A launch tube assembly on a yarn feeder comprises a launch tube seat (1), a launch tube (3) and a launch tube cover (6), wherein a launch tube through hole (601) is formed in the launch tube cover (6), the launch tube cover (6) is arranged on the launch tube seat (1), and the upper end of the launch tube (3) penetrates through the launch tube through hole (601); the assembly is characterized by further comprising an adjusting device, wherein the adjusting device comprises an adjusting seat (2), a first adjusting piece (4) and a second adjusting piece (5); the upper front part and the side part of the transmitting tube seat (1) are respectively provided with a U-shaped groove (102), and the upper ends of the two U-shaped grooves (102) are opened; sealing limit plates (61) are respectively arranged on the transmitting tube cover (6) corresponding to the positions of the two U-shaped grooves (102); the two sealing limit plates (61) are inserted into the two U-shaped grooves (102), arc-shaped matching notches (62) are formed in the bottoms of the sealing limit plates (61), and the U-shaped grooves (102) and the arc-shaped matching notches (62) form the through holes; an adjusting seat groove (101) is formed in the transmitting tube seat (1), and the adjusting seat (2) is arranged on the adjusting seat groove (101); a transmitting tube mounting hole (201) is formed in the adjusting seat (2), and the lower end of the transmitting tube (3) is fixedly arranged in the transmitting tube mounting hole (201); an X-direction adjusting hole (202) and a Y-direction adjusting hole (203) are respectively arranged in the X direction and the Y direction of the adjusting seat (2); the first adjusting piece (4) and the second adjusting piece (5) respectively penetrate through the two through holes to be matched with the X-direction adjusting hole (202) and the Y-direction adjusting hole (203) for adjustment; and the first adjusting piece (4) and the second adjusting piece (5) are both provided with limiting parts for limiting the axial movement of the adjusting screw.

The take-off tube assembly on a yarn feeder according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjusting seat (2) comprises a first adjusting portion (21) and a second adjusting portion (22); the included angle between the first adjusting part (21) and the second adjusting part (22) is 90 degrees; the launching tube mounting hole (201) is positioned at the joint of the first adjusting part (21) and the second adjusting part (22), and the launching tube mounting hole (201) is a tapered hole with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part; the X-direction adjusting hole (202) and the Y-direction adjusting hole (203) are respectively positioned at the upper parts of the first adjusting part (21) and the second adjusting part (22).

The take-off tube assembly on a yarn feeder according to claim 1, characterized in that the first adjusting member (4) and the second adjusting member (5) are adjusting screws, and the X-direction adjusting hole (202) and the Y-direction adjusting hole (203) are in threaded engagement with the adjusting screws; the two through holes are respectively aligned with the X-direction adjusting hole (202) and the Y-direction adjusting hole (203).

The take-off tube assembly of a yarn feeder according to claim 1, characterized in that the limiting member comprises a recessed ring (52), the recessed ring (52) being arranged inside the screw heads of the first adjusting member (4) and the second adjusting member (5), respectively, the recessed ring (52) being arranged in the U-shaped groove (102).

The take-off tube assembly on a yarn feeder according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that the limiting member comprises a protruding ring (51), the protruding ring (51) being provided on the first adjusting member (4) and the second adjusting member (5), respectively; screw limiting plates (103) are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two U-shaped grooves (102), and a slot is formed between each screw limiting plate (103) and the inner wall of the emission tube seat (1); and a convex ring (51) on the adjusting screw is arranged in the slot.

The launch tube assembly on a yarn feeder according to claim 1, characterized in that the right front part and the rear part of the launch tube base (1) are respectively provided with a fixing post (11); two fixed matching through holes (12) corresponding to the fixed columns (11) are arranged on the transmitting tube cover (6); and the fixing column (11) is connected with the fixing matching through hole (12) through a fixing screw.
