the mounting seat is provided with a linkage shaft, and a synchronous transmission mechanism is connected between an output shaft of the rotary driving mechanism and the linkage shaft;
the linkage shaft is provided with an eccentric transmission mechanism, the cutter body fixing seat is provided with an auxiliary cutter transmission mechanism, the upper end of the auxiliary cutter transmission mechanism is connected with the eccentric transmission mechanism, and the lower end of the auxiliary cutter transmission mechanism is connected with a vibrating cutter;
the lower end of the vibrating knife is positioned at the lower side of the knife body fixing seat and is close to the punching knife in parallel;
the rotary driving mechanism drives the vibrating knife to do reciprocating motion in the vertical direction through the synchronous transmission mechanism, the eccentric transmission mechanism and the auxiliary knife transmission mechanism.
