Abstract
The invention relates to an air volume self-adaptive adjusting device and an air volume self-adaptive adjusting method for a blowing nozzle of a blowing and sucking type sweeping machine, wherein the adjusting device comprises a fan, an exhaust bin, a blowing nozzle air inlet bin and a blowing nozzle air channel which are sequentially connected, the blowing nozzle air channel is connected with the blowing nozzle of the sweeping machine, and the adjusting device also comprises an air volume detection device, a controller, an electric actuator and an adjusting door; the adjusting method comprises the steps that the air quantity of the air duct of the blowing nozzle is detected through the air quantity detecting device, detected data are transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the electric actuator to work to drive the adjusting door at the air outlet to slide on the track, so that the air quantity in the air duct of the blowing nozzle is controlled to adapt to road surface cleaning under different pollution degrees, and the cleaning rate of the whole vehicle is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an air volume self-adaptive adjusting device and an air volume self-adaptive adjusting method, in particular to an air volume self-adaptive adjusting device and an air volume self-adaptive adjusting method for a blowing nozzle of a blowing and sucking type sweeping machine.
Background
The sweeping and sucking type sweeping machine can be applied to sweeping operation of expressways, urban roads, trunk roads, squares, scenic spots and airports. The multifunctional cleaning machine can clean garbage such as stones, sand, melon and fruit skins, paper scraps, beverage bottles, plastic bags, dust and the like on the road surface, effectively reduce the pollution of the garbage and the dust, improve the air quality and improve the living environment of people.
The existing blowing and sucking type sweeping machine cleans the road surface according to the air flow circulation principle, blows a part of air flow of an air outlet of a fan to the road surface through a blowing nozzle of a suction nozzle, blows road surface garbage to the air inlet of the suction nozzle, and sucks the garbage into a garbage can under the action of vacuum negative pressure. Preferably, the exhaust bin is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and an air outlet, the air inlet of the exhaust bin is communicated with the fan, the air outlet of the exhaust bin is communicated with the atmosphere through the adjusting door, and the air outlet of the exhaust bin is communicated with the air inlet bin of the blowing nozzle.

When the road surface is lightly polluted: the rotating speed of the fan 1 is reduced, the air quantity of the fan is reduced, the air quantity entering the air inlet bin 3 of the blowing nozzle is changed, the air quantity detection device 5 detects the air quantity in the air duct of the blowing nozzle, detection data are transmitted to the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the electric actuator 7 to work to drive the adjusting door 13 to slide on the track, and the air quantity of the blowing nozzle is controlled to reach the optimal designated air quantity value for light pollution cleaning.
The invention provides a self-adaptive adjusting device of a blowing and sucking type sweeping machine, which detects the air volume of a blowing nozzle air channel through an air volume detecting device 5, detected data are transmitted to a controller 6, and the controller 6 controls an electric actuator 7 to work to drive an adjusting door 13 at an air outlet of an exhaust bin 2 to slide on a track. Thus, the air quantity in the blowing nozzle air channel 4 is controlled to adapt to road surface cleaning under different pollution degrees, and secondary pollution to the environment and suction nozzle suction leakage or incomplete cleaning caused by uncontrollable blowing nozzle air quantity during operation are avoided.
