Abstract
The invention discloses a multicolor conversion joint yarn and a preparation method thereof, wherein the multicolor conversion joint yarn comprises at least 2 yarn sections which are connected through a knotter, each yarn section is a single-color or multicolor twisted yarn, the thickness range of the twisted yarn is 0.6-14NM, and the difference between the thickness of the rear section yarn section and the thickness of the front section yarn section between the adjacent yarn sections is not more than +/-20% of the thickness of the front section yarn section. The multicolor conversion joint yarn has the advantages of ingenious structure, stable and firm joint, and can gradually change the styles, especially the colors, of the yarn according to the advantages of the joint yarn in the preparation process.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of textiles, and particularly relates to a multicolor conversion joint yarn and a preparation method thereof.

The stripes are taken as classic elements and are deeply loved by consumers in various age groups, clothes with multi-color conversion begin to be popular in recent years, however, the existing single-color yarns are difficult to naturally gradually change in the weaving process, if the existing single-color yarns are adopted to achieve the gradually changing visual effect, a plurality of types of yarns need to be bought, the yarn consumption of the colors in the weaving process is small, a part of yarns are possibly wasted, in addition, frequent conversion causes more joints, the weaving trouble is caused, and the appearance is also influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a novel multicolor conversion joint yarn which can realize multicolor conversion during color change and has stable and firm joint.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the multicolor conversion joint yarn comprises at least 2 yarn sections, the yarn sections are connected through a knotter, each yarn section is a single-color or multicolor twisted yarn, the thickness range of the twisted yarn is 0.6-14NM, and the difference between the thickness of the rear yarn section and the thickness of the front yarn section is no more than +/-20% of that of the front yarn section between the adjacent yarn sections.
Preferably, the twisted yarn is formed by ring-stranding a plurality of strands of yarn at one time or twisting the yarns after doubling. More preferably, when the twisted and plied yarn is formed by twisting after doubling, the twisting is performed on a two-for-one twister.
Preferably, the twisted and plied yarn has a twist of 50 to 250 twists/m.
Preferably, the twisted yarn includes 1 to 20 yarns.
Preferably, each of the twisted yarns is a single yarn or a strand. Preferably, the yarn includes a common yarn and various fancy yarns. Further, the various fancy yarns comprise wool, slub yarns, loop yarns, wool spraying yarns, feather yarns, bag yarns, knot yarns, napping yarns and ground yarns.
Preferably, the knotter is an air knotter.
Preferably, at least one yarn in two sections of twisted and plied yarns between adjacent yarn sections has the same color so as to form natural gradual change; or the colors of all strands of yarns in the front section of yarn and the rear section of yarn are different so as to realize color jump; or, between the yarn sections, at least one yarn in the two sections of twisted and plied yarns has the same color to form natural gradual change, and between the yarn sections, the colors of the yarns in the front section of yarn and the yarn in the rear section of yarn are different to realize color jump.
Preferably, each of the multi-colored twisted yarns is a solid or multi-colored yarn. More preferably, the multiple colors are formed by space dyeing.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the multicolor conversion joint yarn, which comprises the following steps:
preparing a plurality of twisted yarns with different colors according to the process requirements;
and (2) connecting the twisted yarns with different colors one by one through a knotter according to the color sequence and the length requirement according to the process requirement to form the multicolor conversion joint yarns, and simultaneously winding the manufactured multicolor conversion joint yarns together by using a winding device. The yarn can not be scattered after being wound by the winding device, and the subsequent weaving can be smoothly carried out. Preferably, the winding device is a grooved drum.
Preferably, the length detection is performed while the winding device is winding.
The invention also discloses a production line for preparing the multicolor conversion joint yarn, which comprises a twisted and plied yarn production device, a knotting device and a winding device.
Preferably, the twisted and plied yarn production device comprises a ring-spindle plying device or a two-for-one twister and a pay-off stand matched with the ring-spindle plying device or the two-for-one twister, and the yarns which are agglomerated are uniformly distributed on the pay-off stand.
