in between the two side plates 5a2, and the side plate 5a2 is pressed outwards by the plug to expand tightly against the side wall of the positioning slot, though there are other suitable structures in the prior art, which are not listed here. Preferably, a structure as shown in fig. 9 may be adopted, specifically, in fig. 9, the distance adjusting member 6 includes two screws 6a and a joint nut 6b, which are horizontally disposed in opposite directions, a root of the screw 6a is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the side plate 5a3, threads on the two screws 6a are opposite in turning direction, threads on both ends of the joint nut 6b are opposite in turning direction, and each of the two screws is connected to one screw 6a through a thread. When the distance between the two side plates 5a2 needs to be adjusted, the screw 6a can be enabled to enlarge or reduce the distance between the two side plates 5a2 by rotating the joint nut 6b with a wrench (the wrench can extend into the gap between the two side plates 5a 2), and the operation is simple, safe and reliable.
In addition, when the lower shear wall 3 and the upper shear wall 2 are prefabricated, the top end of the lower shear wall 3 may be chamfered by molding, so as to form a shoulder 3a as shown in fig. 1, YBZ main reinforcements 8 of the lower shear wall 3 extend from the shoulder 3a, and YBZ main reinforcements 8 of the upper shear wall 2 extend from a position where the bottom end thereof is opposite to the shoulder 3a of the lower shear wall 3, so that, when the upper shear wall 2 is fixed above the lower shear wall 3, YBZ main reinforcements 8 of the upper shear wall 2 and the lower shear wall 3 are overlapped above the shoulder 3a as shown in fig. 3 (the overlapping length S is preferably ≧ 35d, where d is the diameter of YBZ main reinforcements 8), and when the concrete 7 is cast in place, a part of the concrete 7 is poured above the shoulder 3a, the chamfered corner of the lower shear wall 3 is filled with the concrete 7, and the main reinforcements YBZ of the overlapped reinforcements are wrapped by the concrete 7, thereby further improving the connection stability of the upper shear wall 2 and the lower shear wall 3.
Furthermore, when the shear key 5a is manufactured, a concrete pouring through hole 5a2a may be formed in a portion of the side plate 5a2 extending outward from the wall, it should be noted that, after the upper shear wall 2 and the lower shear wall 3 are butted, a highest point of the concrete pouring through hole 5a2a in the vertical direction should be higher than the upper surface of the pre-stressed bottom plate 1, and meanwhile, a connection point of the screw rod 6a and the side plate 5a2 is preferably located below the concrete pouring through hole 5a2 a. In this way, when reinforcing the reinforcement bars on the prefabricated prestressed floor 1, a part of the reinforcement bars can pass through the concrete pouring through hole 5a2a, and when pouring the concrete 2, the concrete pouring through hole 5a2a is filled with the concrete 2, which has the advantage of enhancing the constraint of the shear key 5a in the vertical direction, so that the connection strength between the shear key 5a and the floor slab is higher.
The above embodiments are preferred implementations of the present invention, and the present invention can be implemented in other ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
