The truck 1 is provided with a concrete mixer 2, the tail end of the truck is connected with a trailer 5 by a pull rod 19, and a longitudinal conveyor belt 3 and a transverse conveyor belt 4 are orthogonally arranged on the trailer 5; the longitudinal conveyor belt 3 is horizontally arranged below the outlet 15 of the stirring machine, the horizontal conveyor belt 4 is arranged below the tail end of the longitudinal conveyor belt 3, the horizontal conveyor belt 4 is obliquely arranged, the high end of the horizontal conveyor belt is positioned below the longitudinal conveyor belt 3, and the low end of the horizontal conveyor belt is positioned right above the sliding formwork 8, so that concrete can be conveniently conveyed into the sliding formwork 8.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the support link 6 is composed of a slip form vertical support link 20, a trailer vertical support link 16, a horizontal support link 17 and a horizontal support bar 18; during assembly, four trailer vertical support connecting frames 16 are welded at the bottom of a trailer 5, then horizontal support rods 18 are fixed in the middle of the four trailer vertical support connecting frames 16, and the trailer vertical support connecting frames 16 are connected through two longer horizontal support connecting frames 17, so that the integrity of a support frame on the trailer is enhanced; one end of the horizontal support connecting frame 17 is hung with the stability of the lifting device of the balance weight 11, the other end is connected with the slip form vertical support connecting frame 20, and the bottom of the slip form vertical support connecting frame 20 can be connected with the sliding template 8 through bolts.
As shown in fig. 4, a sliding formwork 8 is manufactured in a factory according to the actual size of a road shoulder, a sliding formwork fixing frame 10 is installed at the front part of the sliding formwork 8, and a supporting sliding formwork is not easy to deform; a compactor 14 is fixed at the rear part, and a vibrating rod 12 is fixed on the compactor 14; an auger distributor 9 is arranged between the vibrating rod 12 and the tail end of the transverse conveyor belt 4; one end of the spiral distributor 9 is fixed on the trailer 5 by a rod, the other end is connected with the sliding template 8, and a hole is reserved at the position on the sliding template 8 through which the spiral distributor 9 passes; the tail of the compactor is provided with a paving plate 13, and the lower surface of the paving plate 13 is flush with the bottom surface of the compactor 14. And connecting the manufactured sliding template 8 with the sliding formwork vertical support connecting frame 20 by using bolts, and completing the manufacture of the cast-in-place concrete hard road shoulder simple sliding formwork paving device.
The use method of the cast-in-place concrete hard road shoulder simple slip form paving device comprises the following steps:
before construction, firstly investigating the soil quality for the road shoulder, rolling and tamping again after meeting the standard requirements, then measuring and setting out, and determining the position of the road shoulder.
Cement, gravel, sand and water are proportionally placed in a concrete mixer 2, and the well-mixed concrete is conveyed to the upper part of a sliding model 8 through a longitudinal conveyor belt 3 and a transverse conveyor belt 4 after passing through an outlet 15 of the mixer; then the concrete is uniformly distributed after being processed by the spiral distributing device 8, and the vibrating rod 12 vibrates the concrete in the slip form to increase the compactness of the concrete; the concrete is extruded and formed by a compactor 14 and is paved by a paving plate 13 to ensure that the surface is flat and smooth and is not easy to collapse; and finally, completing construction after manual joint cutting treatment and final setting of concrete.