Preferably, the knotting apparatus includes a wire holder and a wire connector.
Preferably, the winding device is a grooved drum.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the multicolor conversion joint yarn has the advantages of ingenious structure, stable and firm joint, and can gradually change the styles, especially the colors, of the yarn according to the advantages of the joint yarn in the preparation process.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-4, a multicolor conversion-spliced yarn comprises at least 2 yarn sections 100, which are connected by a knotter to form a splice 200, each yarn section being a single-color or multicolor twisted yarn, the thickness of the twisted yarn being in the range of 0.6-14NM, and the thickness of the yarn sections of the rear section between adjacent yarn sections differing from the thickness of the yarn sections of the front section by not more than ± 20% of the thickness of the yarn sections of the front section.
The twisted plied yarns are formed by one-step forming of a plurality of strands of yarns through ring-spindle plying or twisting after doubling. When the twisted and plied yarns are formed by twisting after doubling, the twisting is finished on a two-for-one twister.
The twist of the twisted ply yarn ply is 50-250 twist/m.
The twisted yarn comprises 1-20 strands of yarns.
Each strand of the twisted plied yarns is a single yarn or a plied yarn. The folded yarn comprises common yarns and various fancy yarns. The various fancy yarns comprise wool yarns, slub yarns, loop yarns, sprayed wool yarns, feather yarns, bag yarns, knot yarns, napped yarns and ground wool yarns.
The knotter is an air knotter.
Between adjacent yarn sections, at least one yarn in two sections of twisted and plied yarns has the same color to form natural gradual change; or the colors of all strands of yarns in the front section of yarn and the rear section of yarn are different so as to realize color jump; or, between the yarn sections, at least one yarn in the two sections of twisted and plied yarns has the same color to form natural gradual change, and between the yarn sections, the colors of the yarns in the front section of yarn and the yarn in the rear section of yarn are different to realize color jump.
Each yarn in the multicolor twisted yarn is pure color or multicolor. The multiple colors are formed by space dyeing.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for preparing the multicolor conversion joint yarn comprises the following steps:
preparing a plurality of twisted yarns with different colors according to the process requirements;
and (2) connecting the twisted yarns with different colors one by one through a knotter according to the color sequence and the length requirement according to the process requirement to form the multi-color conversion joint yarns, and simultaneously winding the prepared multi-color conversion joint yarns together by using a grooved drum. The yarn can not be scattered by winding through the grooved drum, and the subsequent weaving can be smoothly carried out. The length detection is performed while the grooved drum is being wound.
As shown in fig. 4, the production line for producing the above-described multicolor conversion-spliced yarn includes a twisted-ply yarn production apparatus 1, a knotting apparatus, and a winding apparatus 4.
The twisted and plied yarn production device 1 comprises a ring stranding device or a two-for-one twister and a pay-off stand matched with the ring stranding device or the two-for-one twister, and yarns which are agglomerated are uniformly distributed on the pay-off stand.
The knotting apparatus includes a bobbin 2 and a connector 3.
The winding device 4 is a grooved drum.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 5, in preparing several twisted-ply yarns of different colors, the twisted-ply yarns are prepared as twisted-ply yarns in which the colors of the twisted yarns are gradually replaced in sequence; the twisted plied yarns with gradually replaced colors are sequentially connected together through the connector according to the required length of each yarn section, so that the effect of multicolor natural transition transformation is formed. At least one yarn in the two sections of twisted and plied yarns between the adjacent yarn sections has the same color so as to form natural gradual change.
In this example, as shown in fig. 5, yarn segment 1: 6 red yarns; the yarn section is 2: 4 red yarns and 2 yellow yarns; the yarn section 3 is 2 red yarns and 4 yellow yarns; and (4) yarn section: 6 yellow yarns; the yarn section is 5, 4 yellow yarns and 2 green yarns; the yarn section is 6: 2 yellow yarns and 4 green yarns.
