When the slide glass tray works, clear water is firstly added into a water storage tank of the culture box, or culture solution is dripped into the clear water, then the slide glass with pollen is inserted into the slide glass groove 23, and then the drawer is pushed into the culture box. Because the water absorbing layer is arranged on the left and right sides, clear water in the water storage tank is soaked into the glass slide groove, so that the pollen is in a dark and moist environment, and favorable conditions are created for the germination of the pollen.