In the actual production process, one yarn can be replaced by one yarn or a plurality of yarns can be replaced according to the requirement, such as the yarn section 1: 6 red yarns; the yarn section is 2, 5 red yarns and 1 yellow yarn; the yarn section is 3: 4 red yarns and 2 yellow yarns; and (4) yarn section: 3 red yarns and 3 yellow yarns; the yarn section 5 comprises 2 red yarns and 4 yellow yarns; the yarn section is 6: 1 red yarn and 5 yarns.
Alternatively, the yarn section 1: 6 red yarns; the yarn section 2 comprises 3 red yarns and 3 yellow yarns; yarn section 3: 6 yellow yarns, yarn section 4: 3 yellow yarns, 3 green yarns; 5, 6 green yarns are arranged in the yarn section; the yarn section is 6: 3 green yarns and 3 blue yarns.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 6, in the multi-color change joint yarn, each yarn in the front and rear yarn segments is different in color to realize color skip.
In this example, as shown in fig. 6, the yarn segment 1: 6 red yarns; 2, 2 yellow yarns are arranged in the yarn section; and 4, 3: 4 green yarns are arranged in the yarn section.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 7, in the multi-color conversion joint yarn, at least one yarn in two sections of twisted yarns between partial adjacent yarn sections has the same color to form natural gradual change, and the colors of the yarns in partial front section yarns and partial back section yarns are different to realize color jump, so that the color gradual change and the color jump are realized simultaneously in one yarn ball.
In this example, as shown in fig. 7, yarn segment 1: 6 red yarns; 4 red yarns and 1 yellow yarn; 2 red yarns and 2 yellow yarns are arranged in the yarn section; 4: 3 yellow yarns in the yarn section; and 4, 4 green yarns are arranged in the yarn section. Wherein, the color gradually changes between the yarn sections 1-4, and the color jumps between the yarn sections 4 and 5.
The multicolor conversion joint yarn has the advantages of ingenious structure, stable and firm joint, and can gradually change the styles, especially the colors, of the yarn according to the advantages of the joint yarn in the preparation process.

Claims (9)
1. The multicolor conversion joint yarn is characterized by comprising at least 2 yarn sections, wherein the yarn sections are connected through a knotter, each yarn section is a single-color or multicolor twisted yarn, the thickness range of the twisted yarn is 0.6-14NM, and the difference between the thicknesses of the yarn sections at the rear section and the front section is not more than +/-20% of the thickness of the yarn section at the front section.
2. The multi-color transform joint yarn according to claim 1, wherein the twisted yarn is formed by ring-stranding a plurality of strands of yarn at one time or by twisting after doubling.
3. The multi-color transform joint yarn of claim 1, wherein the twist of the twisted ply yarn ply is 50-250 twists/m.
4. The multicolor effect-changing yarn according to claim 1, wherein said twisted yarn comprises 1 to 20 yarns.
5. The multi-color transform joint yarn of claim 4, wherein each of the twisted yarns is a single yarn or a ply.
6. The multi-color transform joint yarn of claim 1, wherein between adjacent yarn sections, at least one of the two twisted strands has the same color to form a natural gradient; or the colors of all strands of yarns in the front section of yarn and the rear section of yarn are different so as to realize color jump; or, between the yarn sections, at least one yarn in the two sections of twisted and plied yarns has the same color to form natural gradual change, and between the yarn sections, the colors of the yarns in the front section of yarn and the yarn in the rear section of yarn are different to realize color jump.
7. A method for producing a multi-color change joint yarn according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
preparing a plurality of twisted yarns with different colors according to the process requirements;
and (2) connecting the twisted yarns with different colors one by one through a knotter according to the color sequence and the length requirement according to the process requirement to form the multicolor conversion joint yarns, and simultaneously winding the manufactured multicolor conversion joint yarns together by using a winding device.
8. The production method according to claim 7, wherein the length detection is performed while winding the device.
9. A production line for producing a multi-color change joint yarn according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising a twist-plied yarn production device, a knotting device and a winding device.
